Ebonywhiskers was once again on partol. It had been six Moonhighs since Skystar had returned and he still hadn't picked a deputy. Ebonywhiskers marvled at this, his leader must have something major going on to overlook such a important part of the warrior code. All Ebonywhiskers knew, was that whoever did finnaly accept the honor of deputyship, would have their work cut out for them.

Moonheart sees Patchleaf comfortable and four healthy kits she examines them after checking with Pacthleaf then meows you have very healthy kits!
She then meows im going to go back to my den call me if you need anything backing out of the den. Moonheart padded ovef to her den glad that Patchleafs kits were healthy and strong. She curls up in her den and falls asleep.

Starwhisker sat outside the nursery with Blackkit and Crowkit.
They're eyes had jest opened the other day and they were getting bigger.

Moonheart padded over ot the nursery wanting to see how the kits were in Leaf bareshe saw Starwhisker outside and heard Snowheart inside with Patchleaf, She meowed to Starwhisker how are youre kits she asked.

"Oh Patchleaf! They're beautiful!" she mewed to her friend and gently nuzzled the kits.

One of the kits mews pitifully and Pathleaf comforts her. "They are doing great! they are healthy and beautiful!" She looks down at them with uncontained pride.
