"No clue, i thought we were pretty close. Your a tracker, you want to lead us back?" Sawyer asked wondering how Locke found them there.

Kate saw Locke talking to Sawyer. She decided just to leave them alone and watch them.
"Yeah, I would have told you but yeah Locke didn't want anyone to know." Boone said. He saw the caves. "Hey Claire, look, we are the the caves."

He pointed in the direction of were the beach was wial took another bite out of the pear "Thats the way back too the beach" He said as he began to walk in that direction "so have you heard any word on if they found Claire and Boone?"

(((hello all i havent done a flashback in a while so i figured what the heck why not? it been what 2 pages? well we all know what a record that is and by the way the flashbacks are nearly done but not quite)))
cassie sat there staring at the pages but not comprehending the words that were on them her mind was drifting off(as it had a tendancy to do lately)and she ended up remembering something she had been trying extra hard to forget....
she had gotten to sydney and had found a cheap hotel to stay in for now. she still couldnt believe she had found a cheap flight to australia of all places (((i know its unrealistic but it has to happen like this for the story's sake))). she was sitting on the rather uncomfotable bed in her dingy hotel room. she was staring at the wall but not really seeing it. she was thinking of her dad. she realized that she had decided years ago that he deserved this and yet he was her father and she knew that she shouldnt have done that....maybe it was selfish but case in point she felt extremely guilty. but then she thought about. its not like her father loved her or anything after all he beat her to a pulp on a daily basis back at home. she went back and forth in her mind between the 2 viewpoints and finally decided the way to settle this for her own sanity was to call him and see if was ok she would find some sort of pretext but she needed to know.
after all her dad hadnt always been awful before her mother died he was perfectly normal. true her mother often had strange bruises appeear but being only a child at the time cassie simply assumed she bruised easily only later to learn that the bruises were caused by her father.she picked up the phone as she was trying to work out what to say. she dialed the number only to hear a starngers voice at the other end.
"hello?" the person said. it was a man.
"um hello this is...Joyce im a friend of philips is he there now?"
"didnt you hear what happened?" he asked sounding shocked. cassie felt herself get even more nervous as she braced herself for whatever news she was about to hear but would not like.
"what is it?" she asked hesitantly
"he committed suicide. his daughter ran away...like mother like daughter i guess." the phone slipped from her fingers as she sat on the bed with the horrible realization that her father was dead and it was her fault

Kate was still up in the tree. Kate saw Locke point in the direction of the beach. She was begining to head down the tree but then with a sudden movement a coconut had hit her head. She wanted to shout but before she could, she saw black. She was knocked unconcious. She fell through the tree down to the ground. She landed right next to Sawyer.
-Sorry this happened. It was a last minute adjustment to my plans. I am going to Kennewick and I am not sure if I will go on. My grandparents in fact do have internet but I am not sure if I will be able to go on becuase my sister will probably be on it 24/7. I will try my best and I am not sure when I will be on again. gonk So if I can come on then I will. Just kinda like have Sawyer carry her or if he is being stubborn then have Locke do it. Then take her to Jack at the caves. Just kinda do something like that. K?-

(((oh ok when you said tragic i was like OMG what happened)))
cassie shook her head a little as if to shake away the bad thoughts. she was always trying to forget what happened and to this day she had no idea hwat she felt about it all she just knew it was bad. she tried harder to emerge herself in her book...it didnt work very well

"Claire and Boone are missing?" Sawyer asked before he heard something behind him, it was Kate. "How did this happen?" Sawyer asked.
Sayid noticed Cassie seemed distracted, he wanted to ask her if anything was wrong.
"No ones here." Claire said as they walked closer to the caves, there was usually a few people there.

Kate was still unconsious.
"yeah, I wonder where they all are." Boone said.

Noticing Sawyer didn't know anything, he changed subject "Did you know she was up there? shes unconsious." He said as he walked closer too Sawyer and Kate.

Locke looked at Kate "well, pick her up and we can get her too the caves, and if were lucky the docter won't be off on some adventure and he can help us."

"Alright, lets lift her up." Sawyer said starting to lift Kate's arms waiting for Locke to lift her up on the other side.
