Kiera nodded and brought herself up from leaning against the wall. "All right. Piece of cake." She looked to Asher before she walked over to Dante and pulled down his shirt. "Does it hurt?" Dante smiled up at her. "Nope! Doesn't even sting." Kiera smiled and nodded, before she hugeed him. "Good, now I'll see you later, 'kay?" Dante nodded again. "Sis, what's your yang?" Kiera shook her head and took a couple of steps back. "That's not a conversation for now." And she disappeared. Dante wished he could do that like her and his mother. But he had to run everywhere. He supposed it didn't matter so much, as fast as he was growing. But it would come in handy when avoiding a tight situation.
That mark will be an issue. Shortstraw's mark? Mhhm. I thought you were the one with all the clever ideas? Heehee. You just haven't had a taste of them yet. Well I'm going to need you now.. I'm not your little plaything. You can't just use me when it's appropriate. And yet you can't let me get hurt, as you will get hurt too. At least I won't cry like a little baby.

*Shortstraw gave asher a nod and turned to quickly make his way out of the hidout, being he didnt' know the tunnles much, and soon he slid out of an alliway infront of two midsized DD. One actully had hair for one, black with large black tattoo like markings on its arms, the other was more of another earth type, chunky, and strong. He was sure he could handles these, besides if things got bad, he would try to finally use what keria made him and unlock himself.
Meanwhile when keria made it to her enemy ((whenever that is)) she would find it was a large fire and earth DD, one that even made the rodes sizzle as it stepped. It was however more or less walking somewhere in perticullar... not cusling distruction yet like the two shortstraw was stopping.*

Kiera skidded in front of the DD, and shook her head sullenly. "Typical." How unfortunate for you. Kiera stretched her back. "And you're not coming out to get some of this entertainment?" I'm sorry, but you call this entertainment? DD's are pathetic creatures. It's as I said before. Until you're willing to offer up some proper entertainment, then I'm not going to be willing to cooperate with you. Kiera tiled her head. "Shame, that. Because you're not the only one who's learnt the knacks of controlling this body." She shut her eyes for a mere second, and when they opened again, they had turned scarlet. Kiera cussed and her body sizzled. "<******** you, Kiera. You're going to regret making a fool out of me." Bite me. Kiera rolled her eyes before she looked upon the DD again. What a drag. Well. As long as Alter ego was out, she was going to make this as fun as possible. She cracked her knuckles and frowned at this poor show.

*Shortstraw stood stright and quickly took in the information on the enemys. He then readied himself as they noticed him being the only little pest to stand int here way. However the one with hair spoke, this first DD to do much of talking, "maldutro fedrroc messmeriz." short straw smerked, "then time to show you what i got." He bolted forword suddenly, as a spear and chain came from his left gotlet and it perced into the one with the hairs chest, he then swung under the legs of the other and got to his feet before lunging onto his back...
Meanwhile the large creature stopped infront of keria and chukkled. It did the same as keria as if to mock her. It then waited for kerias first attack.*

"Bardus, vilis calculos. Expectant iusti vos bastardos. Vos es omnes iens ut mori." Kiera cussed again under her breath as she eyed up the DD. This thing, mocking her? Maybe she should make this more painful than she had originally planned. Her heat mimicked the DD now, as the tar roads beneath her began to melt under her feet. She then giggled uncontrollably. "How unfortunate for you to be paired with me, beast. You're going to have an all out bad day." She looked around herself, and when she was satisfied with her surroundings, she devised a plan of action. She gripped tight a dagger in her hand, and threw it straight into the DD's chest. Once there, the dagger exploded into a festering fire mess. Now she was certain this was just a starter. She had no intentions of killing the beast yet.

*The DD keria was facing chukkled as keria fired up, infact he started to grow, feasting off her flames. The expostion frot he dagger even made him stronger as he took the dagger and crushed it, tossing it away as he waved a finger at her for more. This thing was feeding him fire, he liked fire, he liked heat. But he couldn't suffercate or anything like fire due to his earth shell. This would truly be a hard enemy for keria to face.*
Shortstraw on the other hand found himself easily tearing the first two down as he pulled the chain turned and lunged his hidden blade deep inside it's face. So far all he needed was two weapons and his speed. This wasn't so bad he thought as both were suddenly done, and in peices on the ground. He grabbed both of the souls and held out a spechal looking jar as he placed them inside and placed it within his cloak. But then suddenly his eye flickered as a small girl appeared out of no where over his shoulder with a whisper, "good boy." Shortstraw spun around to find her already backed up with distance between them. This girl had blond hair, and wore a red and white sakura coat that blew around in the breeze. However what the girl was holding was what got to shortstraw, a metal rose. She twurled it in her fingers, "i was hopeing to draw you out boy. I see your cat is near by aswell. Such a punny demon compaired to the ones i have on my side." Shortstraw stomed his foot forword and pointed, "prove it." He spun a dagger in his hand as was suddenly infront of him, he speed was remarkable as he blocked and suddenly the two were in hand to hand combat almost too fast to for the eye to see, the girl even fought with her metal rose, as shortstraw his dagger, finally both landed a hit as both slid back alittle, not much damige done. Shortstraw through the dagger into the ground beside him, "is that it!" The girl giggled and held up a flute, "boy i'm your greastest enemy... although we are seemingly doing the same thing. Bulding a army from scratch, proving yourself and your allies in a direction aginst the other foe." She chukkled and put the flute away looking up, "you and I will be facing off for a long time over and over. However i'm sure we're both equal right now..." Shortstraw stood stright, and started to glow, now he had forgotten all about the others this was a personal matter. "I'm not to sure about that..."

Kiera dragged her tongue across her teeth. Well that was just plain annoying. She supposed she'd have to try different techniques with this beast, but at least that dagger gave her an idea of what this DD had to show. That, at least, had worth. She brought out another dagger from her belt, and made some quite considerable holes in her hands with them. Luckily, this would come to annoy Kiera later, and make her blubber like a little baby if she was really lucky. But this Kiera endured it, used it as fuel. She wasn't as stupid as to use black magic, either. She wasn't exactly a blood mage. Piece of cake, still a piece of cake. The blood dripped down her arm and encased her skin, as she extended her arms out in front of her. And as the blood started to drip to the floor, instead it formed large scythe-like blades. She licked her lips expectantly. "Ready for the show?" She suddenly disappeared from her spot and now stood perfectly on the DD's head, bending over to look at it in the eye. Her own eyes pulsed. You're so obvious. Have faith, my dear. There's no chance in hell it'll even lay a sausage finger on me.

*Shortstraw flet the rush of his aura as it gained and gained tunning color bfore finally he looked to the neckless, just a galnce as it struggled, however opened further then ever before... he needed time to charge up it seemed, being the soul was attifichal... but the gril wasn't going to alow it as she appeared at shortstraw and attacked this time with one of his own teceqes, shortstraw took it and finally his eye changed...
Meanwhile the enemy keria was facing just looked up at her. He tilted it's head to the side alomst in confussion, was this girl trying to annoy him. Maybe. He didn't care. He started to walk forword to continue his mission, wether or not she was there. She was no threat to him... not yet.*

Kiera grunted in disapproval. If she could have got a more boring opponent, seriously. If she could even consider this thing an opponent. This was just boring. And she was slowly getting agitated. Which generally didn't lead to anything good. She stood up properly again, then she looked to the DD's head again, she plunged her arm blades into the DD's shoulders, deep, right to her arms. And as she hopped off the DD, the blades dragged their way down it's back, ripping the flesh apart as easy as a knife through butter. Once she got to the floor, she hopped back several meters and flicked her arms aside to get off all the troublesome aftermath that may have carried on the blades.

However he blades were dule now as the creature both didn't feel any pain nor did it seem to effected. It's flesh was pur stone, being so it hardly tickled him as he turned around and stomped his foot once in warning as the ground shook the area, making things fall off houses and building around them. It stared at her and waited for a responce.*
Meanwhile shortstraw found himself finally unlocking for the first time, although it was slow right now as the blackand green like armor started to cover his body, however his head was left untouched. His body was only partly satified with the artifichal soul, so never would the same things happen when he unlocked however now he was sure he could do at least alittle more as him and the girl locked into combat once more, this time no one could even see there movments, just here the sounds and buidling smashing and breaking as they moved in combat. Sadly though both parted and found themselves sliding back again. Shortstraw looked to his arm and noticed the armor had a large scratch upon it, he looked to her and smerked seeing she had a small rip in her clothing, she wasn't armored though did he get her?*

Kiera looked to the blades and sighed. "What a drag." She flicked her arms again and flicked off the blood as it liquidised once more. Kiera brought her palm to the ground and stained it red as she poured some energy into it. Just as she had used in many battles before, she trapped the DD in a festering cage. Of course it didn't matter that it was her personal fire, because the DD would still be teleported back into the middle if it touched the bars. Nor could it disrupt the ground under it. Kiera would at least thank herself for that. Maybe. Probably not. Either way, at least she had it in one place now, and she walked up close to the bars. "You're a pain in the royal a**." She brought her hand to her chin. "I'm going to have to resort to more delicate methods, now." She shook her head and looked away. "You're not worth it." She reached into her pocket and brought out a personalized blade. A blade that the other Kiera didn't even know was there. It was very hard to describe visually, as it had no definite shape nor color. It bent in may ways and forms, and it was see though, possibly an Opal color if described properly. Her special little secret. As opposed to all her other little secrets. That weren't so little.

*the DD chukkled knowing it couldn't be beaten with a silly little trinket. This fire was new to him however. And for once of his size this needed to be a rather large cage. It smiled lava poured from it's hands as it shrunk. Without touching the bars at all the liquid oozed out fo the cage and returned to one mass morming the creature again, just this time it was free. Again it was a fire and earth eliemnt. I fed on fire, it could shift to both earth and fire eliments, it was a vary powerful DD elimental.*
*Meanwhile shortstraw stood stright, "easy..." he dashed forword as his hidden blade appeared, however incased in some new armor for extraw efext, but the girl was quick to react and used a new ability the hunters never faced before. She touched certain parts of his body as he moved to counter her and soon her found his body locked again as he stared at her with his jaw dropped, "no one can reverse a mode like that but the user!" the girl ran a hand on his cheek, "i'm speachle... i'm both you and a demon." She winked, "word of advice. Check your history, your find me." And with that she dissapeared with only one thing left behind, a metal rose.*

Kiera finally grinned as she watched the DD ooze out of the cage. The cage fell back into the ground, and she grabbed the one-handed sword tight in her scabbed hand. Although as she held it, she winced slightly. It held a property that didn't let her regeneration work, and so kept her hand bleeding. However this didn't effect her for now. Besides, the hurt went far deeper than that. As with just the touch, it bore deep into her skin and began to solidify her blood. With just the handle, it wouldn't do much. Otherwise it would be a pointless weapon as to try to kill the user. But the blade however, was far more lethal. She raised the sword over her shoulder and pulled it back as if she were about to throw a spear. "Yo, Knucklehead! It looks like your face caught on fire and someone tried to put it out with a fork!" She then threw the sword, hard, into the DD's chest. If the DD touched the sword, that part of the body would solidify. Neither would it be able to turn into liquid as it did with her cage. This was an ideal weapon for such an opponent. And the DD's chest solidified almost instantly, while the rest of the body was still shifting.

*The DD stepped back for the impact and looked to the sword. It's body then started to shift difrently and started to case it'self in it's earth crusts, makeing one lare sold earth form with the sword still stuck in it. It then looked to Keria, he stomed it's foot again, except this time not only did the ground shake but the earths started to move and spike at her in random directions as the DD watched the girl squrm. This was a foe he wondered about. What was she. It did not understand.*
Meanwhile shortstraw stood stright and held up a arm with a fist, "you may come down now Asher." he replied signaling the three to appear infront of him.

The wings sprouted on Kiera's back and she lifted herself safe into the air. The steady beat of her wings was quite comforting in a time where she was agitated. She watched as the sword turned a bright baby blue and adapted to it's surroundings. Instead now, out of the sword sprouted gushing water, and then froze to a deep thick ice around it. The opacity of the sword held the most secrets about this ability. And Kiera grinned as she watched the sword do all the work for her. Not only were Yokai elemental, it seemed.
Asher appeared in front of Shortstraw with her tail swooping from side to side. Dante appeared next to her after, and then Soflora. Dante instantly bounded up to Shortstraw admiringly. "Was it fun? Can I join in next time?" However Asher was looking to Shortstraw with a serious-cat face.
