Legendary Application

Which Legendary are you wanting to be?: Latios
Why do you want to be this Legendary?: Well, someone gotta watch Latias and besides, He's awesome. Flies at high speeds, good powers and is able to be invisible so he could constantly travel.
Prove you can handle the power of a legendary! (Give a sample RP using this Pokemon):
The blue jet looking pokemon had been watching his sister from a distance. Did she really believe that he would leave her alone? Well, apparently she did since she decided to go along with a trainer. Latios sighed and became transparent. He followed the trainer silently keeping watch. After about a hour or so He decided the trainer can take care of his little sister for a while. he began to fly around the strange town.
He been watching the town, since he noticed a rather large amount of trouble here. he had protected several young men from strange dressed people.It was rather difficult to stay hidden when he constantly blew several of those people by flying at high speeds. He decided to move on to another town, He figured several other towns were suffering the same fate as this one, He wanted the pokemon safe from harm, the trainers he didn't care much for. He folded in his small arms then suddenly took off, a giant wind flew through the town as he left.

Pidgey doesn't evolve untill level 18 and you can not catch second or third evolutions in Blyse City.. I am sorry but the Pidgeotto will have to be reverted to a Pidgey untill level 18

I am sorry but the Pidgeotto will have to be reverted to a Pidgey untill level 18 In the game It is known to find a Wild Pideotto a level 9 near the first town and also, I did the Random pokemon generator which gave me a pideotto.
