Samehada over her shoulder as she was training herself to get use to the weight and she didn't want to let it go. Her eyes fell on Riri was he was practicing with his sword. "Riri." Kasumo said as smiled at him unknowingly. Standing off to his right as she gave him a little weave with her free hand. Stepping forward she began to make her way towards him. A tinging sensation crossed her lips as she moved closer to him. Stopping in her tracks as her right hand moved up to her face as she touched her lips. What was that? Looking down at the ground before continuing towards him.

"Hey." Riri said as he turned around sheathed his sword. Looks like she had found him, all though it wasn't very hard. He was mostly at the training grounds. "What brings you here, getting some training in?" He asked as he watched her stop for a second then continue on. He then saw the blade on her shoulders and looked amazed. "That sword, that means your part of the... wow congratulations." He stared at the sword in wonder as he wondered if he would ever be able to make it to the Seven. It seemed like she wasn't used to the weight at all. He would have no problem carrying it but he was a male and was all around bigger. Also he had trained with swords that big all his life. "Hey listen, my feelings haven't changed if that's what your wondering." []
"I'm here to tell you about your promotion to Jounin." a calm smile on her face as she moved Samehada off her shoulder still only using one arm and placed the top of the sword face down. It was bigger then she was which was amazing to see. "Oh thank you." a faint blush crossed her checks slightly out of embarrassment. No one had really praised her before besides the Mizukage which was rare and few in between. "and congratulations to you as well." speaking on his promotion but the topic quickly switched as Kasumo's eyes widen just a little bit at Riri's words. Her eyes shifted from his face and towards his left shoulder. "Oh. Well.." Tucking a strand of hair behind her ear as she needed something to do with her hands. Kasumo didn't know what to say as she softly bit down on her own bottom lip. "I was wondering that." she finally confused but her eyes stayed astray from Riri's face. It was too embarrassing to look him in the eye right now.

Jounin hmm, that was something Riri believed would never happen in the Mist. Then again he supposed that was Turpis the former Mizukage. The new one was much more forgiving, which was for the best. "Jounin hmm, well that's good news. Thanks for bringing me the info on that and yeah but I think you need all the congratulating. The seven don't just take anyone, only the best get in." She had said that she had wondered if Riri still held feelings for her. That was good maybe he did have a chance, or maybe he didn't. It was hard to tell sometimes. She messed with her hair and wouldn't look Riri in the eye. Perhaps she really did like him, maybe she was jsut unsure of herself. "Listen Kasumo, do I have a chance with you. I don't want to be led on a chase if it will result in nothing." He said walking up to Kasumo putting a hand on her shoulder. "Can we make something out of this, is that something you would want?"

Her eyes round as she slightly bent back just a little as Riri took a step forward himself but her feet did not move. His hand on her shoulder as she felt its warmth slip into her skin. "I- I..." god she was so pathetic! How could she not now her own feelings. She swallowed hard as her head slowly drifted up to look Riri in the face. "You confuse me." she began as her grip on Samehada tightened greatly. Hearing her flesh pull tighter around the hilt. "I just... never had anyone mess with my head like you do." she spoke in soft whispers now as the space between them began to grown thin. Kasumo didn't know what real romantic love was but from the beating of her heart to the feeling in her stomach it all confused her. "Whenever I see you I feel like the heart will break open my chest.." It was such a strange feeling and it made her head spin. "I don't.. want to led you on a chase. That's curl." Riri did say he was worthy of her love and while that made her extremely happy she still wasn't sure if her love was worthy enough to give away. Having been nothing but kind to her. Kasumo just... didn't want to risk a broken heart as it had to many hidden wounds as it was. Suddenly she looked up at him with a complex expression. Her eyes dead focused on his own as her lips parted to speak more. "I can't bare to expose myself to be found alone again."

Riri listened to Kasumo as she spoke, she defiantly liked him back. Now that he was sure she liked him, he wasn't going to give up. She was afraid of him breaking her heart and leaving her alone. Poor girl must of been hurt in the past. Riri spoke in a whisper, he wasn't going to let this girl be alone. "Kasumo I'm not going to let you be alone. I won't let it happen, I very well mean to be with you the rest of my life. I won't leave you, I won't hurt you. Let me protect you, let me love you. You feel the same way but hesitate because you believe you might have your heart broken. Be with me and I promise everyday will feel like amazing and you won't feel alone anymore." Listening to the words Riri spoke as her grip on Samehada loosened slightly. Using a force so tight if the hilt had been a persons neck someone would be dead. Very dead. Her right hand moved towards the side of Riri's face as she placed it there. Her touch light, soft and kind. "Okay." she finally said with a gentle voice looking onto Riri's face.

Once Kasumo said okay Riri wrapped his arms around her. he then brought his lips to Kasumo's keeping them there for a long time. After a minute or so had passed he parted lips with her. "I promise to always protect you, with my life if needed." After he said that he just embraced Kasumo smiling as he did so. He then spoke once again. "Now that date seems to be in order. But perhaps you wish to train with me, after all you have to get used to the swords weight. It won't be easy but I'm sure you pull it off in no time."
Warm arms wrapping around her small body as Riri held her close. His lips found her own as the two shared a kiss. Moving her own hands to Riri's forearms as she held onto him. Sharing that kiss for a long moment with closed eyes. Their lips finally parted as her closed eyes slowly opened with a look a bliss on her face. Speaking words of protection as a simply nod escaped her head. He may be willing to protect her and it was nice to have that feeling. That someone else was willing to help you in your darkest hour but Kasumo would also protect him with that power she had. Riri embraced her as she held onto him as well. A smile on her face as it was nice to have him in her arms and to be in his."I don't mind training for a bit." speaking with a smile as she looked up at him. "I do need to get use to Samehada quickly." able to admit of course she wasn't flawless with the blade just yet but would be soon and for once she wouldn't be alone while training.

"Then I purpose a spar, to test how well you can use the blade. Also this will actually help you in training with it too. Besides I need to make sure I'm still able to fight well." Riri said smiling, as he looked at Kasumo. "By the way, I was wondering about your housing situation."
A smirk crossed her face at the mention of a spar. Sure, that was the way to kick off their new relationship. "Were you not able to fight well before?" Kasumo asked with a smirk still on her face swinging Samehada over her shoulder once again. Just when she thought their spar might kick off he asked her enough question. Moving her into a casually stance as she stood there before him. "I... still live at home. You know.. the clan main house." it wasn't something to be embarrassed about but considering her relationship with other family members a little... odd.

Before Kasumo could answer Riri a big brute of a man made his way towards the two of them. This man was none others then Kasumo's father. If this was her father no wounder others kept their distances from her, especially boys. He was tall, scary and intimidating but to Kasumo this was her 'daddy'. The man that raised her and kept her close to his heart even after the death of his beloved wife. Never did he once blame Kasumo for her mothers death but that's what parents were suppose to do, right? Approaching the two his sharp eyes fell on Riri with great dislike. His glance shifting to his daughter as he pulled her away from the male. "I taught you to keep better company then this." he whispered to her in a stern tone. Taken off guard by her fathers sudden pushiness as her blue eyes looked up at the tower above her, "Fa-" but Kasumo couldn't even say one words before he started to speak again and to this time, Riri. "How dare the son of my traitor brother even look at my child." the man spoke with such hate in his voice moving Kasumo out of Riri's view. "Son?" her confused voice escaping from behind her fathers back as he turned his head to look at his daughter behind him. "Riri is your cousin but he is no longer family to us." turning back towards his daughter as he placed his hands on her shoulders. "I came here to congratulate you on your position in the seven swords but now we're leaving." taking the Kasumo by the hand like a child as she snapped her hand away from his hold. "I'm not a child!" her tone angry as she turned to look back at Riri. This was.. something she didn't see coming. Having no idea but she would just have to pretend none of what happened... was real. "You said you were here to congratulate me on being one of the seven swordsmen.." she began as she swung Samehada off her shoulder and pointed it at her father with a single arm. "Then as one I will determine who is worth my time and who isn't." her eyes cold and appearing almost cutthroat having this stand off with her father. He finally gave up and scratched the back of his head. "Fine." and took his leave. Once he was gone Kasumo turned back to look at Riri lowering the blade and a bright smile on her face. The mask returned. "Mind if I still move in, Cuz?"

The malicious demonic presence of Voldo floods the training grounds as the silvered eyed young man walks in. adorned in a black feather cape as he summons three clones and sends them off into the distance.
In his rage a chakra of black flames surrounds Voldo as he snaps his fingers and casts his hand out sending a massive black fireball scorching the earth as it hurdled toward one of the clones. The clone manages to dodge narrowly but the concussive explosion of the fireball wipes out a chunk of the treeline as well as creates a blast wave sending the clone off balance and onto the ground.
The other two clones attempt to step in using explosive kunai as long distance projectiles but Voldo his eyes flashing smacks his hands to the ground as two stone clones spurt fort from the ground and explode from the kunai voldo jumping back glares as he cuts his hand and smirks splattering blood around as he snaps his fingers his blood lighting up like oil as it spread fire over the grounds the smoke from the fire shrouding him as he draws several kunai and with a smirk throws them at the clones flowed by yet another fireball. This time the clones attempt the attack from the air as the fireball explodes under them launching them further up. Voldo with a smirk tosses one kunai bomb up in the air before jumping back and using the hidden mist jutsu.

flashing in his mind were the thoughs of rage and the fact he nearly died for the sake of greed and selfishness of one man. His anger tinting the images of the past red as his chakra became hot like fire. "He sent me there to die. I was a scapegoat. How dare he"

back in the battle the clones come down on Voldo from above ready to strike when Voldo screams out like a roar of hell as a blast of hot flame expells from his body knocking the clones back and scortching the ground around him as he glares the clones stunned struggle to get up but in a flash voldo moves toward one hoisting it up by the collar and smirks as he breath a fog in its face like exhaling cigarette smoke. The clone begins to choke horribly before dispersing in a explosion of fire. The other two clones now terrified attempt to flee. Voldo however motioning his hands conjures the flames from his jutsu attacks to move like a wall to block their path. He smirks stalking them in bloodlust and inhaling he expels a gas out of his mouth like a cloud and with a click of his teeth the gas ignites like fire incinerating his other two clones.
panting from the afterburn of his rage Voldo devours some of the flames to regain his chakra back before exhaling steam to put out the rest of the fires. The damage to the field however was going to take some time to fix.

As Lucius walked into the training grounds for the Mist the evil aura that pierced through the air was almost palpable. It screamed of anger, of hate, of fury, of power; Lucius loved it. Of course almost all human being had an innate love for power and very few of them would ever overcome it. Step by step Lucius came nearer and nearer to the source of this aura: Voldo. Black flames flew across the training grounds as the man became engaged in a beautiful, but deadly, dance like barrage of fighting. Whenever a remnant of a flame would come near him or fear launching into the village, Lucius would form a simple seal and knock the flames to the ground. At last, steam began to emanate from the man as Lucius quickly formed a seal around him. Protecting himself from the dangers this chakra enhanced jutsu that quenched the searing flames.
“What raw power,” Lucius commented as he got closer, “it would be a shame for it to go to waste if you stayed at your current level of power.” Lucius lightly smiled at the man. He didn’t want to seem overpowering or dominating because in actuality he wasn't. “I would be happy to have your service. I know you want to be a jonin so I am willing to grant that request. Due to my recent promotion to the head of the Ryukyu Dynasty I am in need of a personal guard, a right hand. I think you could fill the job very nicely. I have a job to test you if you accept, so what do you say?” Lucius hoped the man would join. His jutsu contained such power that would be incredibly useful to both Lucius and the future of the village.
