Mathias awoke with his son and Poe sitting next to him waiting for him to wake. "Goodmorning, why may i ask are you two next to me?" "Your son is not happy with the fact you have given me an ablitiy that he does not have." "Why is this my son?" "How am i to be the one to rule after you if i am not stronger then your generals?" "Well you may not be the one that takes control once i die." Both Poe and his son had shocked looks on their faces. "When i die or hand the title of ruler to someone it will be the strongest ninja in the village." Mathias smiled, "Right not that will be my son for he knows the different moves that the others do not know for i learned them from those that died, moves and powers that can only be taught by one that already knows how to use it. That is why i made you son a teacher." He turned to Poe, "However im not dead and i still will be the leader for awhile longer." He took a deep breath, "Ok i want you two to get my other general to come along with me to the forest while i get ready to leave." The two left to find the other general as Mathias grabbed his sword and walked to the sun statue and began to pray, he slowly walked while praying to the moon statue and then to the earth statue, praying asking for help, protection, and to know if what he was about to do is the right thing.

Mathias arrived at his village and smiled, he saw the children running around enjoying the place. The people were already doing what they were before they moved, and the farms were finished. He saw Poe and his son gathering the food that was promised to the samurai clan in clay jars that both of them had to carry. "Poe and my son we will give them twice what they asked for, so that should be close to thirty of the clay jars we dont want them to perish in the desert lands." Just then a man from the temple of their gods arrived smiling, "Mathias i need to speak to you." Mathias nodded and walked into the building that he had slept in and the man followed him. "Yes what is it that you need to talk about." "Those that we worship are worried about your choosing to join yourself with a samurai clan. Mainly because your son is growing to hate you in his heart." "Then within the two month before we are finally allied with them i will have him go infront of the statues of those we worship to see if he is evil or pure." The man nodded, "So how are things going here? Is everything underway as it should be?" "Yes it is going perfectly. Within two month our children will be trained in some if not most of our ways and then taught by the samurai of the desert. With the samurai as our protecters we will be able to build our lands, and if my adopted father or the black dragon of the other ninja clan decide to visit me i will speak to them about joining our two lands so that we would never have to worry about going to war with one another." "Are you going to live alone without a wife, the moon asked me to ask you." Mathias laughed slightly at the thought. "I will stay single if you would call it that unless one woman of great beauty one such as the stars and the heavens falls before me." The man nodded and walked out the of build and disappeared to tell the gods what was said to him. Mathias walked out smiling but slightly sad, it was then he saw his grandson sitting alone talking to himself while staring at the sky. Mathias walked over and placed his hand on his head. "They are speaking to you arent they, they want you to fly up with them and have fun in their heavenly home?" The child nodded "You know that you can join they, all you have to do is have them tell you what their home appears to be and have them make a world of their own in your mind." Mathias then walked away as the child continued to talk to the stars and did as his grandfather had said.

Mathias arrived back to his village. "That man and demon are going to be problems i know it." He said to himself as he saw his son and Poe still loading more jars. "What are you doing? You already have thirty jars." "We know father but we decided we could give them one hundred of these jars and our people would still have more then enough food." "So be it then i will be in my room resting if either of you need me." He said walking to the tunnels and falling asleep in his room.

As Oni entered the shrine he begins thinking *Maybe its in the Desert or I know where it is...The Isle of Pain how could I have been so stupid.*

Mathias awoke but only Mathias. Something was wrong with the gods they must of needed him to wake. He slowly walked to the blocked off tunnel and smiled and he moved his hand the rocks burst out of his way and reformed in the tunnel after he walked out. He looked around seeing nothing the house with the children were gone same with the house that they were staying in was gone. "they must of moved the children to a new place to keep them safe." Mathias smiled and run as light to the desert to speak to his new friend hoping he would remember him for he did not know how long he was asleep.
