I believe Yoshiki announced at a Con recently that he and Gackt were starting a band.
I think it was Otakon.

I'm not a very big fan of Gackt, but after reading his autobiography, I've gained a new respect for him. It was just so interesting; I couldn't stop once I got started. There's a lot of inspiration, love and reflection in there. [ Seriously, everyone should go read it NOW] Oddly enough, one of the chapters that touched me the most was the one on women & his car.

For those of you who didn't see it in the upcoming releases thread...
Gackt's re-releasing all of his albums in the SACD Hybrid format. That means that it can play on both SACD and normal CD players. [But, if you have a Super Audio CD player, you get a higher quality sound. SACD is like the hi-def of the compact disc world. :D]

I want to get Crescent. Does anyone know if it's a good CD? I mean I know that I like the song Lust for Blood. I'm not sure if I have heard any of the other songs on the CD though.

Gackt used to be really good...now his voice is weird (really nasal...) and his song writing has been subpar lately...a lot of ballads that sound the same -_-;
I hope he's not losing his touch.
