*Sophia swirled into the air at top speed and floated there for a second, feeling the rush of adrenaline flow through her veins. She took a good 20 minutes just to zoom all about the field in every which way before taking out the bludgers and practicing several moves.*

Sparrow walked out with her Firebolt in her hand. She hoped Caidon wouldn't get lost on the way to the pitch. She was so excited and hoped she could out fly him. She had her wand in her hand and was putting it in her sleeve for when she was flying. It was always safe in there, but she never placed it in there during a match in case a bludger came and hit her arm.

Fourth year Gryffindor Caiden came out onto the quidditch pitch, wondering how long it would be before he would get the hang of flying again. He grabbed his firebolt and kicked off of the ground, noticing that Sparrow was already in the air. He smiled and met up with her in the air. "Ah, we both have firebolts. This should be intereting..." Caiden laughed a little and readjusted himself to situp straight on the broom.

Sparrow saw Caidon appear and fly up. She grinned and said, "Well what should we do then?" She really didn't know. Maybe they should race around the pitch or something. She would let him decide.

Fourth year Gryffindor Caiden laughed. Sparrow seemed to be enjoying this alot, and he liked to see that she enjoyed flying and quidditch. Caiden made a suggestion. "How about we play a little copy-cat game? You can go first if you'd like." he waved his arm at the pitch, offering the ground to her. "Take it easy on me though. I'm a little rusty."

Sparrow thought for a moment then said, "Alright then." She wasn't sure what to do really. She gripped her broom and decided to just do a straight fly at first. She wanted to see how fast he was. Sparrow flew forward at top speed ending up going from the middle of the pitch to one of the goal posts. She then turned around to see Caidon fly.

Fourth year Gryffindor Caiden nodded, seeing that she was doing a speed test. "Alright, alright. Not bad." He started flying straight, and picked up speed as fast as he could, copying her speed down to a science. He smiled and said "Alright. That wasn't too bad. Can I have a go?" He asked.

Sparrow watched Caidon as he flew to her. He had some great speed. She thought he was most likely a great quidditch player and she said, "Yep, your turn."

Fourth year Gryffindor Without a word, Caiden turned himself and started to fly towards the middle of the pitch. Then, he pivoted upward and spiraled up to the sky with quite some speed. He pulled himself up there, and waved to her from where he was, which was quite high up from where she was. "Alright, give that one a go."

Sparrow watch him fly off then spiral up. She grinned. Sparrow did that almost every time she got to the pitch as a warm up. Sparrow sped off and then quickly jerked up into a spiral going as fast as she could before coming to a stop about even to Caidon. She smiled at him and said, "Good one. You're pretty good."

Fourth year Gryffindor Caiden was impressed with her talent. He shouldn't have been as surprised, since she was the quidditch captain. He nodded with appraisal, and waved her out to the quidditch field again. "You're not to shabby yourself. Alright, challenge me a little." He smiled to her and was rather excited to see her next move. She would challenge him, and he could tell.

Sparrow grinned and knew exactly what to do. She had perfected it a couple weeks ago. Sparrow sped forward gaining speed. When she had enough Sparrow went into a steep straight down dive. She was approaching closer and closer to the ground gaining more speed. When she was mere feet from the ground Sparrow quickly pulled up avoiding contact with the ground coming withing inches of it from the momentum. She then went forward some and slowed down looking up at Caidon.

Fourth year Gryffindor Caiden's eyes widened, and he grinned. He hadn't worked on that move for a few months, and he learned it as a second year when he was the seeker. Hopefully he wouldn't screw it up. "Alright. It's been a few months, but I'll give it a go." He shouted down to her. He had a feeling that he wasn't going to succeed this time, but he wanted to give it a go.
Caiden started to dive, and he picked up speed as he went down. The ground came closer and closer to his body, and he began to get a bit nervous. He started to pull up, mere feet from the ground, and he pulled up, like sparrow did, but a few feet up from where she was. He turned upside down on his broom and flew upside down. Of course, that was an easy trick, but he had to admit to it. He couldn't beat her dive, at least not for now. "Alright, alright. You've got skill young gryffindor."

Sparrow watched Caiden attempt the dive. She thought he looked a little nervous getting closer and she was worried about him crashing into the ground, but he pulled out early and she grinned. She said, "Thank you. You didn't do too bad yourself. Especially since that is mainly a seeker move and you only played that in your second year." Sparrow was happy she had mastered that skill and she wondered about getting him on the team, but there just wasn't any space right now. She sighed inwardly.
