I'm not saying fps are bad, just saying that they're just not my game. *shrug* I prefer other games, is all. Not saying Halo is good or bad. Just saying I've never played it because it doesn't interest me.

Wow. I've finally decided to go do it--download the full Ocarina of Time OST. This isn't fun... I'm systematically downloading and moving all 80+ tracks, and it's taking FORRRREVVVVER.

I can't stand playing roms... I need to play things on a consel, or I go nuts. Haven't been playing much recently anyway.. Want to get the Urbz.. can't wait for the girl-versions of harvest moon.. Have to wait til June. crying

EDIT: All Harvest Moons following this blew horrifically. For example: Save The Homeland. Yeah, lets update the graphics, and then remove your ability to get married! And hey, why not, lets make the game END. After <1year! Yeah, that'll be awesome! And hey, brainstorm! Lets KILL COWS EVERY SO OFTEN FOR NO GODDAMN REASON! Natsume decided to s**t all over a great game, there. Hell, I would've loved an exact copy of Harvest Moon 64... and yet they still made it suck, even for me. And I prefer roms to actually dragging out my old Genesis or 'tendo. It's a lot easier to just double click "Sonic and Knuckles + Sonic 2" than it is to actually go FIND those among my huge library of old games.

Yeah, I loved the 64 version, it was my first one. They had a *good* ps version- Back to Nature. Never played Saved the Homeland as it looked like s**t. I hate cell-shading. And yes, the whole no marriage thing sucked.
The GC version is fairly good.. I didn't love it, but it's okay. In 3-d, which often becomes more of a curse.
Friends of Mineral town for the GBA is great.. A lot like Back to Nature, which is a lot like the 64 version. Only bad thing is the occasional bad translation and the random Japanese gibberish. >.x;;
But basically, in June comes the 2 harvest moon for girls titles. Main character is a girl, and you marry boys. They made one that is the opposite of the GC version, and one that is opposite of the GBA version. Titles are Another Wonderful Life and More Friends of Mineral town.

Hrm... I never heard about Friends of Mineral Town... and I just never got around to picking up the GC one. I should definitely go get those. And yeah, I really liked Back to Nature.

I adore Friends of Mineral town.. the game is endless. GC version has a chapter storyline, which kind of sucks. But it has some pretty long gameplay.. I think it's like.. 5 chapters? Goes until you're old, then you die. Typically do 3 or so years at a time. Only got to the 3rd chapter before I got annoyed with the guy peeping on my son. >.x; Best part of that game- Milking the boy cows. When you do, they get a little green heart over their heads. Creators of the game are pervs, for sure.
But the 3-dness becomes more of an annoyance.. 'Specially when farming. I actually don't even end up planting anything but trees in that game.. You have 3 plots of farmable land, none of it very big.
In the GBA version, you can use the sprites for labor. It's great. I do like.. No farming. At all. I plant seeds, and cut grass. They do the rest. xd

I've heard from several reliable sources, though, that in the 130th year, the Mayor comes out, and that in the 10th, your dog dies and you get a new one... but I never really believed any of that. I got to year 6 in my main file, built everything, and married Karen. And man, she was hard. It was my first file, so I didn't realize that she'd leave eventually and stuff, so I think I just got lucky. Aaaand she hated me for the first 3 seasons.

I usually marry Elli or Anne... I have a thing for tomboys. rolleyes
However, in the girl ones, I'm marrying Rick. ninja

And I've always wondered why I couldn't just get her blasted, and marry her then... but of course, she DOESN'T GET DRUNK. Man, I wish I grew up on a vineyard. And Rick is HOT. You know what always pissed me off? That in *abrupt topic shift* the American version of Azure Dreams, you can't go out with Gosh. I mean, you could in the Japanese... crying

Eh, she always came off as a slut to me. xp Her and Popuri. Christ.. Popuri is easy to impress.
See, I always suck up to her, so she gives me a free egg. Then I don't have to buy a chicken in the game EVER. And if you name it after her, she's all "OMG <33333" which I found unrealistic. I mean, if I gave a guy an egg, and he named the chicken after me, I'd be creeped out.
O.o Never heard of the game... O.o;;
