"Just curious," Tennessee said, not seeming to think too much about her glare as he glanced briefly at the teacher. Their lecture was droning on and on without any end in sight. Andrew just wasn't feeling like paying any attention to math today and instead looked back at the girl again. "I ain't never seen you in here before. You new?"

"Lundy? Is that a nickname for London?" Andrew asked slowly as he knit his brows a bit in an attempt to understand. Honestly, London was the only city in England he recognized the name of. People had tried to convince him that York was actually a place in England, too, but it was hard for him to believe there was anything else who shared that name with New York. "I never heard it called that before..."

Andrew was a bit impressed that Lundy had a map with her and it had a lot more on it than just North America! The boy's eyes widened as he eyed the map as if it was the first time he had seen anything except for America's version of a World Map. Which was unfortunately most likely the case.

"T-That's what that old tea sucker looks like?" Tennessee was quiet for a moment before speaking. "I thought he'd be bigger than that..." How had such a tiny place built an empire which had expanded throughout the world? It was a little hard for the American to wrap his mind around considering how tiny England looked on the map. Many states were bigger than him! Was the British Empire really that powerful at one point?

The boy had to shake his head a bit to clear his thoughts before speaking again. "Oh, so your name is Lundy an' you're an island? I've been meetin' lots of islands lately..." he mused before holding his hand out to her. "Nice to meet'cha. I'm the State of Tennessee, but you can call me Andrew if you want."

"A micronation? Like Molossia?" Andrew mused, recalling that guy from Nevada's house who always acted so weird if you surprised him. When Nevada had first shown the micronation to everyone he'd been such a good boy, but as he'd grown older it seemed like he just wanted to curse and act out unless America was present. Tennessee thought he had a screw lose somewhere. At least he seemed to be nice enough most of the time. Either way, all of the states seemed to unanimously decide he was too funny and interesting to bother with and let him continue to assert his independence.

The Tennessean was hesitant as he eyed the map for a moment before pointing to the other "blotches" marked on England. "What are those?" he asked, not realizing that Wales and Scotland were actually on the same land mass. Usually if he'd seen anything remotely resembling England on a map it was all lumped under the category of the United Kingdom without any clear distinctions between the other countries that made up Britain. In his mind England and Britain were synonymous.

"So he really does live with all of 'em?" Andrew asked thoughtfully and looked over the map. It sounded like living in one big house together would be difficult, but he wasn't sure. The state was thoughtful a moment before blushing. "W-Wait. I heard sometimes when nations unite it's 'cause they get married. He... He ain't married to his brothers or nothin'.... is he?"

The state watched her with his face slightly tense from apprehension on what her answer might be. He still wasn't sure what to make of gay marriage other than he was pretty confident it wasn't the way that God nor biology intended it, but, what was far worse, that would mean England was into incest! Regardless of the rumors that the Northern states liked to spread about the South, there were rules which strictly said incest was not allowed. Tennessee wasn't sure what he would do if he found out his older sibling's father figure was into gay incest. That was just a little too much for the conservative boy.
