Oh, wait, that's not quite western anymore... rofl

Today's New Update Theme: Western As done by Ed who hasn't seen many westerns, so forgive her…..scratch that, it only stays western for the first third, then I get tired and bored.Bleh.

There's nothing quieter than a ghost town at noon. Save for the rare rustling of a vulture's feathers, there's nothing but the sound of dust, settling on the ground. At night the ghosts awake, but under the sun we all turn to hide.

AA Base:
The folks at the small town of AA had themselves a party, drinking homebrew beer and dancing to the fiddle. The visiting indian medicin woman, AC, was busy preparing a fancy trick involving free falling. The pretty southern belle who had come to town to become a popular show girl was still insisting that she and the gunslinging sheriff were no longer an item. The local green drunkard, didn't particularly believe her, and sabotaged AC's little trick, which involved the medicine woman getting injured. The show girl was quick to help her though. The owner of the brothel, Ghost, was freaked out by the Green drunkard and ended up hiding behind one of the girls for protection. The good carriage mechanics, Hattie, and Eric were also enjoying the party, but Eric was being a dork and not playing any fiddle music, but Hattie was nice enough to provide said music. Bobby the Banker also came by to enjoy the fine social in the firelight. He sat down next to the showgirl and kindly asked about her son, and how she was handling the breakup with the Sheriff. Then somehow it got onto the topic of how the sheriff gave her small pox, and then how Carriage Mechanic Eric invented small pox to kill off gays....nobody really got the joke except the local green drunkard. Hattie started feeling a bit ill, because she's expecting. Bobby the Banker invited the show girl to come board in a room close by his, and to come over and watch um...damnit...to read detective stories and eat popcorn if she got bored. The local brawler, Anc, showed up near the end of the party, he got the mechanic's joke too. He was also surprised to hear that the Sheriff was gay and cheating on the show girl...but weren't we all. Anc and AC had some small talk, and then the double agent, Higi showed up and offered some information for the Show girl, who insisted that though she had dated the Sheriff that didn't make her in charge of anything. Then the Mechanic Eric backed her up and said the Sheriff hadn’t given her any power at all, and the show girl got a little pissed and left to go hide in her room. After taking the information anyway, Ruby stuck it in her room and then went out to help at the shelter which was being attacked by a rogue warrior. Higi the double agent snuck into the show girl’s room and searched the place, then cleaned it, then left. Eric and Hattie also decided to go to the shelter to help out, and so did the green drunkard.
After returning from the shelter: The show girl in the carriage with the mechanic Hattie, and with the Seer was feeling pretty ill. She was also panicking about not finding her son Aaron. Ayx, the mysterious stranger, told her there were bigger worries than her missing son, which had the show girl five seconds from leaping for his throat. But the seer explained that her son was fine. Doc Merlin came up to the show girl and helped patch her up.

Aaron and Blitz show up at the gates of town, when the whole of the calvary and milita stood in the way and told them they would shoot the former bandit down unless he got out of town in 30 seconds. The show girl saw this and being a friend of the former bandits through herself in front of the guns and said they’d have to shoot her first. The seer and she argued tooth and nail. The town mayor showed up to argue too, and offered blitz safe passage to the shelter. They all separated in very sour moods. The showgirl walked by Mechanic Hattie, and told her to come visit her any time, before the Show girl turned to go to her room. The showgirl found her room messed with and let out a scream of pure fury…..and no, BD, I mean Fury….don’t know what you could be thinking. >.> The mayor was busy trying to get a hold of the Sheriff, in order to clean up the whole mess. The brothel owner, ghost, tried to knock on the Show girl’s door, but when he heard her scream he ran like a hare with a devil on its cottontail.
The Sheriff came home on his very large and special horse “the Bus,” and dismounted to find the town in relative peace, or at least so he assumed by the silence. He whistled to himself and went around his business.
The showgirl however was still angry and in a fit of rage she tried to leave on her fancy red and white horse. She invited Hattie to come with her, to a party outside of town. But as she was moving to leave the Sheriff ran in front of her horse and wanted to know where she was going in such a hurry. The showgirl and the Sheriff shared a few angry words, and the Showgirl coldly reminded the Sheriff that they were no longer together. Hurt, the Sheriff turned away to let her leave. The Showgirl tried to apologize but he had already left, and then Hattie fell from her horse in a convulsion. The showgirl panicked and she ran to Hattie, and she ran to help. The Carriage Mechanic Eric also showed up, deeply concerned for the girl he loved and his unborn child. They rushed her to the doctor’s and then Ruby went off out of town, once things had settled.
After her party out of town, Ruby came back to the medical center to visit Hattie, bringing a treat with her. She also brought a treat for the Sheriff, if she could find him, but didn’t work out. The showgirl discussed a few things with the Mechanics, like what attracted them to each other, other strange fetishes, told them the truth about she and the Sheriff, and how she hoped to make up with him, but if not would eat strawberries and cream in her room and deal with things later.
Ruby headed out of the hospital and found Seraphi and AC, she had AC taken to the medical center and then told Seraphi that if he wanted to come in, he’d have to work with one of the other folks in town, as she had things needed to be done.
The showgirl then celebrated her birthday alone in her room with her strawberries and cream. Until she got a call from Bobby,--via smoke signals-- who was in need of help. She decided to go help him and left the town again. After Ruby left AC placed a card at her door, and someone else placed a bouquet of yellow roses.

After returning from the Krovh thread: The Sheriff helped the showgirl get Bobby the banker to a doctor. Then he promised the showgirl they would do something to celebrate her birthday. He an’ the showgirl made up and both of them headed back into town together.
In the meantime plotting had begun as the mayor was talking to a rather unscrupulous character named Mr. Locke, who hated the townspeople of AA.
The day after the curse and as the mayor Jehric makes his announcement Arch has a speech in front of the town of AA, as they are about to head into war. The Medicine woman AC, sent a quick smoke signal to the bandits of AoH, informing them that the attack would be soon. The seer noted this and got rather upset. He and AC had a bit of a tizzy fit and AC was captured and held captive for a small amount of time, before being set free and sent back to the AoH. The showgirl went with the Sheriff to the war, because his horse was safer than any other horse. Aaron stayed with the doc, although not very willingly. Hattie and Eric also decided to join the crew and head to the fight at Phoenix. Lotus showed up at the town, and Aaron made her more comfortable by giving cookies.

AOS:(After three pages of AA, I’m gonna try and make these summaries…more summaried…<.<)
Ora the Indian chief declares war on the bandits of AoH, She makes a big long talk about them being mean and all that, and decides that they have to go. Corellia, Blitz and Arthur all look on. Blitz the bandit, thinks about killing her. Corellia thinks she sounds a bit insane, and Arthur….was probably thinking about chocolate finger scotch. In the distance Seth also watches as she gives her speech. Drake questions her purpose, but his loyalty to Ora wins out in the end.
Erica, sees her daughter and hears her and shakes her head in slight surprise, then she meets up with Bltiz and they have some fun conversations about robbing banks/trains/ carriages. She is introduced to Corellia, is noticed by seth, Arthur, and drake, but Ora remains unaware of her presence.
As the folks are at war the ex-gunslinger Minerva sneaks into the AoS town, in search of the b*****d who killed her friend. Blitz and Erica are downstairs making brownies, and Thorn is upstairs guarding Ora’s room. Blitz and Erica decide to go bust into Ora’s room and do some nasty tricks, they run by Thorn and convince him to come with them.
Minerva meets up with lucidity on the ground floor, and they both raid the basement guards.
AoH: the smoke signals reached the city of AoH and the bandits knew the AA and AoS were coming.
Krovh: Minerva the Ex-gunslinger was approached by the Banker Bobby, and the part time train robber Verve. Bobby wanted training, and Verve was bored and willing to hang around to see what happened. They went to the park and did some training while Verve checked out Min’s underpants and teased her about ducks. In the middle of this the Show girl invited Verve to go to a party with her…via smoke signals again. So Verve went to party with showgirl, and Minerva and Bobby noticed the smoke signals informing them of the upcoming attack on AoH and the need for them to return to town. So they start heading towards town.
In the meantime Blitz and Corellia were checking out Krovh. They ran into Aaron, and then went to the AA town, only to be rejected.
In the middle of things a cloaked figure, war to be precise, sent out an anger charm on the whole town.
Things went to chaos. Silent Lucidity met up with Verve and Ruby, and they started to fight. AC in the town started killing random civilians, with her tomahawk…that was missing a blade…and was longer and more roundish near the end….
Ruby, Verve and SL ran into a tavern and started wrecking havoc, until Ruby snapped out of it, and SL was crying in a corner. Verve continued to fight. Then the Chief of police tribe showed up and started fighting in the tavern as well. The Sheriff was alerted of the problems and immediately went to work trying to keep the dangerous folk from becoming more dangerous. AC kept piling up the corpses. Bobby the Banker snapped and tackled Minerva in a rather forward fashion. They fought, and eventually Bobby was pulled off by Anc the local brawler. Minerva shot Bobby as punishment, attempting to hit his knee but hit his stomach instead. She handed him her personal smoke-signaler >.> and told him to contact the showgirl, or some other person that would heal him. Bobby chose to contact Ruby.
The chief calms down and then starts attempting to bring about Peace. He has a quick spat with AC, but she then moves on.
AC killed more people. Minerva leaves with Anc following after her, and then gets angry at Anc and shoots him. He about gets angry when AC shows up and attacks them both. Anc and AC have at it, while Minerva shoots at random things.
The sheriff finds Bobby the Banker, and after thinking about it for a minute decides to do the right thing and picks him up to take him to a doctor or some such. He meets Ruby on the way, and Ruby helps patch Bobby up. The three of them then head back to town of AA. Bobby made a muffled attempt to tell the Showgirl he loves her again, but she tried not to listen.
Verve and SL continued to drink at the bar.
Her basis stopped Anc’s and AC’s fight, and Min’s hand grenade. Then Merlin and Arch fixed the curse so it was no more.
After the curse there was much moping around. And Verve and SL continued to drink at the bar. Ghost shows up and Verve, and SL and ghost, continue to drink at the bar. Then they leave for SL’s place.
The hostile takeover has just come into affect yada yada yada…..yes, I’m wearing down, can you blame me? Four pages and two hours later…..I’m curious how many of you will actually be reading this anyway. *sigh*….so Krovh is taken over, Aaron is being a brat and told to stay in place while Merlin goes to check out where the anti-power grid is coming from. And people are fighting….in and out of story. Silent Lucidity offered her services to the chief who told her to grab a gun and start shooting.
New Phoenix: Erica and Lucid were going to raid the place, but that never happened.
New Phoenix last stand: There was a frickin’ war, with undead, supers, blowingupness, nuclear bombs, dead Ruby, and an exploded crazy Arthur man…who had painted a bulls-eye on his chest…and a blue angel dude that’s really short despite his protesting the matter, and AC killing more people, and Seth being all dead like and killing Ruby, and people raising dead Ruby from the dead. Then of course Ora getting pissy at all the peoples and wanting all the peoples dead. She’s still pissy, by the way. Drake of course taking much of the brunt for the AoS and Arthur going around like a raving mad target…and Hattie shows up but gets freaked out by the snakes, and Ruby is scared of the snakes too. Snakes are freaky, but I still love them. Ruby went with Arch to the bus, but then left the bus again even though she promised not to, then she was swiped by War and told to stay at the war shelter for her own good…because Krovh and Ruby are not going to play together. Ora has Arthur’s scabbard and Corellia now has his sword. Seth has joined the AoS, and Ora and Drake, and Xeen, and Baranar, are now discussing the attack on Krovh. Seth is wondering how it will happen considering it took so long to start a war on one city in the first place. I’m kinda agreeing with Seth on this one, and wondering when it’s gonna happen and what’s gonna happen, but meh…I’m pretty out of the loop on this one so I’m gonna sit back and let it play out however. A message came through from Krovh that they were being attacked, and the Atlanteans responded saying they were sending back-up.
Union City: Corellia, Blitz and AC are hanging out at the Italian restaurant, discussing things….like Ora, and Krovh, and stuffs…and they at Ravioli, and Manicotti, and I totally wouldn’t mind some pasta right now. Then Cor and Blitz left to go to Krovh. Then of course the curse came on Union city.
Arthur went blind and Ora just hung out and watched, although it wasn’t really Ora. AC went crazy and killed more things. Ora escorted Arthur to get paint, and then Baranar showed up, and he was all pissed because Ora wasn’t doing anything, but since that Ora was actually death and it was her plan the entire time, of course she wasn’t doing anything. She gave in after a moment and dispelled the curse, to get the stupid crow-man to leave her alone. AC kept going crazy and killing things, or looking for infants. Blitz and Corellia walked through, getting somewhat effected by the curse. But then it was dispelled ,and they no longer had any excuse to act all crazy like. Ha! Ora and Arthur continued their discussion on paint. Then AC had an interesting observation on Lucid’s getting new powers. She also had some interesting run ins with an Italian family, and ran off with one of their kids.
War Shelter: Things blew up, with Ruby inside them, Ruby tried to save everyone, but it didn’t work, and she ended up unconscious on the ground. Then the AoH attacked and tried to kill off whoever was left. The seer defended them, then the Nova showed up, and Ayx showed up, and much blood was spilt. The AoH panicked and retreated. Magdala tried to run off with Aaron. Higi tried to kidnap Ruby and her ring, but got his hand smacked by the seer who took Ruby with Hattie and went home. And then the war shelter was rebuilt, and then cursed and two people felt that curse, then it was un-cursed and refreshed and Ruby showed up and can’t leave otherwise she gets stung by a wasp.
Battlegrounds: blitz and corellia run through the minefield quite a few times. And Seraphi and yellow text that I hate reading angel, continue their godly fight. They finish their godly fight, and then go to AA for treatment. Then War shows up to tell Seraphi what all is up with the war.
The Roads: Blue angel dude flying around.
Other Notes: SS’s birthday coming up on the 29th of July. And I’m not sure if anyone else is coming up until august, so give me a shout if I’m missing you.
