Kitara sighs, obviously worried, and leaves her cousin's tent. She sees Nathan and Lily coming towards the tent, so she stops.
"Oh, so you heard about the issue with Margem?"

The redhead keeps Darian's hand near her as she lies and waits for the medicine to help kick in. She kisses his hand, to help him relax a bit more as she has noticed he has been tense since the pain started today.

"Lily told me something was going on here," Nathan says, "I figured that cousin of yours had gotten in trouble again, as only he seems able to. I figured Margem was the one I could count on to stay out of trouble."

"Good. Then there shouldn't be a problem with these." She hands Margem the two bottles. "As to why they didn't find it, there could be several reasons. They could have been very busy with some large scale emergency and been rushing, they could have just made a mistake, or perhaps it was very small so they couldn't find it. Tissue could have grown around it making the small bump I felt noticeable. It could be any number of things. For all we know they could have just been very bad doctors."

The blue haired elvish woman shakes her head and says, "Actually, you remember the whole issue Margem had before you saved her and helped her get to Darian? Turns out that a part of the dagger, somehow, stayed in her shoulder even though she was in the hospital for a while."
She looks at the tent to realize that she is not as far from the tent as she originally thought. She frowns, worried about her cousin and his fiancée.

She laughs, "At least it's not as bad as the cursed dagger that Darian had... That got to both of us, in the long run."

"Well, Darian got into a fight with some warriors a long while ago. While in the fight, he was stabbed with a cursed dagger. The curse spread throughout him then he met up with Lael, your ancestor. They went to my house because Kitara knew my family beforehand. My father and I tried to help him, but the curse eventually made him lose his memory of himself. ...I absorbed some of his curse to help him, so I lost my memory about my family. I left my family before my family's village was attacked...."
She sighs, feeling drowsy, "Darian can tell more about it, since he had to go through it himself, if he wishes."

"Wow, that's intense. You guys have been through a lot. And my great grandmother was there, eh? Amazing how these things happen." She laughs a bit. "I still can't get over the fact that you guys knew her."

"I wouldn't be surprised if she wasn't the only ancestor of yours Margem knew," Darian says, "And actually, I think I know another reason why they didn't notice that one piece. The tissue may have already started to grow over it, and the doctors may have thought that the wound was smaller than it really was."
"Should've figured that dagger she got hit with would have something to do with this. Probably got chipped on her bone," Nathan says. Hearing Darian's idea the half demon shakes his head, "That would mean she heals about as quickly as I do. I think I would've noticed a wound like that closing up before my eyes.

"A Mystic," Lily whispers, her eyes wide. She had heard of Mystics may times during her childhood. It was said that Mystics and elementalists were two lines directly decended from the gods, Mystics getting longevity surpassing even elves, as well as incredibly fast healing and the ability to sense the thoughts and feelings of others, while elementalists were gifted with control over the elements, and some, those who only controlled one element, were also given an elemental form.

"I'm afraid I don't know to much about Mystic anatomy, but if they heal as fast as you say they do that's definitely a possibility. As for it getting chipped on the bone, that is the most likely way although a suppose there are several others. I'm afraid there isn't really any way to know," Lael says.

Kitara looks up, with a frown, and says, "She's allergic to the medicine, maybe?"

"I think she's saying 'Darian, tired'," Darian says. Looking at Leal he asks, "She's allowed to rest right after taking that medicine right?"

"Of course," Lael says. "Becoming tired can be a natural side effect. It's the most common of this particular medicine. Others can include nausea and diarrhea, but those are both pretty rare. I wouldn't expect her to get them. If she does I'm sure that we can find another medication that'll work. I'd just prefer this one. It tends to work best."

Luckily for the woman, she is already lying down or else she would be falling down at this moment. She collapses into the pillow, totally exhausted. Her hearing fades out as she fades into a deep sleep.

"What is it, Trea?"
"Margem doesn't feel good...." she says, her lower lip quivering.
