Does a lot of reading turn you off from roleplaying? |
Yes, I don't feel like reading a whole story before I can get the idea of what the Rp is about. |

Well, Orpheus had been right. Someone had fainted -- only it hadn't been Seamus.
Aiden was shocked too shocked to move. But that lasted only a moment. He recovered quickly and hurriedly ran to where the boy was, hoisting him slightly up from off Seamus' shoulder so he wouldn't have to bear all the weight. "Liam? Hey? You... okay?" But it was obvious that the boy couldn't hear him because he was unconscious.
This, of course, sent Aiden into a very rare series of panic attacks, each one lasting only about two seconds. After about half a minute, he was (relitively) calmed down and his breathing was almost back to normal.
"Omigodomigodomigod, what are we gonna do?" he asked frantically. Seamus' words didn't seem to have registered in the pink-teen's mind.
((Spazz.))

((since you have two different characters, it should be fine if you double-post. at least, that's my opinion))
"Aiden! Calm down!" Seamus forcefully told the hyperventilating boy. "It won't be of any use if you pass out too!" He was glad the other boy had decided to help bear Liam's weight, but if he spazzed himself out, he could end up hurting Liam.
After about thirty seconds, Seamus was glad to see that Aiden seemed to have calmed down.
In a soothing voice, Seamus tried again. "Alright, Aiden, what I need you to do right now is to go and get the nurse, or find a phone and call her here. Tell her that Liam has fainted, and needs to be brought to the infirmary to be looked over. Okay?"
Seamus' reasons for having Aiden go were twofold: one, he needed to have something to ground him in order to prevent him from spazzing out again, and two, he seemed like the fastest (or at least most energetic) person here.
((Go Bears! whee ))

((I didn't double post. I just posted for Aiden at the same time you posted Seamus, so they didn't match. D: ))
Aiden nodded hurriedly, his bottom lip drawn up slightly into his mouth, his bright blue eyes wide. He looked particularly like a child - quite scared and all sort of... trembly.
Almost before the other had finished speaking, Aiden had dashed off in search of the nurse. He truly was a very fast runner - fast enough that the track team had always tried to get him, but he had always declined because of lack of time.
He scampered out into the open air and then down into the main building, throwing the door open in his haste. He knew where the nurse was... He hurried down the hallway and then skidded to a stop in front of her door, nearly slipping and falling on the tiled floor.
Gasping for breath, he opened the door and dashed in. "Liamfaintedcomequick!!!"
Before the poor woman had any more time to register what Aiden had said, he had grabbed her by the rist and had begun to drag the bewildered woman out to the stables.
Shortly after his disapearance, Aiden reapered, panting heavilly, the nurse's wrist clasped in his hand.

Noticing the confused look on the woman's face, Seamus decided to give her a brief explanation- after all, a picture can say a thousand words, but actual words didn't leave room for misconceptions.
"Ma'am, Liam seemed to have some head pain and then he passed out. I checked his temperature, but it only seems a tiny bit above normal. I'm not sure if he has a condition or something..." 'Like mine' seemed to be implied.
He abruptly decided to shut up before he confused the woman further.
The nurse looked at Liam with a penseive stare, until she nodded and said, "I'll need to go back and get a wheelchair for the poor boy, unless one or two of you are willing to carry him..?" she tenatively asked.
Seamus grimly nodded. "I'm not so good with heavy lifting, but if someone helps me out, I think we can manage."

Nostalgia...eh.
I am not sure who is still left from this thread.
I am not sure if I am even welcomed back after my dissapearance.
Real life, including my computer becoming broken, college sucking away ALL of my free time, and a bad divorce cause me to quit all role playing at once.
I really should have given more warning and I apologize to all of you, I know how much it hurts when an RP friend dissapears without reason and I am very sorry. This might be falling of deaf ears... but I wanted to explain.
I miss you all very much.
-Iah
