We dont have "Special rights" If our old RPC from that guild were to be Genin, then we would not be aloud second characters. I also understand your want to have fun, and RP, but activity comes and goes, that is not something that can be controlled.
Also, there are many members of VR who cam back to TUP to play there old RPC's, it is what this guild's story line was based off, it is not special treatment, it s just TUP staying true to it's story line.
I am sorry that you are bored, or frustrated with activity, but there is noting we can do about that. There is however a contest going on, and there is always solo Rp (Which I believe you were sent on.)

Azeiel The Fallen -o-Havik-o- No double slandered, Havik is a special Jounin and Zan is a Sannin, and Blue is not crew... So my first RPC is beyond the Chuunin rank needed, and saying "yet another" would mean there was a first one, and I would like to be pointed toward said double standard.
Our logical solution to make sure the Chuuning exams didn't end up with the same Rper on each side was to not allow a person to control two Genin, it was simple, and allowed us the ability to solve more than one problem.
If you have other concerns, please take them to the complaint/concern thread, or send a mod a P.M. so not to clutter the chat room with un chatty posts.
We did not transfer RPC's from Pots we did from VR, VR was what TUP was built from, it was the dieing guild were most of the crew here met, TUP took up all VR characters, and story lines, it also has nothing to do with pots, and is why you suggestion would not be far. So what your saying is that just because you and him were in that guild you get the special right to have multiple characters. As i said before I am just trying to have so fun before i leave but since this guild is slower than frozen molasses it seems that will never happen. Azeiel, please understand that its summer and though most ppl don't have school there's always vacation. This being the last few weeks of summer might be affecting people as well. From what I can tell, those of us who 'graduated' this year will be moving out to school as well so that's another thing that might affect activity. In terms of Konoha, you are free to start that mission on your own. The others will be joining you shortly.

I began that mission but as its by myself i cannot continue because I have nothing to go off of. Hm...how about this, start off with your rpc, cleaning up the garden. It was destroyed a bit during the attack so it won't be surprsing if some debris is mashed in with the soil/plants. Most of the plants would have been broken as well. So I guess two-three posts on clearing out the field would suffice. Then one-two post on relaying the area and then some planting posts. Surly that should be enough to keep you busy? If you need anymore suggestions or things to play by, let me know.

Azeiel The Fallen Only problem with that is they will be shitty posts and I refuse to post a shitty post >.> Hey lilly what ever happened to the mission reinforcements ? Are they coming or not. How would they be bad? There's a lot to work on and if you go creatively about it, you can do a decent post off what I gave you. As to reinforments, it's my bad since I've been busy with work. I'll be posting tomorrow morning and with luck, they will be at the library but the afternoon.

Say person A uses a uber cool powerful genjutsu on person B. Person B can't break it and then person A, while the enemy is distracted, moves in and stabs person A in the heart. Exactly how is this auto hitting? (Referencing Deil's response to Havik.)

I didn't quite phrase it right, but if we were to use his system, you wouldn't be able to kai out of a reality change once it's casting requirements are met if the modifiers end up +1 or more in favor of the caster. Genjutsu always hit when they're cast, which is fine, but not when you have no chance to kai out if you detect it from the beginning. Then it becomes like a ninjutsu technique that you couldn't dodge, counter, or defend against once used, which would be considered an "auto-hit."

Deil Grist [Reconstruction posts 4 and 5 of 15, counting the work the clones do as another post of work.]
To create it I have to go over what I am forming my chakra to do in my head, so for a major building repair it would be somewhere between 4-6 paragraphs, but logic wise there is no reason he shouldn't be able to.

It probably doesn`t count since any repairs you make would be made of dirt and and such. Rain would cause it to turn to mud, it wouldn`t bond well with the existing material, and any attempt to paint it would cause the dirt to mix with the coat of paint. It would be good for a patch, but not something that`s meant to be a permanent fix.
