The door was open the blob was gone and everyone was running forward like bats out of hell. Ofelia was running too despite having little to no energy, the thought of a clean shower more than enough to keep her moving, but somehow or another during her run she....got separated from everyone else. She didn't know where she was going, not that it would have mattered even if she did, and as her feet carried her around her corner she regretted the sight.
Closing her eyes and backing away Ofelia swore up and down she would never speak of what it was she saw.

Wilson found himself in a new area and this wasn't so bad, although the pool was a horrible color--oh God are those eyes oh my God mutated minipets STOP STOP STOP.

Ofelia turned and ran, doing her best on focusing on getting out rather than just....running around like an idiot. The more she ran the more she was sweating and the more she sweat - well, let's say it didn't end well nor did she smell well. These close would need to be burned and she would forget all of this ever happened. Ever.
Her pounding feet carried her around a corner and outside, into the fresh air that she never thought she'd ever get to breathe again. Off went her shirt, somewhere into the trees. She wouldn't look for it, let nature claim it, and Ofelia screamed into the clear air as she did her best to get that horrible scent from her lungs.
Freedom.
Oh lord and all things mighty she wanted a shower and if she didn't get one soon her shorts were coming off too. Good thing she was close to the academy. . . .

Everyone was rushing forward through the exit, and Jerry was close behind, fumbling with Roar and dodging leaky pipes and ill timed flushes and dear lord how did Deus's plumbing system even WORK? It was awful and he was unappreciative, but with all the scrambling and crawling (and crying when his attempts at escape brought him through a darker tunnel) before fumbling back out....
...into the chamber they had started in.

Continuing on from the fright of many beady-eyed mutant minis Rin could swear she heard water ahead, she didn't think much of it at first. They WERE being flushed on a lot after all. But then there was... oh god... is that light? She ran full force towards the lighthouse in the distance. Like a long lost friend. Water spraying from pipes about her.
But then she ran slow-mo full-force into the iron gate blocking the path with a muffled "Oof!". After rubbing her face with an irritable hiss she finally noticed the number pad.
Number. Pad.
"FUUUCK!" Her voice echoed through the labyrinth.

And then he was back, he was finally back. Gale staggered unsteadily away from the little, dirt worn path feeling dizzy and completely disgusting. He did not even want to think about what he looked like.
Time for a shower. And then finally - finally - he would go back to his much needed nap.
