Well the idea when making him was to make a likable character with words that should be taken no deeper than one cared to. So far, I'd say I succeeded.

So there wasn't anything in the katena profile about kaido, and it doesn't require any verbal component. Anybody care if Faun can use it?

Well in Bleach Kaido was never very defined, well not as much as Hado and Bakudo. I would say that since people can use Hado without its incantation, one would be able to use Kaido without one too. So yes she should be able to use it even without saying the spell.

can someone fill me in on the other non shimigami in this guild
I know there is arancar's and quincy...but I thought I saw one or two things that are definitely NOT in the manga....so I am clueless as to why the exist and what they are

You should probably read the Guild Timeline for the detailed explanation. The short explanation would be, as mentioned elsewhere in the guild, this guild takes place in a separate unaffiliated timeline. In it, Quincy's are basically nonexistent and artificial arrancar don't exist (and neither did anything that happened in the canon series). These beings are the Katena, demi-gods born of faith of the humans who fell at the hands of the Shinigami and were sealed away in the stars. That being said, they're also significantly older than any Shinigami, as they were alive for thousands of years before the Shinigami existed.

It makes me so happy to see the guild gain new members smile thats always a good thing lol
I was actually wondering where Sonus and Blaze had gotten off to, but like you said IChan-Chan, finals must have gotten to them.
