He is a man of true honor. He fights only when he has to, or if he is in a tournament. He cares about everyone. He's enjoyable to be around, and he is easy going. When we were training, he would rarely ever let me go to my limits for fear of me hurting myself. And most of all, he is NO Killer. Unless it is for food, he will not kill or harm an animal. He would never kill another person as long as he lived. Not unless he had no other choice.

The Council is being led to believe that Kazamaru is incapable of killing another individual!Agreed. Mr. Damrius, you are requested to please be more careful in the wording of your answers. Give the information required, and please wait to be asked a specific question before you attempt to give a specific answer. You may proceed Mr. Damrius.

Yes. My Apologies.
What I meant is,
Ryugi would only kill an animal for food, and that was if it was nescasarry. But if he were to kill another individual who posed a threat, it would only be under the circumstances that he had no other choice.
A beat of sweat rolled down the back of his neck, and it felt like ice against his veins.

Thank you Damrius. I have one more question to ask you. In your own opinion, taking into effect the kind of man Mr. Kazamaru is, do you believe he comitted the crimes of which he is accused?
Seika seemed to be waiting for Damrius to answer the question. Perhaps this was where his point was to be made.

Thank you Damrius. You may step down, that is the end of my questioning.
I shall have to question him later... Hmm... You! Dragoon! State your name and relation to the accused.
Seolfor spoke quickly, yet smoothly as he adressed Silver.

Damrius nodded, and sat. He did however, try half heartedly lock eyes with Volt. It had to be him.. the eyes...

Silver arose, making sure to bow deeply to their graces.
"My birth name is Ammiel Moonblade, but I have become known as Silver. My old name, therefore, has no use."
Silver paused for a brief moment.
"I am Ryugi's friend and compatriot. We have foughten side by side for the last year and seven months."

I see. Tell the Council, Mr. Moonblade, what kind of man do you believe Mr. Kazamaru to be?
He was very straight and to the point, not really working slowly to the question like Seika had been.

Silver nodded.
"Ryugi Kazamaru is a decent man. He always does what he thinks is right, regardless if its against the ideals. He the kind of person who wouldn't hurt another unless absolutely necessary."
Silver's face was neutral, not even blinking.

Silver Moonblade "Ryugi Kazamaru is a decent man. He always does what he thinks is right, regardless if its against the ideals. He the kind of person who wouldn't hurt another unless absolutely necessary." Very interesting Mr. Moonblade... So, I must ask you... Do you think that Mr. Kazamaru would commit these crimes if he believed them to be right, or necessary?Silver might have wanted to say thet more carefully, but it had been said, and now Seolfor was going for the kill...

Silver grinned; he had expected this. However, the dragons damn well know what he meant. He began speaking in the draconic tounge out of habit, due to the fact he was in the presence of 9 elder dragons. Which was amazing, as the only other one he'd glimsed was at a meeting in the order, in human form.
And there was no way it was any of these people.
"Sire, I can whole heartedly pledge that he didn't commit these crimes."

Damrius clenched his teeth. He had to hold back from screaming.
Glacies and Selfeor are against Ryugi. They will turn this around beyond anything we could turn back... The others seem to be cooperative and listening to everything, but these two are way too biased to let go unattended. I screwed up once already... Silver... Good luck...

I see you can speak our language well, Dragoon, however, you did not answer my question. I asked you if you think that Mr. Kazamaru would commit these crimes if he believed them to be right or necessary. NOT if he committed them or did not commit them... Please, answer the question.

Silver raised an eyebrow, as if challenging the dragon. However, he never showed a hint of disrespect.
"No, he would not, because he believe manslaughter to be wrong. Therefore, it would contridict his beliefs or righteousness. However, I hardly see the relevancy of that question in the way it was stated."
