Rain looked at her strings, testing their strength. "I want to help them, too," she said. "But I was told to stay here, so here I stay." She looked up at him, satisfied with the quality her strings were in. "And besides, what help would I be? I've only piloted Eden once. I'm not as experienced as them."

The sky was dark. No sign of either LFO could be made out. As theEnd fell it lurched left and right on it's one leg. The half board still connected there wobbled dangerously.
Mercury's board darted down in a straight line. At the last moment Gray had seen the move coming. With a deft hand he had reached for the board and was now plummeting at that same mach one speed only now only by the grip of Mercury's servo fingers. The pull of the wind and speed was intense. It threatened to tear the board from his hand.
Reaching out he took the other side in the second hand and dragged the mercury up onto the body of it. Tension in the LFO's arms made the controls rough and hard to control. The decent slowed ever so little as he tugged back and pulled the board into a wide long arch. it left a raging green wave streaking through the sky.

Wait...........
NOW!!!!
Senturi shot downwards and fired it's ready missiles at theEND. Kayako didn't wait for impact. Gray was already in enough trouble, and he was about to be in more. If she calculated correctly, her missles would keep the black LFO busy long enough for them to get away.
Senturi flew after Gray. In the cockpit, Kayako opened the comlink.
"You got lucky this time, idiot!! Now get over here, right now!!"
The chain-hooks switched gears before shooting out. Instead of the hooks, they now took the form of two metal grab-hands that took hold of Mercury and dragged it back towards the black and violet LFO. When it was close, Kayako reffed away, dragging him off in the direction she'd come from.
"You are gonna get it when we get back, you got that??"
Still, she kept her eyes on theEND. Who knows how long it would take before it came back at them.

Rue sighed and sat next to her.
'This little one would let the UF take her if they asked nice enough...Looks like gray and kayako can handle themselves, I'll have to watch out for her.'
He looked at the sky. Something about this, even though it was starting all wrong, seemed to more to Rue than any day he'd spent on the Rehk.
"So...tell me what's with the guitar?"

Rain didn't repsond to Rue's first comment. For one thing, she didn't even really know what the UF was. Listening to his second comment, she cocked her head. "I don't know," she said. "It's the only thing I had at the School that I could use to escape."
((Wow, now I'm thinking of the Pina Colada Song. razz ))

Rue gave her a confuesed look.
"School? You'll have to forgive me, i know little to nothing about you three other than what Kayako has told me just recently. I still don't know how to take all that...but tell me about you"

Rain thought a bit. "There's not much to tell," she said. "The only memories I have go back as far as about a year, and they're only of my time in the Foundation." She looked out at the grass, which was swaying from the force of the breeze blowing.

Rain furrowed her eyebrows slightly, remembering things she tried hard to forget. "No," she said simply. She began to hope that he would not ask her anymore questions about it.

(((Screw that Sho and his 'But I've been moving trees!', I'm jumping ahead cause I SAY so!!)))
Senturi flew off towards the groups's hideout, dragging Mercury reluctantly by the chains behind as the two pilots exchanged arguments. Surprisingly, it seemed to take less time to return then it had to get there in the first place. Before long, an approaching shadow could be seen coming towards the cavern.
Senturi switched to vehicle mode and landed rather roughly. Behind it, Mercury barely had enough time to change before it smacked against the ground and got dragged inside the cave by a very determined Kayako.
While the two other occupants watched in surprise, Kayako parked and immediently jumped out, making her way over to Mercury in a huff. Once there, she pried open it's hatch, and brandishing a large stick, jumped straight inside. A scuffle could then be heard, followed by whacking noises and loud yelps from a male voice.

((Haha, nice. razz *reads post* AAAH!! Oh, MAN!!! xd Way to beat that bot, good. razz You've definately been shot up with the crazy juice. razz ))
Rain saw this as a good oppurtunity to keep Rue from asking more questions. She stood up and walked a few feet into the cave, listening to the sounds coming from Mercury's cockpit. "She's really mad," she said, stating the obvious.
Rain thought it best to just leave them be and walked back towards Rue. She sat down and leaned agains the rock face.

Rue sighed. 'So...this is the group i've chosen to get in with? One who wont talk to me, another who has a thing for beating the s**t out of people and another who disappears whenever....Great....' Rue got up and walked inside the cave. Approaching Mercury, he climbed the side and yelled into the fray.
"We're meeting by MY LFO to decide what we do now, understood!?"
Rue got off the LFO and went to his own.

Rain heard what Rue told Kayako and Gray. She would wait for them to start for his LFO to join in the meeting. She sat against the entrance of the cave, just looking around at the things that were outside.

Kayako crawled out of Mercury with her arms crossed, tossing aside the stick that was now broken in half. Apparently, Gray either hadn't heard Rue or was hiding from Kayako, as he didn't come out after her.
Kayako walked over and plopped down next to Rue, looking acomplished.
"Okay then, mister Captain-person! What are we gonna talk about??"

Rain moved from her spot over to where Kayako and Rue were. She sat down across from them and waited for their discussion to commence. She looked around her surroundings some more, still not getting enough of the outside and everything in it.
