x After his kick landed, Zeev let himself drop to the ground and just barely catching himself with his arms. Then he went with a sweep kick with his good leg to try and trip the girl. He'd follow up the hit if it connected, with an axe kick aimed straight at the girl's throat. x

Vulcan smirked as water appeared below the boy, "So he does have some tricks up his sleev-", the thought was cut off as he realized that spikes of water were appearing before his face, he moves his head to the side as if dodging a jab, and without hesitation throws a punch his fist glows a bright white before turning black, and to his surprise the fist met the boys blade. Had he tried to cleave me in two? The fool. Wielding such a blade with one hand wasn't easy, not at this angle, and not with so little swinging room. But he had to give the kid credit... He had the will to live. So from this point on Vulcan decided to go all out, but refrain from attempting a killing blow.

As soon as the kick landed Clarissa spun around her opponent to perform a Shock club, however he landed on the ground, out of range for the attack. She tried to kick his head instead. However she wasn't expecting another kick and she stumbled over it while she moved and went sprawling. Dizzy and panting, she forced herself to her feet again. (( If there are any problems let me know and again, sorry for the delay. )) (( Edited))

Raven actually wasn't suprised that his plan failed, but he wasn't going to give up. He sheathed his katana and switched out for the twin sabers he'd made sure to bring to the party. He tightened his grip on Vulcan's carbon claw arm to ensure it stayed completely still. Since the sabers were more lightweight and designed for swinging with one arm he was able to strike faster. He made another swipe at Vulcan, and with his other free arm he attempted to stab Vulcan through the shoulder. He didn't know how much more he could do to land a strike, but he would use everything he had if he had to.

x If the sweep kick caught the girl off guard, then the axe kick to her throat would most likely strike true, though more likely catch the side of her head then her throat. If it did, Zeev would force himself up and attempt to pounce onto the girl, so that he'd land more or less in a sitting position on top of her stomach. If he managed that, then Zeev would proceed to try and pound the girl's face into a bloody pulp with an endless series of punches, and wouldn't stop unless someone physically pulled him off the girl. x

Vulcan didn't hesitate, he never hesitates to make a move. The boy went to sheathe his katana, and at this angle that would be a difficult task, but even if it weren't Vulcan wasn't going to give the boy a chance to make another move. He lifted with his trapped arm, turning his hand to cut through the boys thigh with the sharp blades as he bent his fingers to push them through to the other side, all at once Vulcan would stomp down towards the boys wrist. But this wasn't the end, Vulcan was using these as distractions as he would then begin beating the kids knee cap with his carbon limb covered fist, bashing repeatedly in an attempt to render the kids leg completely useless.

Vulcan made the mistake of assuming that Raven couldn't sheathe his katana easily, he'd trained extensively in a style relying only on drawing and sheathing. With both sabers drawn, but Vulcan fighting back fiercely...a plan had to be changed. He released his grip on Vulcan's arm and kicked off from that close proximity they had. His blade stretched out as his body tucked in, at this range it could do severe damage to Vulcan's unarmored arm. As he spiraled through the air he untucked his body, falling headfirst straight for the ground. With just a tiny bit of a nudge he was able to fix his landing pattern, he hit the ground on his feet with both blades stretched towards the left and right of Raven. "Let's try that again." Raven stood to his feet and pointed one of the blades at Vulcan while taking steady steps backwards. "Hit me with your best shot!" Not tired yet...Raven still had plenty of energy to expend.

Zeev continues to punch Clarissa until she passes out, at which point a ref calls the match and pulls him off. "The winner is, Zeev Novak!" The announcer broadcasts to the audience, who erupt with moderate applause at a good fight. Many amongst them speak quietly to their friends about this new upcoming student. Meanwhile, a medical team quickly recovers Clarissa and puts her on a stretcher before wheeling her out to the clinic. It'll take 3 days irl for her to heal.
Zeev's fight is over, so he may leave until round 2. The announcer then speaks loudly into her mic, "The next fight will soon commence. Fighters Tohru Kasami and Li Zhen, please enter the ring!" The crowd starts getting excited. This was going to be the first match between the two rivaling gangs of the school.
