Hyuuga Takami ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Takami sat in silence for a minute, taking a break from learning the hand seals. It had already been a long day, and he just got to school! Swinging his arms out in front of himself, the boy placed his palms on the floor, and stretched out his back, sore again from sitting in such a stiff, uncomfortable position. Placing his back against the wall again, the boy sat erect, ready to start the next jutsu, and then realizing that he should probably review what he had already learned. Initially, the boy practiced singular handsigns, the bird, The Boar, The Dog, The Dragon, and the monkey, but then the young ninja began to practice the hand signs in combination, Dragon monkey the bird, Dog Monkey the Boar, or Dragon Boar Monkey the Dog, practicing every combination that he could think of, taking a five minute break between practicing to make a list of what he'd done.
Eventually, The young Hyuuga looked down at the scroll, deciding to study the next hand sign, the hare, and suddenly looking down solemnly at the floor remembering the pet hare he had kept as a child, and how it had passed away just a few weeks ago. But he couldn't let such a thing distract him him. Wiping his nose with his right hand, and reaching out with his left hand, the boy grabbed the scroll and held it in front of his face, grasping each detail of the seal, knowing that, similar to the dog hand sign, the hardest part of this seal would come not from difficult hand positioning, but instead, it's problems would lie in it's simplistic nature, and underestimating the hand sign. The boy studied the scroll carefully, attempting the jutsu precariously, his left pinky still sore from the first time he tried the dragon Hand Seal. Nothing happened. He looked down at his hands and realized that he had misplace the middle finger on his right hand, placing it in his palm, instead of out to the knuckle like it should be. Spending several minutes working up speed on that, the young boy tried the jutsu again, nothing happening. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Lesson: Learning the 12 handseals Description: Takami must now learn, memorize and execute the 12 handseals, with the outmost perfection. From the knot's current state things were looking pretty hopeless. It had closed so tightly upon itself that it would have to be loosened in order to be undone. Yae had an idea though. She sent her chakra through the rope, some of it managing to work it's way into the middle of the rope cluster. As the chakra dissipated the energy it released pulled the rope outward, loosening the knot. Reaching behind herself, she was able to grab the newly-loose knot and pull it apart. The ropes were considerably more loose now, to the point where Yae could probably slip her way out of them. However, cheating the training would be cheating herself.

Hyuuga Takami ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Takami tried the hand seal, several more times, fixing his finger as he went along, but he still didn't feel the strong release that he always felts when he correctly performed a hand seal. He pulled the scroll out again to study the hand seal, noting how the fingers interacted, the right hand in front, the forefinger stick out straight, the middle finger extended out until the middle knuckle with the rest of the fingers tucked into the barer's palms, and finally, the thumb sticking straight up. Takami also studied the left hand. He looked at how the pinky runs in front of the the right hand's thumb, locking onto of the forefinger, and how the rest of the fingers on the left hand are tucked securely in place. The young ninja looked down at the pinky on his left hand, still sore from practicing the dragon hand seal, but then looked across at all the other students, seeing most of them tied up in rope, Takami thinking that would be an easy lesson. The young ninja looked down at his hands, making the seal slowly, at first, building up speed until he could do the seal instantaneously every time. Forcing a surplus of chakra into his hands, and then making the hand seal, a strong blast of internal chakra blew the boys hands apart.
"What was that....?" The boy questioned himself. He looked down at his hands to see slight bruises on each palm, the right hand's palm darker then the left, and then the boy silently questioned what happened. "I've already had several problems," the boy pondered, "But I've work through them. I realized that in the Bird, I wasn't using enough chakra, and in the Dog, My hand placement was way off, and then finally in the dragon, my Fingers were misplaced, but I worked through all of them. Anyways, Maybe since I had a problem with not enough chakra, Maybe this one has too much." he asked himself. He focused on his hands, allowing the chakra to move freely to his hands, pulling back a slight amount of chakra, and then make the hand seal. Again, the internal chakra blasted the boy's two hands apart, leaving dark purple bruises on each of the boys palms, leaving the usually good child, muttering several profanities to himself. He he his right hand in his left for a minute, letting the initial throbbing die down. After his hands went mostly numb, he slapped them together and let the chakra flow in his hand and the flowing most of it away from his hand. He closed his hands and quickly made the seal, but he felt that the chakra wasn't enough. Slowly, over many failed attempts, the boy increased his chakra, trying to get the right amount, and then, finally, he quickly made the hand seal. Feeling the power and control, that was familiar to him now, the boy practiced the seal several more times to make sure he had the correct chakra control. He quickly grabbed his pencil, knowing that he was now halfway done, learning the seals! He smiled, looking down at the list, studying the remain six seals he was required to learn. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Lesson: Learning the 12 handseals

With most of the knots gone, Yae could almost free her arms from the coil of rope around her. She tried to for well over a minute, wanting nothing more than to remove the tape from her mouth. When it was apparent to her that she wasn't going to get out of the rope yet she went back undoing the knots. Her chakra traveled across the surface of the rope. The seventh was uninteresting. It seemed to be hastily tied, and came apart with virtually no effort on Yae's part.
Only three left. Then I have to find Sakurayuki... Her stomach rumbled impatiently.

Hyuuga Takami ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
The young Hyuuga got up and walked across the room, stretching his legs out. He was getting tired. He looked around, everyone so much ahead of him, it seemed like he was working harder at this than everyone else, and so much less was getting accomplished. He hated it. The boy sat in the room, opposite of where his was before, closer to some of the people tied in ropes, hoping that he could make a good impression on them, oh how he thrived to please people. Takami looked down at the scroll, the Horse hand seal next. "Oh god, this looks almost as hard as the dragon!" he thought, reluctantly. The boy looked down, studying the two hands, knowing that he'd be caught up on this seal for a while. He imagined the seal in his head, and then he tried forming it, with no success. The Boy felt the pain instantly, his left hand crashing into his, already sore, right palm, missing the mark completely. Biting his lip to keep the profanities in check, the boy held his hand in pain, this pain worse than his two former injuries combine's. He looked around at everyone, they must think that he's an idiot, taking so long to learn ******** HAND SEALS. He shook his head, clearing this from his thoughts. He knew that wasn't the case, he was at the same level as everyone else, this just... wasn't his specialty. He looked back down at the scroll, trying to see what he did wrong and how to fix it.

Inechi Shironaegi Hp: 13/27 Cp: 23/33 MHp: 27/27 Seeing Sakurayuki escape her knots made him smile a little, it was nice to see her trying so hard. It also seeded the idea of the two of them being on a team together pop into his head. He figured that would be nice, he wasn't sure why but he figured it would. While thinking about the idea it seemed that Sakurayuki had left the classroom. With her gone he glanced back over at his half eaten lunch, his stomach grumbled a little. His hand snapped and grabbed the pair of chopsticks which he had used to eat before and then quickly shoveled the rest of his lunch down. He yawned a little after the meal and stretched. With food now in his belly the boy was starting to feel better already, however he was becoming curious about where Sakurayuki and Amaya had gone.

 TAB TAB▬▬▬▬▬ TABHp ღ MHp ღ Cp 9/9 | 10/10 | 10/10 TAB TAB▬▬▬▬▬
13 + 0 + 0 = 13 Stomach Hit: 2 points
While her hit wasn’t as good as the past few times before, Amaya was still content in her progress. With her current supply of ammunition it was going to be near impossible for her to make her point goal without gathering the weapons. Then again, that didn’t matter so much since she was going to have to go gather them all up eventually. This just meant that she would have to make two trips. However, she was young and she had been using her chakra all day instead of her physical energy, so the child had plenty to of energy to spare if not exhaust. Plus, she was still overflowing with excited energy about this being her first day in the Academy and about all the successes that she had made that day. It really had been quite the ride and she had even found Akeru, who wanted her on his team after she graduated. This was something that the young girl never would have imagined, but she wouldn’t trade this path for any other in the world.
The young Keiji had decided to keep focused on her training for a few reasons. First off, she was a dedicated student and she enjoyed her training very much. Then there was the fact that she didn’t want to intrude on Sakura and Akeru’s introductions to one another. That was the weird thing though, there was a slight hint of recognition from the both of them. Had they met before? None the less, that wasn’t any business of Amaya’s, much less her concern. Finally, there was the matter of finishing the exercise before all of the other students finished their lunch and it was time to move onto the next assignment. The girl would have hated having to drop a task in the middle of it in order to move onto required works: though she wouldn’t hesitate to if it had come to that. After all, while target practice was worthwhile, it wasn’t progressing her towards graduation since it was extra credit.
Pulling herself out of her thought and back into focus, Amaya fished for her next weapon. Once more she pulled out a shuriken since she still wasn’t comfortable with the kunai and she was becoming familiar with the flight patterns of the throwing star as well; though her aim seemed to be low at this point in time. After she let the weapon zing through the air it was entirely apparent that this was indeed the case. Once more it drifted low upon reaching its target and sank into the belly of the imaginary beast. The child still wasn’t upset about this throw, but she was still seeking perfection without obtaining it. However, that was the entire point of the exercises and the training; in order for the abilities to become as mundane as they were meant to be she would have to tirelessly practice them. This wasn’t an issue for her because she was good with obsessive focus, especially for a girl her age.
Lesson: Target Practice Description: Each student will be given a basic set of 6 shurikens and 3 kunai knives (or 15 senbon) and taken outside to the wooden dummies for target practice. They're expected to aim for 31 total points. 1 - 5 = Miss 6 - 10 = Just hit (1 point) 11 - 15 = Stomach (2 points) 16 - 19 = Head (3 points) 20+ = Heart (5 points) Formula: 1d20 + Attack Ranged (0) Train: 20/31

Kuuya Hamasaki ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
For Kuuya, the walk to the academy took a bit longer than usual but then again most of his walks were tending to be long and drawn. He just couldn't help it if he was easily distracted by all the wonders of this great world they all living on. The pecular pattern in a crumbling roof tile, the oddly colored wheel on the side of cart, and a cloud that look a lot like celestial high-five all consumed both his mind and this time. After all he had to try his best to determine what sort of impact would shatter the tile that way, what sort of accident would be so severe that one was forced to take use a random wheel as a replacement, and what sort of wind patterns or temperature shift could cause a cloud to be formed like that.
Such questions and other like them plaqued him daily, and even though he rarely was able to answer any of them he still enjoyed the distraction from whatever work was at hand. Today was different though, today he was actually eager to be about his task and thus moved along a little quicker than he usually did. That is to say he arrived at midday instead of evenning, and waltz into the classroom beaming at his small success. Sadly there weren't that many people around to see and congradulate him on a job well done, though as he thought about no one really knew what an accomplishment this was for him.
He shrugged off such petty concerns and made his way forward to where their teacher sat. "Sensei," he said with a deep bow that seemed somewhat off (most likely due to a lack interest in the strictest etiquette). "Please instruct me in the way of the...warrior." The pause was brief but showed his ignorance in how one was supposed to go about doing this sort of thing. But he had heard this sort of address in a street performance, and he thought it souded appropriate for the situation.

Hyuuga Takami ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
The boy shook his hands and started again, looking down at the scroll, studying the form of the seal. He studied the placement of the hands, noticing the clean, half-interlocking fingers, the angle of the thumbs, the way the fingers were folding, the tops just barely touching the palm. He looked at his own hands, painfully remembering his first attempt, and reluctantly, trying again, rushing ahead, mistake number one. He felt the pain in his palms again, knowing he had made the same mistake, but this time forcing his right hand into his left palm, instead of vice-versa. "Really, Both of them! I'm such an idiot," he muttered to himself. He looked at the seal on the paper again, mentally breaking the seal into three simple parts. Deciding to first work on the placement of the fingers in relation to the hand their on, the boy worked on folding his fingers, the tips just barely brushing his palm, and leaving just enough room for the corresponding fingers from the other hand. Taking a deep breath, the boy took his first attempt, looking down when he was finished to see the odd, non-uniform sized gaps between his fingers. He had to try again. Again, taking a deep breath, Takami made the seal again, coming slightly closer to equal sized spaces between his fingers, but not enough to fix the problems. Several more attempts made no difference in his luck; He still couldn't get the sizes correct. He closed his eyes, dreading to try again, knowing that he wouldn't get it right this time either, why should he, when he's failed this many times in a row? The young Hyuuga took a deep breath and shaped his hands, opening one eye, not looking forward to see another failed attempt. He had done it. He had really done it! The boy quickly tried again, his hands in the same form as before, knowing he had finally mastered the first step which had stumped him for so long.
The next part was slightly easier than the last, easy being a relative term, deciding that step two would be to make his separate hands into the correct form, and then put them together. His first attempt was painful, but Takami had guessed it would be. The boy's over zealous personality got the best of him, clashing his knuckles into the spaces between each of the fingers on the opposite hand. He shook his hands out, use to the pain by now, and tried again slowly, finally getting it after eight tries. Slowly but surely, the boy sped up putting his hands together. After another twenty-five tries, the boy could do the first and second step almost instantaneously, and decided it was time for him to work on the third step: The placement of his forefinger and thumb. Taking it slowly at first, finally learning his lesson about being overzealous and hurting himself, the boy put his hands together, putting his forefingers together, barely touching at the tip, and like the second step, the boy began to slowly gain speed until he could make the whole hand sign almost instantaneously. Trying once more, this time allowing the chakra to flow to his hands, the boy performed the hand seal, feeling the release of pressure and power that he adored so much. After doing the hand sign a few more times to make sure he could do it, Takami looked down at the scroll, checking off the seventh hand seal he'd learn. "More than half way done," he said to himself, with restored confidence.

Takami looked down at the scroll, not paying overly much attention to the Ox hand seal that was next on the list. Going through each hand sign, feeling the familiar release of chakra as he performed the hand sign, only getting caught up on one hand seal, the dragon, but performing it correct after a second attempt. After words, the boy worked on going from one hand seal to another, then back to the first one. Staring with the Dragon, the boy went slowly to the horse hand seal, having only minor difficulties, and then back to the original hand seal with perfection, doing the same procedure with every combination of hand seals. Finally, the boy looked down at the Ox hand seal, studying it half-heartily, noticing the basic structure of the seal, but not taking note to the details. The boy moved his hands sluggishly, making a sloppy Ox handseal, his mind focused on other things. He looked around, The people tied up into ropes, looking at the lunch table and seeing a dog lurking by them, daydreaming slightly in his head. Snapping out of his daze, the boy was more focused then before, ready to try and perfect the new hand seal!

Hyuuga Takami ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
The boy looked down at the scroll, totally focused on the task at hand now. The boy glanced down the scroll to look at the Ox hand seal, memorizing every aspect of it. How the left hand interlocks into the right, the two middle fingers on the right hand folding down onto the left, while the pinky and forefinger still facing straight up. He tried the seal precariously, hoping to get it down in a few tries, he was getting impatient. He was after all, at NINJA school, and he was hoping to learn a jutsu or two while he was here, but he knew that he couldn't hope to learn any jutsu without the proper hand seals. Takami looked down at his hands, slowly making the hand seal, sliding his left hand fingers into the spaces in the right, the folding the middle finger, and ring finger down. He tried again, with a slight increase in speed, and then again, and again, and again, continuing to build up speed each round. After about fifteen or so attempts, the young Hyuuga achieves the hand seal almost instantaneously. Forcing chakra to his palms, Takami quickly formed the Ox handseal, feeling a rush of power flow through him, and then pulling his hands apart, the boy quickly looked over at the scroll and grabbed his pencil. Marking off the ox jutsu, the boy looked for the next hand seal to learn.
(Imma be lazy and do short posts to finish up the hand seals =w=)
