Day 5:
"Yesterday, Flynn grew from 22cm - 24cm. I've noticed that he became 25cm. I guess it's because he is always eating a lot of in one meal. Besides that, I also feel that he is a lot more comfortable in my presence." Meiko wrote in her journal as she grinned at Flynn.
Day 6:
Meiko began to write: "All's the same except for Flynn having more time out of it's jar to lose some weight."

Day Seven:
Sunman has definitely grown. I remember seeing him when he was smaller for some reason. It's only been a week... Well, he's been eating regularly and he's been extra friendly lately with me. I really enjoy his company, so I was going to ask professor is I could keep him. I hope so! He's just so cool now that I have gotten to like him!
Well, Sunman is just fine. No harm to him, and he hasn't put any harm on me. If anything, he's helped me over come one more fear about the magical world; not everything is scary here.

Day 7:
Legolas' growth seems to be slowing down thank goodness. He was getting quite large. Eating the same as before. Continues to lay down with me and relax. He is in perfect or close to perfect health.

Also, five points to Sparrow of Gryffindor for including a sketch of her salamander, and ten points to Ginny of Gryffindor for writing a second part to her Salamander Journal on two of the days,' Kalle said with a grin.

Aludra Yvette... Day 5
-I wrote to a specialty shop yesterday as soon as I finished up my report for the night and ordered Fire some high quality insects for her supper tonight or tomorrow. Hopefully she will like them since I bought a rather large order.
Later...
I got the insects just a few minutes ago as I had expected. I gave some to Fire in her cage and she ate them right up. I just gave her a little more in hopes she can grow larger.
Day 6
-Fire is growing fatter, but not bigger in the sense of average size. Right now she's climbing over me trying to reach the cup of water on my nightstand for a swim. Maybe she wants to lose those pounds she gained yesterday from eating all those bugs as much as I want her to. She is quite the jumper, she just jumped from my quill to the water having perfect aim. I'll take her out in a few minutes, I want to give her a chance to burn off the vast amount of food I have just given her. Fire's food consumption needs to be cut down so I can keep her at a healthy weight. I guess this is all I have to report for tonight.
Day 7
-Fire is looking much better today. Her gut from the past few days is going down and she is managing her food consumption all by herself. It looks like she is going to get as big as she is going to, which is a litter smaller then I would like but I love her all the same. She seems to be a little ball of energy and still acts like a little child, I guess this will be her personality even into her adult and elderly years. I'm hoping I can take her home with me to be with her own kind in a much larger enviroment if I can. I think she would be happy to run around with her brothers and sisters swimming in a larger pond rather then my water cup on the side of the bed. Fire is flicking her tail against my cheek, I guess its about time for our bed. ...7th Year Slytherin ((Now you may grade me lol))

And Seeker Sparrow grinned as she and Ginelle were awarded points and she also looked over at Ginelle. Sparrow heard Antoinette suggest throwing them in the lake and thought to herself. "that is just barbaric." Sparrow wished she could continue to take care of her little Legolas.

Aludra Yvette... "Its not really barbaric... Salamanders are amphibians so they can go into the water and swim without being hurt." Aludra tried to reason. But in the way the Antionette ment it, it was very barbaric. ...7th Year Slytherin

Cloud looked over to Aludra.
Muggle salamanders are amphibians, but magical salamanders are lizards. They need fire to survive. They are born out of the flames and feed on flames. I'm pretty sure that throwing them in the lake would seriously injure them, if not kill them.
She glanced at Antoinette darkly.

'Cloud is absolutely correct. There will be no throwing of the salamanders into the lake, please.' Kalle grimaced slightly at the thought. 'I shall take the salamanders,' she said with a smile. She knew a few meople that would care greatly for such salamanders.
{Haha that's fine Aludra I will raise your mark. Because everyone started at a different time and everyone has a life, today will be the day to finish the journal and raise your mark. After today I won't accept any more entries!}

Day Siete
Romulus is really big now, he loves to play with fire and hates water. He now likes me and is accustomed to me so we play hide and seek and i know he wont shoot milk at me. I'm going to miss this Salamander
