Instead of leading the way Kalika threw her arms around his neck and kissed him hard.

Marth was taken of guard by what she did, but only for a moment. He wrapped his arms around her and kissed her back just as hard as she kissed him.

Marth returned her smile with one of his own, he found that this was the happiest he has been in a long long time. His stomach then decided to be loud and upsetting.

Kalika laughed and grabbed his hand. "Come on," she said cheerfully and began dragging him in the direction she believed was right.

Marth let himself be dragged while he worked to get his feet under himself while keeping up with Kali. He still felt joy being with her and she being in a good mood.

Kalika finally got to the inn and stopped at the door to pull up her mask to hide her face. "Ready," she asked.
