Who would've thought flipping tables was harder than flipping pancakes? What's up with that!
"Hi Cat!!" Muka yelled down the booth to the ghost who was trying his hand at fishing. "This table flipping is GREAT!" He charged at the tables but didn't necessarily look where he was running.
There was probably a number of reason for his failure. Not looking where he was running, hitting the side of table with his body instead of his hands, and maybe having bird bones didn't help. The table barely budged but Muka let out an 'OOF' as he hit the side.

Sparrow had had a strangely good time at the pink booth, despite its overly extravagant looks. The ghouls had been pleasant, and he had managed to get some candy out of it. Which, by the looks of it, he could use to spin what seemed to be a small wheel of...fortune? Sparrow eyed it curiously, then stepped up, placing a single piece of candy on the table.

When he was handed a cupcake, rather than one of the brightly colored, rainbow-y cat things, Sparrow gave a pleased nod at the ghoul, then pushed another piece of candy towards her, intent on spinning again. He really did like those cats...

There may be many fish in the sea, but Desu-chan's the only one for me ♥
Now fishing was something Calder could do. Usually he did so with his bare hands or teeth, but a net wasn't foreign to him. Peering into the tank, he saw creatures he never saw before. A few he wanted for his very own. Sadly, this was someone else's tank and he'd just have to make due to looking. No touching. No keeping. Certainly no eating.
Taking a net that made Calder frown as he appraised it, he dipped it into the tank and tried his luck.

Still no cat. Sparrow gave a soft sigh of disappointment, his gaze briefly flickering around the booth at the rest of the students milling about. The booth was packed, filled to the brim with various boils and ghouls, and after a few moments of studying them, Sparrow turned back to the wheel of fortune, sliding a third piece of candy towards the ghoul behind the table.
"Let's try this again, shall we?"

"This Wheel certainly is fickle, isn't it?" Sparrow said with a laugh, shaking his head. He had won a few prizes, certainly but there were still a few more to be won, and his gaze kept being drawn back to those cats...
"All right," he said aloud, clapping his gloved hands. He rubbed them together, looking determinedly at the Wheel of Fortune. There was a thunk somewhere behind him, and Sparrow turned just in time to see the boil he had noticed earlier had run into a table. Shaking his head in amusement, he returned his attentions to the wheel once more.

For all of her normal casual attitude Ash was completely baffled by the ghoul... Cady... in front of her. She just. Kept talking. And talking. She was living, didn't she need to breath in between the things she said? And great Jack. Did she even listen to the words she was saying? A tiny dragon? "...I'm. I'm a ghost. This stupid pass they made me wear is making me really more solid than I'd prefer to be. You know you're wearing one, too. Do you always look like..." She paused a beat as she eyed Cady up and down. There were just so many things she could say... "That." She didn't explain about the colored curls of fog that escaped her throat as she spoke. Not that she really could explain it. It just... was how she was.
As for the whole X T V thing and this Naughty speak... Aislin just fell into a blank stare at Cady as she tried to think of what she could say to that kind of thing when she heard Cat's voice speak up somewhere behind the Monster. "Cady! My name is Ash, by the way. And that boil is Cat. Have you met Cat? He's very interesting. I'm sure you'd have tons of questions to ask him. He likes questions."
And then... because she felt a little guilty about throwing poor Cat to the wolves... "There's also games here. Bet you can't throw that sugar cube into that tea cup." She pointed towards the booth that was right next to them.

"You seem like a winner." Muka stared, unnerving grin plastered to his face, at the boy he currently handled quite a few pieces of candy in front of the prize wheel. He looked like a reaper and he was very well dressed.
"I admire your sense of style." He was a fan of nice clothing. His own cream and gold, perfectly tailored ensemble and white pointed dress shoes were a testament to that. Not to mention that they suited his plumage and greyish-pale skin tone rather well. One of the few things Muka spent time on was his clothing. Especially if being in human form was a requirement.
He placed down his single piece of candy, meager winnings, and spun the wheel. "My name is Ulmuka." His head bobbed back to face the reaper again, jerkily like a bird.
His spin had him soon being handed one of the cat pets. "Oh I got one!" Was this what the reaper boil was trying to get?

This isn't funny, the life of a bunny is at stake! What do you mean they're not alive?
Moving away from the tank, Calder continued to move about, saddened by his lack of sugar to find ..."Bunnies?" Way to make him feel hungry. Moving over, he saw some rather adorable rabbits jump up and down out of holes. Common for rabbits, but it was the few students with foam mallets that confused him. He never once placed a game like this before, but it seemed the students seemed a tad hesitant. That was before a rowdy looking boil pushed them aside and just went to town, beating his mallet atop the holes and trying to give every bunny a concussion.
Oh, that looked fun.
Moving over, Calder took his own mallet from beside the game and waited for the game to start. Arming himself, he smiled. He wondered if you could take the dead ones home with you after. One had to hope.

There was far too many people and things going on a the booth now for Takeo to handle. He quickly moved to the shadows and made his exit. As fun as the horribly scary booth was, he still never did well when the group grew so much. Stepping away he went to go look at a more open area.

Sparrow's eyes slid sideways, landing on the boil whom he had seen earlier; the one who had been laughing slightly manically. Right now the laughing was gone, and though there was still a wide, eerie smile on his face, Sparrow offered one in return.
"Why thank you," he answered, ducking low in a half bow in greeting before straightening. He offered his hand to the boil - Ulmuka, as he introduced himself. "My name is Sparrow Heartreed. It is a pleasure to meet you, Ulmuka. And I must say," he added, sliding a piece of candy across the table again and reaching for the wheel. "Your own sense of style is quite impeccable as well."
To Sparrow's delight, this last spin yielded what he had been attempting to get - one of those brightly colored cats. He gave a small nod, a pleased hum escaping his lips.

Bummed by his bad luck, Calder set his mallet aside and walked off. He didn't even manage to hit more than one, and he only smacked a floppy ear. No sugar. No rabbits. No fish to put into a tank and fatten up into a nice supper. Oh, he was hungry and now he was ANGRY!
Which set him up for the next and last booth. While he just wanted to flip the booth over, he settled on the paper dummies to practice one. Given one, he slammed the paper into the shape of a table and then flipped it.

Joachim was a little side tracked in trying to figure out what to do with the prizes he had just won and keeping them as far as he could from the greedy black colored mouse on his head. Phorum had also woken up and was nudging his nose out of the pocket in search of what delightful scents had filled the air however, the sight of the rotten egg he had just won seemed to be rather strange.
Shrugging his shoulders he put the egg in another pocket along with the sweet treat before heading back over to the poptart kitties. Willow and Ash had already made their rounds playing the games again and he figured maybe he could see how his lucked faired on his own.
This time he picked the white nyan that in a way reminded him of his two white mice, however that seemed to be a bit of a mistake. The poor thing had a rather good start until it managed to run straight into a wall and get rather disoriented in what direction it was going. Joachim shrug his shoulders, he actually felt a little bad for it.

Muka passed his Nyan Cat into his other hand so he could reach out and shake with Sparrow. He was careful of his own taloned fingers. Despite being a monster he was raised for high society. His manners were perfect when it called upon to be so. He could tell just by looking at Sparrow that he was that sort of boil. Muka enjoyed the pleasantries with someone that wasn't some high society party hopping demon.
HIs nose twitched and he clacked his teeth, staring rather long before he answered. Sparrow's energy tasted of antique lace and shadows. It was very nice!
"Thank you very much. It was tailored." There was nothing boasting from his tone. He was obviously just stating a fact. His head bobbed slightly again, birdlike, and his wings adjusted.When not using his arms Ulmuka seemed to keep them tucked upwards in front of his chest. He wasn't quite used to looking 'normal'. He looked to the wheel. "You've won quite a bit! Don't let me keep you from rolling. Are you visiting.. or a student here?"

Ok so maybe he didn't have luck for the second time in the nyan races but maybe he would have better luck at the rather colorful fish tank. Merel squeaked a little in protest noting that unlike the Nyan's these didn't look very edible to her. Joachim waved his hand ignoring the little mouse as he plunged the net into the tank.
