Just then, Bobby and Erica were approachin Laurel and Charlie, and as they drew near, Bobby overheard part of their conversation... Laurel Talbot "That electrician. The one who sent you the note." "Good evening, Miss Talbot, Charlie." He turned to Laurel, "Do I know what?"

"You'll need to ask her," she nodded at Charlotte, then she turned to Erica, "Hi, Aunt E, did he tell you about our electrical problems at the Library?"

"Oh," When Laurel explained. She was very used to being on her own, very used to not having any good friends and certainly no family that cared for her. Being on her own for so long made it kind of hard to remember people, individual people, even if they did anything that would be considered intimate.
"Bobby," She said with a warm smile, though there was clear surprise in her voice. No, she hadn't wanted him to know that she was a super. Wouldn't that just result in him telling those stupid officers what she was? Of course, killing what was left of the world with her powers did sound like a heck of a lot of fun. But... she wouldn't risk it.
"No, he doesn't know." She stated, "Besides," She said turning towards a Laurel, "I thought this was like a secret. If I tell him, or someone I might consider a friend. I'll probably wind up like that dragon guy, only less lucky." Of course, she wouldn't let that happen. She take anyone down with her if they tried that.

At the mention of Ruby's name, a spike of grief slashed through the pleasure he felt at seeing Charlie again, then quickly subsided.

She raised an eyebrow at Laurel when she said he'd be right beside you. Did that mean what she thought it meant? She hoped not.
She looked towards Bobby as his happiness for seeing her was turned into grief, at the mention of what? "Ruby?" She questioned again with a perked brow though the question was directed towards Laurel, not Bobby. Was Ruby someone he'd cared for in the past, was still getting over? Maybe she, Charlie, was just a meconism of getting over this Ruby person. Well, he was clearly getting over her, but if he was a super using her powers against him was probably not a good idea. Oh well, if he didn't know he couldn't stop her.

Her gaze returned to Bobby, so Ruby was dead? Ruby... Ruby... why did that name sound so familiar to her? She tried to remember back to her villian days when she was actually around other villians, heroes, rouges. Wasn't she from Glensdale? She could of seen her in Flippville too.
"Wasn't she part of the Directive in Glensdale?" She questioned with a raised brow, "She could control blood right?" She questioned, or maybe she was wrong and thinking of a completely different super.
"Maybe, my years of vacation are really getting to me and I have no idea who I'm talking about." She stated finally, as if to dismiss the questions she'd just asked about the Ruby person.
Her attention turned towards Bobby again, did he mention hero? She slept with a hero? She shivered at the thought. But then thought over the thought, if she had, he didn't yet know she was only using him for his emotions. And superherose tended to show, and feel a lot more emotions than villians.

"I might of come across her when Lucidity blew up the mall," She stated with a shrug of her shoulders. She kind of left before any supers had showed up, but she did remembering hearing about something of a blood-like wall somewhere.

"Person. Dragon-person." She corrected him, "Some officers came into the library and tried to stun gun a super. With a little help from to very unhappy librarians he escaped, and the officers had no idea what happened." She stated, okay, so that was bragging slightly, but whatever.

She couldn't resist the urge to glare at him when he referred to her as a damsel, "Heroes." She muttered coldly, under her breath.
