Yeah, me too. I guess we're at least finding out why Ichigo's Hollow is the way it is.

My only theory is that they take that hollow's power out of Masaki and it somehow turns into a baby, which is Ichigo. I know it's the dumbest and most ridiculous theory ever, but that's all I can think of. XD
