College Junior Charl smiled toward Athena, then she yawned a bit. Yeah, I'm feeling a little tired. I had fun today & best of all, I made some new friends today! Charl took out her phone and texted her brother. I'm ready to head back, Todd. Where are you, big brother? Charl hit the send button. After that, she waited for her brother to answer back. Robert looked at Athena. Mom, I'm a bit tired too.

To Charl: We're right out front to pick you up!
Things had not gone exactly according to plan, but that was how things were sometimes with Todd's luck. Todd's Jeep had not only given him issues in the morning and made him late for school, but it broke down after school and he had to spend the majority of the afternoon and evening fixing it.
Even so, he fully intended to try and make it up to Verity by taking her out for dinner. After they took his little sister home... of course.
"Is there anything you're in the mood for for dinner?" Todd asked Verity sheepishly as they waited for Charl to show up. "I'm really sorry we didn't end up going to the carnival today." He added with a blush.WearingCetes Forge I am so sorry! I am the worst! I have been so busy with school and work that I've slacked BIG TIME on my posting... I don't know if you're still interested in posting with me-- but the semester is over and I should be back up to my usual posting speed now. Also, I didn't know how to explain the missed day so... *shrug*

College Junior Charl smiled toward Athena, then got a text from her brother.. Miss Athena, my brother is waiting up front to pick me up. Would you like to meet him? Charl says this as the text she got made her happy to her from her brother.

Athena took back the change and as the children talked amongst her self she began to wonder when she should return home. After a moments notice she seen that charl said something about her brother and Lucia said something about Nikora,"Alright lets go", she told them,"I would love to meet your brother charl", she smiled at her,"We can see him on our wait out right robert?", she asked her son.
