Alloran Shanra Xeen Soldevi Alloran Shanra ((my sense of kindness says to let you live, but Alloran's still angry.)) Alloran stood up straight, cracking his neck after the fight, a wild grin as he felt the fight warm him up. He swung Dywyn over his head, bringing it down at Cathy's head. ((Sorry)) Anc watched, raising a brow. "A perfectly fine bitta a**, and yeh go 'n kill it. Way da look after yer wingman." Anc turned to Alloran, "Good da know yer still in yerself. I was worried fer a few months that I'da lost yeh." "Her face didn't even reach yer crotch, Titan." Alloran growled. "An I ain't back yet. Not till I get me some vengence." Alloran swung his sword in an upward arc at the air. At first, it seemed pointless, but suddendly a far building burst into flame as the whole block was rocked with the shockwave. The fire took form, and began leaping from building to building. Alloran raised an arm, and the buildings to his side erupted into fire. Soon all the near buildings were ablaze, casting a hellish glow over the him. He started walking, lighting the buildings as he went, detonating cars along the streets. Anc sighed, reached in his coat and grabbed one of his cuban cigars, walked to a nearby burning car and lit it on the heat of the hood. He followed Alloran at a goodly distance. He had no desire to get set on fire himself.

((It was a single motion accomplishing (and expending) two actions)) ((Which is where the problem occured, because that was not specified, and in any sense it would be best to have two different actions, considering we run into a line with a debate on intensity attacks and where physical attacks fall into it, and it just hurts my head. So ummm, yeah, learning experience I suppose.))

Alloran quickly turned from walking calmly to running, rushing past the lit buildings. Fire seeped from around him as things began to light aflame. He saw a group of people fleeing from a burning building, only to have the building fall atop of them by his wrath. He was going to wreak his vengence on these people for capturing him like that, for subverting him to their dispicable needs. The fire grew, and buildings began to collapse on themselves, and the sounds of screaming joined that of the fire roaring. The people that managed to get out of their buildings roared about a monster, about a demon and hell on earth. The fire only burned hotter.
Though it took a moment, a pile of clothing and gear came blazing up to Alloran with a green glow about it. In a awkward process, the police uniform was ripped off, and his old garments returned.

Bobby came running into the area, carrying Ruby on his back. Seeing people lying on the ground, he set Ruby down near them. "What the hell is going on here?"

((GODAMNIT TO THE ******** BAD PLACE!)) Alloran, using no ******** use of his combat MP, did not attack Bobby. The building did it officer, I ********' swear. How would green ol' me drop a burning buildings in front of this guy to keep him away from Alloran? A burning building fell in front of Bobby. Nowhere near close enough to hurt him, but enough to bar his way from Al. Don't push your luck.

((With the distance that Alloran's moved since starting this, there's enough area burning that Bobby hasn't even spotted Alloran yet, and he'd try talking first anyway...))

Drawn to Alloran's raging angry emotions, and her hunger she came near the group. She didn't even notice Bobby or Ruby, but her vibe did grow stronger as it wrapped itself around Alloran's emotions, increasing it's power, and anyone's elses that was nearby or within twenty feet of her.

Ruby glanced briefly at Charlotte, and felt her inner worry increase. "I'm on it." Bobby zipped into the nearest building and started searching for and carrying out survivors.

Ruby set up a section for healing, doing what she can, despite the wear it was taking on her powers. From a distance she could see the explosions as more things burned. Something tickled the back of her mind, and while Bobby was busy with his rescues, she took off in a run towards the source of the flames.
