Screaming Phoenix- Neiomadian space

Lowrak looked back at Kad and offered his knowledge of the planet, "I don't think we need anything since the planet is probably under quarantine and we won't be able to land, just orbit the planet until they lift it so you will just have to be patient but keep your wits about you, the Neiomodians are not to be trusted, you did read about what happened before the Clone Wars, did you?"

Ancient Akul- Over Neimodia.

Stokes looked up from his game. Excitedly, he bounded to the cockpit. eager to lay eyes on the approaching world. as he peered out of the viewport, a vast planet lay before them, the many lights of its native cities glowing and flickering like the many stars that could be seen around it.Upon seeing the large, vast areas on the planet, the jawas mouth went a little dry. He nervously tightened his arm wraps, and sat down in the copilots seat, secretly glad that he wouldnt have to set foot in such places to complete his mission "Well Davth, there it is, Pure Neimodia. the heart of the Neimodian empire. Kind of takes your breath away doesnt it? Too bad the place is riddled with disease. kinda kills the tourist trade, eh?" he laughed, looking for the port. "Uhhh..... There! That one right there! thats where were heading. Lets land, then stretch our legs. It's night now, But thats fine. We can just pick up the paper work, fill it out then get a drink, on me of course! We'll start fresh in the morning. he grinned. in order for his plan to work, they would have to leave at the same time. he wasnt sure, but he was pretty sure that the Twi'lek was buttering Davith up, and he was sure that at the slightest hint of his scheme, he would be shot to pieces. he shuddered. the thought of them was to distubing to think of. He didn't get what people saw in twi'lek women, the had no fur, and they're tails were on they're heads. He shook the thoughts from his head. He needed to stay focused if he wanted to make his master proud. And he planned on doing just that, no matter the costs.....

Nar Shadda- Star Port

When the door started to open, Locolvictum immeditly closed his good eye, leaving his robotic eye open to gaze at them. When the door opened all the way, he let out a small chuckle. Amused that they would go to such standards. "My oh my. A welcoming party, I'm afraid I only brought something that would help the jedi." He still kept the data disk in his hand. "The data on this disk is a underground base that my father constructed, fully Equiped with security driods, sentry turrents, and enough fire arms and armor for a small force...." Stopping there for a moment to catch his breath, "Unfortunitly the security system only works for my voice. And if your wondering, yes I did leave the security system on."

"Who are you stranger?"

Locolvictum hit his head as if forgetting something, "Where are my manners? My name is Locolvictum Lockheart, member of the Mandalorian clan: Tr'zch." Giving a slight bow at the end. He then looked at the girl that stood behind the ones pointing weapons at him, "I believe that answers your question, young miss." Turning his attention back to the group, "But, you can just call me Vic." He then stuck out his hand to shake the hand of the women holding the lightsaber.

Nar Shaddaa - Je'Daii Cruiser

Ignoring his extended hand
"You reek of the Darkside - why would you help the Je'daii? If your words are true, toss me the disk - our droid will have no difficulty simulating your voice - he is copying your speech patterns as we speak. Or perhaps you are seeking passage to Bogan" *she laughed* "we'd happily drop you off. Of course as our guest you would remain in solitude kept in chains of your own beskar"

"What will it be Sith?"

Nar Shadda- Star Port

Locolvictum lowered his hand and frowned, "Have I missed something here? Why do you insist on calling me Sith? I know me being on this planet is odd just to find Jedi, but my father used to tell me that to let the force guide me. Well here I am. Surveing up something that you really need, and more if you play your cards right." Sounding a little annoyed, You say you feel the darkside around me, and yet you can say the same for just about anyone on this planet! If you haven't noticed this planet is covered in it!" Opening his eye, its color being that of amethyst, and putting the data disk back in his pocket.

He looked at the gurads with the blasters and said, "Leave us be, and go back to your bunks." Influencing the gurads with the force they replied in a grunt and left. "Now look, I have information that will put you in a better postion than what your in now." Locolvictum pointed his finger at her, "Also I'm not that stupid to know that a droid can copy my voice patterns, what it doesn't know is how I speak in Mando. Crossing his arms, "Now will you play ball? or do I want to sell this information to the sith? I'm sure last time that I was in there I saw a jedi artifact. I bet the emporer would love to add it to his collection of your orders belongings." He said now trying to bait her into submission.

Neimodia Prime - Ancient Akul

Davth let out a whistle as they got closer to the planet "After Nar Shaddaa any planet looks good to me. Place probably wouldn't be so bad if the rich ones bothered to do more then ensure the basic survival of their brothers." The man shrugged and shook his head in moot disappointment "How the galaxy can function like this, species not even taking care of their less fortunate. This would never fly back home. Ah but alas we are here for a mission no? Recover this holocron and become filthy rich!" with a chuckle he began to take the ship in for the landing. "Now to see how well I can rewrite a ships registry eh?" he asked rhetorically as he flipped a switch to broadcast the falsified name and license numbers. Once they were cleared to land he switched on the intercom. "To my tantalizing Twi'lek we have arrived at our destination. The co-pilot tells me we will have some paperwork to fill out and then its off to find that cache of credits." Releasing the intercom button he stood up and started to walk down the corridor, he paused and looked over his shoulder for a brief moment "I'll see you planet side, partner."

Cari Kohai

PostPosted: Tue Sep 04, 2012 9:21 pm

Cari instantly step in front of Master Stone, the Force radiating around her with a blue glow. Her hands swirling with blue Force energy, she could feel the man's annoyance and his eye, it was a mystery to her. She tilts her head to the side as the eye glanced at their direction. She was no fighter, but a healer, however, she did knew some Force moves that were for offensive attacks.

Her heart did not want to fight, this man might know some information on the mysterious Sith Lord who was after her. Cari gives off a sigh, the Force around her calming down and disappearing. The open comment he made was uneasy, she hopped her question could revert his attention away from the Sith.

"Excuse me, sir, do you know anything about a Sith Lord who gos by the name of "V"? I am not assuming you are a Sith, but I was wounding if you knew anything, because, he is chasing after me. If you want to us to trust you, please don't be angry with her. We have had a hard time with Sith...Can we trust you sir? She asks respectfully, "An forgive me for getting in front of the both you, but I dont want us to fight.." Cari didn't like the soldiers being Force persuaded but she couldn't do anything about it.

Nar Shadda- Star Port

Locolvictum was instently dumbfounded as to the young girl stepping inbetween them, but taking this chance as to change where the converstation was going it was welcomeing. Going down to her level he said, "Unfortunitly I don't know any Sith that go by the name V." Giving her a slight smile, "But I can safely say that he may have been crushed in the collasped Imperial over yonder." He said pointing a finger in its general direction.

His smile disappared with a sigh, "I can tell you that trust goes a two way, but me keeping my weapon on me isn't exactly trusting." He reached his hand behind himself and took out his single edged vibro blade and held the handle out to the small girl. "Here this is my only weapon, it belonged to my mother. So please don't lose it." He said pleading with her not to lose it.

Neimodia Prime - Ancient Akul

"I hear you loud and clear, Captain. The sooner this paperwork nonsense is sorted out the sooner we get the holocron and get off this planet. Not that this mission isn't a wonderful bonding experience and all that crap, but I want to explore other things and I still prefer solitude. "

A'kire stretched a bit before walking to meet Davth as he was making his way towards her. She still had her plan in mind although the Togruta's occasional compliment over the intercom or comlink made her question what he was up to. Davth had obviously played along with her attempts earlier and this could just be another display to confuse A'kire even further. When she met with the Togruta, she stared him in the eyes, waiting to hear what might be said.

The sooner that sand rat steps off the ship the better. I would have preferred to punt him out the airlock, but with Davth around and his supposed credit hunger things would have been very difficult. A two on one fight is always more fun, but if you have a single opponent, you can cut him down to size much quicker without another getting in your way.

Neimodia Prime - Ancient Akul

Davth smiled as twi'lek started at him 'What was it she wanted, ah that's right to be at her side by the end of this. To cut Stokes out of the picture, well Davth lets see what you've got.' He leaned in and wrapped an arm around the woman, pulling her in closer he whispered "You will find I do much better work when I'm at your back or front love, the side is to risky. Meet me once we are off the ship, and we can discuss how to make our share of the credits that much bigger." He smiled thought it wold have been difficult for A'kire to see it, though nearly as quickly as he had embraced her he was walking towards the loading ramp as if it had never happened. 'Hook, line and sinker, I hope. Either way keep her close, shes far to dangerous to be left to plot something.'

Ancient Akul- Pure Neimodia

Stokhli rolled his eyes as he swapped out the filter in his respirator. "Hey genius, don't forget the Quarantine gear!" He walked out of the ship, silently glad to be able to leave the two friends alone. "I'll meet you guys at the Cantina!" he called as he walked off. As soon as he could, he'd get the message to his master that he had landed. His plan was foolproof now, regardless of outside interference. Soon his master would have the holocron, and all would be right again. As he was walking, he paused, suddenly caught a whiff of something, a familiar smell that he couldn't, just couldn't quite place. It's almost like sea water.....he thought. A memory flashed in his mind muddled by time. he couldn't quite remember, but something made the fur on the back of his neck bristle. Its fine.... nothing but an offworlder, yeah, thats it....

Some how, he still wasn't quite convinced.

Mustafar
Low orbit

The Victory-VI class star destroyer was antiquated. It's activation date was nearing it's 176th anniversary. The ship was in working condition, but almost centuries of use has left it with "ghosts." Systems routinely fail, sensors pick up signals that were never there, and the anti-gravity system regularly deactivates leaving it's crew floating, sometimes for hours on end. The empire had listed it for decommission years ago, but it's captain had convinced the Moffs that it could serve as a roaming response ship. The captain followed his father, and grandfather as captain of the Vigilance. Like most imperial captains the human was self-absorbed. He fancied himself better than his peers, but refused to accept a commission for another ship. He had planned to give the ship a 200 year span of service.

The supply depot had yielded little equipment, over the years the locals had picked clean anything that wasn't tied down. But, the communications system was still hardwired into the building. The imperials were even smart enough to use a geothermic energy system, so with just a few minor repairs the depot had power. Jayul had activated a distress beacon, and waited.

His men all decorated themselves up with injuries. The plan was simple, when the imperial shuttle arrived to investigate Jayul would play the part of a captain whose ship had been destroyed in a battle against pirates.

It worked, the shuttle arrived and it's pilot was foolish enough that Jayul didn't even need to use the force to persuade him. He and his men were taken up, his men delivered to the sick bay, while Jayul was taken to the bridge.

He was interested to see that most of the bridge crew were strapped into their seats. It was obvious the ships gravity systems were off. He had no weapons on him save his auxiliary lightsabers, but they looked like anything but, and the ships crew thought nothing of them. The captain addressed Jayul as a subordinate, after all; a captain without a ship held less station than one with.

"So your personal registry was lost with your ship. But tell me, Captain Solo; why is your name, nor any of your crews names, not listed in the imperial manifests. I have no record of any ship near this system nor complaints of piracy. So tell me now, who you are; and where did you learn to repair a 500 year old imperial supply deopt." The questions came in quick succession, and were stated as demands.

Jayul had wished to play the rouse out longer; but this captain seemed to know what he was about. Time for talking had come to an end; the plan began now. Jayul lifted a small device that matched the color of his skin.

"Warlord Dent, take the ship." Those were his final words, and the only signal he needed to send. His platoon of "injured" men sprang up in the sick bay and would quickly take control. From there they would spread out until they acquired command of all the ships major functions.

Jayul himself just stood there as the captain realized what he had said. He turned to shout an order to his guards. Then the alarms sounded. Not battle station alarms, but alert. At that very moment the ship's gravity generators failed. Men began to float helplessly; only Jayul remained standing. He turned to look at soldiers fumbling for their guns. A wave of his hand disarmed the entire bridge crew.

"Captain, your ship is mine. Your life is forefit, but I promise you an honorable death. Surrender now and you will spare the lives of your crew; refuse, and..." Jayul looked at the youngest crew member. He could tell by his ranking that this was a fresh ensign. It was nothing for him to flick his wrist and send the ensign crashing through a transperisteel view-port. His screams died instantly as decompression shields activated to block out the vacuum of space. The men watched in horror as their former crew member writhed for a moment before he grew still. "That.

What say you?
"

There was a moments hesitation before the captain shook his head. "Imperials never surrender to common pirates. Men however you can fight; for the Emperor!" Jayul reached out and grasped the captain's neck through the force. He righted the man and set him upright on the floor. A flash of silver flew out from behind him and the three tubes ignited. A hiss and wurr played to the sounds of men screaming as blades targeted limbs first, then slowly slices bodies away until death finally came. The captain was forced to watch as his men were cut to pieces before him, Jayul never took his eye's off the captain's. When the last man finally died Jayul approached the ships captain.

"They would have been allowed to leave home to their families, or they would have been allowed to stay and serve. You killed these men captain, I never touched them. Now surrender the ship, or I'll vent all remaining personnel!" Jayul poured his malice into the force as he growled his final words.

"But your men!"

"Are expendable captain. Are yours? Last chance; will you surrender!?"

"Captain Frelling, alpha alpha three eight five alpha. I hereby surrender command of Imperial Victory-VI designation 8845-B9 over to..."

"Jayul Opran."

"All crew are to surrender their weapons and report to common areas, comply with all commands. It has been a pleasure serving with you men." The coms cut off and it was just Jayul and the captain left. "The ship is yours, please do as you promised allow these men to return home. They are just serving, you have what you want."

"Oh captain, you are delusional. I had this ship the moment I stepped foot on it." He turned away and floated the captain up a foot and left him to float. Without gravity he was helpless to move, forced only to float and watch. Jayul picked up his com and spoke. "Dent is there anything of worth on this hunk of scrap?"

The voice that spoke back was not human. It was mostly a bunch of buzzes and chirps. <Standard food stuffs, weapons, medical supplies, and even enough eyeballs for all of us.>

"Very good, load up everything you can on a shuttle. Put Grub in the shuttle to take it down. Everyone else grab an eye. Witch, you're my new squad leader. Find the lead eye and take them home. Dent you're staying on ship with me. Keep your magniboots on and find a re-breather, once your men have left I'm venting everything else."

<As you command.>

Jayul turned back to the captain and grinned.

"You lied to me! You said you'd let them live!"

Jayul laughed, a hearty deep laugh that took him a moment to compose himself from. "Captain, I slaughtered the entire bridge crew and it was nothing but an exercise for me. I made their deaths slow and painful, and you're surprised that I lied to you? Pathetic.

The truth is captain; my compassion is reserved for beings more deserving than yourself. Your men were dead this morning, there was no helping it. Don't feel bad though, you will be allowed to live. You'll be left here with your ship to wait.
"

Jayul turned when several of his men entered the room. They blinked and stared for a moment at the carnage but then without needing orders started rummaging through the mess, pulling out weapons and other useful gear. Then men quickly left, one of them with a human arm in his mandibles. Jayul clenched his fist and every monitor on the bridge imploded. He turned and left without another word to the captain who would be left to float helplessly in the ship until his death.

Below as Jayul walked beside Warlord Dent. He looked up at the rugged and scarred Talz. Dent wasn't sensative to the force, but he was strong and cunning. Jayul took pity on him as he was raised to be a gladiator for Ibben. <The supplies are all loaded, and the rest of the men have left with their eyeballs. I planted the core bomb with the ships reactors, and linked it to the ships sensors. Any ship comes within 50km of the ship, and it lights up Mustafar's sky. The reactors shielding will keep anyone from scanning for the bomb from the outside. Your trap is set m'lord.>

"Very good, you've done well Dent. Now lets get planet side and celebrate." Before he left Jayul sealed the bridge shut and left the life support systems operational. Then he opened all remaining exhaust ports, access hatches, and airlocks. In a few minutes the ship would be totally empty of air, and men.

The star destroyer would float there now, empty and lifeless. Only one living soul left, a captain who would soon go mad.

Nar Shadda - Star Port

User ImageHeedless of the conversation taking place outside the Je'daii cruiser, a freighter marked Epoch Wren approached the adjacent landing pad, the massive engines of the YT-2400 drowned out all conversation for a moment, as hot air from the thrusters caused their clothing to whip about.

"Looks like they've got weapons trained on their guest..." Corvin thought aloud. "Too late to turn back now." Rising, he pulled on a long coat and called out to his Twi'lek co-pilot. "Dea'avril, stay with the ship, and keep it hot. I've got a feeling we may need to leave in a hurry."

It wasn't until the blast-doors opened that he felt the familiar tingle run up his spine. It had been a while since he'd felt the presence of the Force. Maybe they won't notice me... he hoped in vain as he made his way down the ramp as casually as possible, trying desperately NOT to will himself unnoticeable.

Neimodia Prime - Ancient Akul

What a load of bullshit, Davth. You don't honestly think I'd be stupid enough to believe this sweet talk? I had a feeling you were trying to pull a fast one before, and now I'm damned sure of it. You'll be staying by my side all right. Don't worry.

A'kire nodded in acknowledgement of what the Togruta had said. The added embrace was too much for her liking, but she played along regardless. If this was a case of it being every man for himself, then the one who could fool the others the best was the clear winner. She had hoped she could have seen where exactly Stokhli had gone to, but she would meet up with him soon. For now she would need to find the Jawa. She put on the quarantine mask and made one last check before leaving the ship.

Once outside of the ship, A'kire immediately looked around for where Stokhli could have wandered off to. It was easy for someone like him to vanish amongst a crowd. He had mentioned a cantina but the Jawa could have vanished to nearly anywhere, planning to get that holocron before She or Davth. Not wanting to waste any time, she began making her way through the numerous crowds, sneering at the pathetic masses who live in such a disease-ridden place behind her mask. The sooner off of this world the better
