He saw that she seemed like she was happy to grab his arm but as she had then picked it up, seened fascinated at it til the compartment opened, showing off the ring. She hesitated as she seemed truly surprised but as she helped attached his arm and held the ring, he smiled as he reached over and gently closed her hand around the ring, holding her hand gently, "Okay, then let me learn about you together." He said as he thought it over, "And I am a virgin... so please forgive me if im not the best." He joked a bit but smiled, "I dont want you as smart as me, i want you to be as smart as you are. Im smart with tech and machines... youre smart with history and people. You will never be a burden to me either, and to me, you are the most beautiful woman on this or any planet." He said gently reaching up and his metal hand resting on her cheek as he brushed his thumb against her cheek, brushing the tear away, "Im half machine... im socially awkward and im a trouble maker whose father is a police officer..." he said softly to her, his words soft but sincere, "I want to spend my life with you, will you Kaylee, please be my wife." He asked sincerely to her.

Cody smiled as she accepted, watching her slide the ring on her finger as he smiled. He looked at her as she spoke about taking care of them both, he smiled but hoped she didnt worry to much about it. He spent the next two days getting better, they used biological stitching, basically using a biological thread to seal up his gunshot wound which would dissolve away like a scab or anything organic would. He walked into the apartment which had been repaired, her window had actually been reinforced and made sure that the only way it would be broken is if the entire building came down. He walked with a crutch, mostly to steady himself for the next day or so, but hearin what she said, he nodded to her, "Sounds fair to me, id rather a private wedding anyway so that its not interupted or crashed by some crazy dude." He said softly more so thinking about how the blackmarket dealers had been. They never found the leader but plenty of escaping crew were arrested so he doubt the Don would show his face and stick to hiding for a bit. He then thought it over, setting a bag he had to the side, "Thats fine by me, I dont want to see the gown til you are wearing it down the aisle." He said honestly as he smiled seeing her gazing at the ring, he walked over to her and gently took her hand but would gently lean to her, giving her a loving and gentle kiss, "I love you Kaylee, so much." He said happily.

Cody was happy to hear the words, he knew he wanted to be the best fiancee/husband he could for her. She spoke about promising to do more to protect them but he felt he should do the same. As he got cleaned and dresses, he set the bag aside, it held the damaged Sara which he would repiar. As he got ready for bed, he heard her and smiled gently, moving over in his bed so that she could come lay down, "Id love for you to." He offered thinking that it would be just fine for her to come share the same bed with him.

Cody woke up the next morning, he felt nice as he enjoyed the night post being back at the apartment with his new fiancee. As she went to go deal with her calls and such, he would go about working on Sara and getting her rebuilt. After a bit, he stretched a bit but would feel hungry as he would get up and head to the kitchen. Seeing Kaylee as he smiled, "I would love some lunch, and she is doing good, her metal skeleton took a bad hit and was a bit crumpled... im trying to replace what motherboards i can." He explained kindly as he joined her and noticed her drinking the red wine, "Long morning?" He asked kindly but a bit concerned.

He could hear her tone of voice and grew a bit concerned thinking about what she meant about her thinking over, but as she spoke about what she had been thinking about, he sighed in relief, "Okay, you scared me thinking you reconsidered marrying me..." he said as he leaned forward and relaxed, "As much as id love to say that im the most badass person but im only one guy, even what i did with the black market guys, I was nearly scared out of my mind and did get shot but i wasnt going to lose you." He said as he thought it over, "Moving into a place closer to the campus would be best, that way you can be safer, the campus security is much better then being out here. And id imagine it would make sense getting a proper home eventually." He stated kindly, "As for the guards, i just want you to feel safe." He said sincerely to her.

He looked at her when she spoke, he was always happy to support her, but at her bad joke, he decided to try making it less awkward, "I mean, when I get to finally see you nude, im sure im keeping that beauty all to myself..." he failed, but he tried. After thinking about he should drink some wine, he pulled up a holo screen and began to look up houses that were very close to or basically right next to Campus. He would ask her about what kinds of things she would want with the house, what kind of additions would she want and such. When she asked about security interviews, he nodded to her, "I can help with that." He reassured kindly as he would begin eating some of the food she had ordered.

He almost questioned if she meant getting started on the n***s or the house search but seeing as she joined him he decided to keep his mouth shut and not sound like an idiot. Pushing that to the back of his head, he looked at the requirements she picked out, the escape/panic room would probably need to be added which he could help set up so external contractors wouldnt have any plans people can use. When they began to pick a spot, he thought it over, "I mean, its going to be hard to keep a lot of this secret..." he said knowing it was going to be difficult but he looked at her and gently patted her back, "But we will figure out how to make this work... i just dont want you to pay millions of dollars trying to just have a normal day is all." He stated softly to her.

He listened ti what she said and it made sense, he remembered when she revealed thay she had so much money, and hearing the amount, it blew his mind especially since she invested and began making more. She had more then anyone on earth which meant that buying multiple properties, they could easily keep a low profile which even then he thought it over, "Well best case then, we buy multiple housing, this one here seems the best for our personal house. Ill put minimum work into it under a different name as well as these three homes, at most they have garages we can use to swap cars to not be followed and not worry about leaving vehicles in a public access garage." He stated as he then thought it over, "I know that you have to finish school and I know you will my clever fiancee you." He said lovingly before nodding, "Yes, but now i have a problem... i meant to wait to propose during christmas... but what do you get the perfect woman who has everything or can get anything?" He asked not sure what to get her since the proposal was his big plan.
