heko pulled out a rule book and threw it at tessa's feet. heko offered her some of his milkshake. " tell me why you want to join, and i mean the real reason." heko looked at tessa as he watched her every move more like an animal then a human.

heko looked at her. " so you want us because we are strong? If you joined us you would see and know things students of this academy would have never know. and the price of joining if a horrid one. are you sure you wish to join us?" heko asked sipping his milkshake.

heko grabbed a slip of paper and wrote down a location. " meet us here, you have 1 hour that is the time it will take to wake master and have him come to this location, i do hope you know what you've got yourself into." heko turned as chains wrapped the passed out males the males vanished as heko walked out

Texas followed Mirai into the Ice Cream shop. "Chocolate Mint," he said as he placed his own money on the counter. Another day of training. He was getting better at balancing the raw power Mirai put out, though they hadn't tried to change into her new form and fully ignite her body since the attack on Death City. Still, Texas was sure he could do it this time. He waited patiently for the ice cream and then for his change before he went and sat down across from Mirai.

"I was able to do everything except the halo this time!" He told her, referring to their last training session. They'd been working on using the ability without her transforming into her older self. Though it has still taken a year and it wasn't yet complete. It wasn't as powerful but it didn't require as much power either and was much easier for Texas to manage. Still, he was disappointed in the fact that it had been a year and he still hadn't improved enough to fully ignite Mirai. He frowned slightly at the thought before pushing it away. He would get it eventually. And then they'd become even stronger than that.

He had finally taken off his shirt once Mirai, Charlotte and the others had left and it was just him and Nurse Mortem. She had promised to keep his secret and easily healed the little bit of internal damage he had taken there. There'd been no more close calls since then. So far he and Mirai had made a good team; his power and easiness of thought complimenting Mirai's madness and physic abilities. Having a clear and direct mind, it was much easier for Mirai to focus without a million of his thoughts bouncing off her head, though of course he still did think while they fought. It was stupid not to and impossible. She'd gotten used to him running the complicated calculations in his head as well, able to focus despite all the numbers and formulas flying around. He still hadn't told her his secret, but that was okay with him. The less people who knew about it the better.

Texas nodded as he continued to eat his ice cream. "You bet we will! Sanctum won't stand a chance next time we meet him. Where in the world does he disappear to anyway? Does he have his own realm?" Texas still didn't quite understand the distinction between Sanctum and Atticus, though he now knew about Charlotte, Divine, Mirai's training with him and the mission they had had to the future. He had been surprised to hear of Mirai's birth and everything that had happened behind it. He had been there during the battle in the center of Death City and had only seen Charlotte and that Eric guy briefly. Though the story of how she had almost died in the womb had been pretty crazy too. He felt a little bad for not being there, though he had no reason to know what was going on and certainly had a legitimate reason in fighting Divine and the others who had appeared.

"So you're still gonna marry him then?" Asked Texas for perhaps the billionth time. "You're the daughter of Charlotte who's the head of the DMA. You should marry someone rich and famous like.....like the Duke of Wellington or something," he told her. He was always a sucker for romantic stories. Though maybe if Mirai married Sanctum and turned his evil heart good, that would be pretty cool. That would make a nice romance story. Texas had insisted that he go with her if she ended up having to move to his realm or wherever. I mean, if she was an evil princess or something she would still need a Weapon. Besides, their marriage ceremony would be a little empty if no one was there, right?
