From one of the many shadows cast by the setting sun, Nai's form appeared in a secluded area of the training grounds. No one was around. Then again, at this time of the day, most people were indoors. Very few were in the popular parts of the training grounds. In out of the way parts like the one Nai entered the grounds in, it was safe to assume there were none.
Transportation successful, Nai walked efficiently to the center of the training ground, the area that housed the building and, because of that facility, was the most commonly used section of the grounds. If Nai was going to find anyone anywhere in the grounds, it would be there, and going to a place where she could find anyone was honestly the best way she could think of to find Exceed. She knew nothing about the man, nothing to help her make her search more efficient. Besides, she needed to head to the building to restock her bullets.

He smiled at her arrival, but underneath his facial structure, he was in terrible pain right now. His own heart was beating out of rhythm for a moment, causing a pain in his chest and heart. "I take it you got separated from the group but managed to find your own... end?" He asked her as he could sense some dreadful coming having been dispersed. He soon noticed something glowing in her bullet bag, which was the Silken's Soul as he pointed to it. "What is that in your bag?"

If the Silken Soul would show all who touched it what Nai saw herself, then the most efficient way to explain the situation to Exceed and get things done with was to simply give him the object. Therefore, that was exactly what she did. The hooded gunslinger fished the glowing sphere out of her bag and tossed it at Exceed, simultaneously making a mental note that she would need to store it elsewhere or risk having it impede her movements with its noticeable glow.

Exceed caught the Soul and examined it, it had no brilliant flame, but Exceed smiled at the sight of the sphere. "I see... this must've come from a servant of Silken... tell me, where did you find it?" He asked of Nai as he set it down on the table, using Moko's help to get a deeper look at the soul as it seemed to be a crystal sphere of crystal silk aside from the perfect strand of visible silk.

More trouble. Again. Although, at least Nai knew the name of the object now. She did not bother to answer immediately. Instead making her way through the facility to restock her bullets, including replace the nonlethal ammo in her gun with the usual, lethal bullets. When she returned to standing in speaking distance of Exceed, Nai had her words ready and organized in a way that would expend the least energy to say them. “It,” she pointed at the soul to specify the pronoun, “showed a mask and you. Death. Chaos. Sins leaving.” Short. As usual. Understandable? Maybe not so much, but Nai wasn’t going to bother wasting energy by putting in extra information Exceed may or may not need. He could always just ask questions if he needed more. Accurate? Well, Nai didn’t necessarily mean to lie, but for the sake of mincing words, some details just had to be left out. Small things that she deemed unimportant, like how it wasn’t the soul that showed her the vision but the fire that the soul came from.

Exceed raised an eyebrow from her statements... only speaking in small words before he laughed a bit. "Well, I do wear masks... mostly to help me see others more clearly." His face soon became sturdy as he looked into her eyes from beneath her hood. "But you got it from Grim's Reaper... am I wrong?" He asked of her as he set the Soul down into a small sphere holder on the table, sitting down as he placed a hand on his head. "What was the report of your mission standings... if you returned with something like this then something must've gone awry to bring you back."

Exceed heard her speak and nodded, seeing as how she was the only one back, and how the Golems haven't been intercepted or stopped yet, Exceed only thought to himself. "Good report Nai... and good work nulling an attempt at bringing back Shiru, the Forest Dragon. The Elves, Kain, and that shade will be fine alone... I hope. For right now Nai, I need you to keep a secret." He told her as his right hand began to clutch his chest, his own face appearing to be sweating.

She would have simply walked away at this point if it hadn't been for the obvious signs that Exceed was going to play a pivotal role in whatever troublesome events the foreboding visions foretold. She was compelled by Sloth to hang around him to ensure maximum chances of keeping the Sin from experiencing the discomfort of leaving this plane of existence. Without a word, Nai stood her ground. No yay. No nay. Just there.

Exceed soon clutched his chest a bit hard as he opened one of the drawers, reaching in and pulling out a strange vial, inside of it housed a small parasite. He injected it into his arm as his body calmed down, the sweating calming down as he sighed softly. "I know the future that you spoke of and it's been wearing my condition down greatly... I know the main ring leader in this but in my current state I cannot fight her... you will have to carry out this mission for me." He told Nai as he soon got back up, placing the needle down.
