Kadaj watched, a bit unsure how to team Pokemon TM's since he'd never done it before. As he watched he tried to figure out what it was that Poochyena was doing, when suddenly a dark aura emerged forth and struck Donphan. "Oh wow!" Kadaj smiled happily with the results of the training. Dark Pulse would definitely be a move that Kadaj would be using often. "Thanks uh... I don't think I caught your name." Kadaj looked at Kento, not quite sure that he would've gotten his name.
He then turned to Madeline and nodded happily, "Keh-Heh, yeah it seems like it! Poochyena's a stud, he has all kinds of fans." Poochyena barked happily and ran back over to Snubbull to play.

Kento Mencho  "Oh how rude of me, I am Kento...Kento Mencho." He extended his hand for Kadaj and Donphan came out of the smoke with a little tiny scratch on his trunk. "That is a pretty impressive poochyena Ive never seen one that learned that move that quickly...When you are ready come to the ground gym in Sabi City I would love to battle you once you get a little stronger!"

Kadaj nodded and shook Kento's hand. "Thanks. I think I'll need to do a lot of training first and the first place I should probably be heading is Paysage." Kadaj released his grip on Kento's hand before folding his arms and looking at his Donphan's tiny scratch, that was a start considering Poochyena hadn't been in many battles. "Keh-Heh, maybe Poochyena could end up fighting Donphan down the road."

Kento Mencho Kento smiled "Hey you never know, keep training him and he might be able to beat Donphan someday!" Donphan didn't approve Donphan smacked Kento in the back of the head "Hey now don't get mad at me you know it could be true..." Donphan sighed and nodded and Kento stroked his trunk. "Don't worry Donphan you are still the strongest pokemon I know...No trainer has beaten you other than the champion." Donphan looked up and grinned at Kento!

Kadaj laughed, apparently Donphan was rather competitive. "I don't think think a Poochyena could beat him, but maybe if I got him to evolve... Although I'm not worried about that right now. I just had my Torchic evolve into Combusken. That's good enough for me." Kadaj listened as Kento mentioned that the only person to beat Donphan was the champion. He might have to focus on training Deerling if that was the case since Deerling was a grass type. "Well- even a Mightyena might have a tough time, but we'll just have to find out when the time comes." Poochyena continued barking and playing with Snubbull. "So what are you doing all the way out here?"

Kento Mencho Kento's face turned serious. "The father of law told me there was some Cattavia members in this area and he wanted me to check things out to make sure no pokemon have been stolen." Kento looked into Kadaj's eyes "Keep your pokemon safe...they stop at nothing if they like your pokemon. He clinched his fists...and held Larvitar close because Larvitar was crying at the sound of Cattiva. "Shhh Shh there there little guy you're safe nobody will harm you as long as I'm around!" Larvitar secede his crying and Kento whipped away his tears, as Larvitar nudged up against is chest and started yawning and getting comfortable!"

Kadaj frowned as he thought about it. He had met a woman, Serah, who tried stealing his Pokemon, but she wasn't trying to just take them, she was trying to set them free. On the same note, she never said whether or not she was part of an organization. "Hmm, I met somebody who was trying to take my Pokemon, but she vanished just as Madeline showed up. I don't think she's trying to steal my Pokemon though. She believes that we're keeping Pokemon to battle in selfish manners, like Pokemon are slaves or something." Kadaj didn't think Serah worked alone because of how determined she was, but at the same time she wasn't trying to steal Pokemon.

Kento Mencho Kento nodded "So...Team Liberta is here too, I'm going to have to report this to the chief...Things might get a little hectic around here..." Kento sighed lowly trying not to wake up the baby Larvitar.

Kadaj nodded but sighed at the same time. "I have no idea what that is, but I'm guessing the chief is sort of like some kind of police officer." With nothing better to do, Kadaj pointed towards the direction of Paysage. "Do you know anything about the first gym leader? Like what Pokemon she uses?"

Kento Mencho Kento thought for a second "Ahhh yes Tender Voice I'm not quite sure...I rarely see her since we are far away...Your best advantage would probably be to use combusken the poochyena...but as I don't know what pokemon she uses as I said I rarely talk to her."

Kento Mencho Kento started walking off "I wish you both good luck on your journeys, hopefully we will meet again someday...Come to Sabi City you will always be welcomed at my home!" Kento continued walking in the opposite direction.

Kadaj looked at Kento and waved goodbye before redirecting his attention to Madeline. “You’re from Paysage Town? We should go there together! I really need to get my first badge sometime.” Kadaj sighed and pulled out his empty badge case. “I’m kind of tired of being the guy with no badges. How about we go together?” Kadaj wasn’t sure what Madeline’s agenda was, but it seemed like Chad had kind of departed and as for Selphie, he wasn’t entirely sure where she was or what she was doing. Although if he had to guess, Kadaj would say that she was with Chad since she was closer to him, meaning that Kadaj was alone again.

Selphie looked up at the night sky and let out a sigh. She needed to keep moving before it was too late. “I’m going on ahead Kadaj, talk to you some other time.” With that, Selphie walked onwards, focusing right now on taking on the first gym leader and hopefully winning.
