 He who dares__________________________Eric picked up the locket and looked at it. "One for each soul...I see..." he said as he looked down at it. Just then Dara came in and sat next to him. He looked over at her. "Yeah, I'm alright. Michi's uh...silhouette was just telling me about what happened to Gin. And this is all Michi has left of him," he told her, holding up the locket for her to see. WINS

He who dares__________________________Eric nodded. "She'll be fine in time," he assured Dara. He handed the pendant back to Michi's silhouette and sat silently for a second. After a moment he put Lovi down and grabbed Dara from behind, pulling her onto his lap. He leaned his head against the back of her shoulder. "Hey...Dara," he began quietly. "Thanks....you know, For umm...for being you. And putting up with me. I know it's a lot with me putting myself in danger and all the crap Harold gives you, and my messed up past and everything." He put his arms around her waist and gave her a squeeze. Remembering Gin and Michi's loss had made him grateful for what he had. He was being unusually vulnerable and was having difficulty putting what he wanted to say into words. "You're great Dara. And just...thanks." Great, he probably sounded like an idiot just then. He was so bad at this. Hopefully she would understand what he was trying to say.

DARA STAR ✖ ✖ ✖ ✖ ✖ ✖ ✖ ✖ ✖ ✖ ✖ ✖ "If you can't be number one by yourself," Dara jumped when she felt herself be pulled into Eric's lap. She relaxed when he laid his head on her shoulder. As she listened she blushed and gradually smiled. When he finished Dara turned around and hugged him with all her might. "Why in Kami's name would I not want to put up with all of you? If I'm only going to love one part of you then this relationship and partnership would have never worked out. All of the stuff that you had to put up with made you stronger. Stronger than anyone I've ever known and that's one of the things I love about you. You do what you believe in even if it means putting yourself in danger. Well that part I don't necessarily like."
Dara pulled back to look into Eric's eyes and continued speaking. "So don't you ever think that I'm too good for you or that you're too inadequate. In reality YOU are too good for ME. If you think I'm great then you must be a whole package of awesomeness." Dara took this chance before he spoke to quickly kiss him before getting up to go help Michi. "We'll finish this after we eat."

He who dares__________________________Eric smiled as he heard Dara's reply. He disagreed on the whole "he was too good for her" part but she took off to the kitchen before he could say anything. He picked up Lovi and began petting her again, a smile still on his face. Yeah, he was definitely looking forward to eating too. Today was a good day. WINS

Titus took off his shoes and walked into the house. "Well then I'll see you in a little bit." He went walking off through the house, checking each of the rooms. He stopped in the room that was obviously some kind of trophy room and admired each of the things in there. He turned when Reina entered the room and smiled. "Do you happen to have peaches? Their my favorite fruit but their pretty scarce where I live." He smiled as he noticed a picture of the Spartoi members from when Black Star and Tsubaki had been students. "Well they looked like a pretty well balanced group. I wonder if I can be like this one day."
