Tsume smiled lightly as he wrapped his arm around her. "You don't have to worry about my money really. Some day I'll show you how much I got and how it's collected dust over the years", he said with a chuckle. He took her outside. It was starting to get dark and kids were already arriving to the school. He whistled and flagged down a taxi before one stopped and he held open the door for her. "I'll get a car soon so I can drive you around myself." He got in with her and told the man where to go. It didn't take long to get to the restaurant. He pulled out his wallet and anyone that looked in there would see only hundred dollar bills and a lot of it. He gave the man a hundred and got out with Sheridan without so much as a second glance at the man even though he shouted for him his change. The place was fancy and up standing. One of the finer places he found. Tsume couldn't eat but he would be happy to watch her eat.

Sheridan Nemesis Vane Sheridan smiled slightly as Tsume spoke about his money. She looked up to him as she entered the cap he had just flagged down and spoke softly. "I might love to shop and buy new clothing, but I do not wish to spend your money, no matter the amount you have." She shook her head slightly, knowing the to argue with him would be pointless. But she wished to tell him that spending money on her wasn't needed, that it would not change anything. "I am not going to argue with you for I am sure to argue with you is pointless, but I wish for you to know that you do not have to buy anything for me."
Sheridan followed behind Tsume once he exited the cab. As she followed him she looked to the place he was taking her, her eyes widened as she took in the restaurant. Sheridan froze in her tracks as her eyes scanned the building and the people inside, visible through the windows. She then slowly looked up to Tsume, her eyes still wide with shock and awe. "Y-You were t-talking about h-here? W-Why here?" Sheridan just looked up to Tsume, total shock in her eyes. She was not dressed to dine at such a place. She was under dressed and was not one of the many upper-class-men and women that were already dining in the restaurant. She felt like she stuck out like a sore thumb, with her red hair, and more Gothic/punk style outfit and presence. Sheridan shook her head as she looked to Tsume, scared she might somehow embarrass him if she were to truly dine at this place. "I-I c-can't...I-I'm not d-dressed...A-Are you s-sure you w-want to come h-here?"
Sheridan quickly mentally shook herself, she turned about, her back facing Tsume as she took a few deep breaths to calm and steady herself. After she did that she slowly turned around, her head was held high and she had a smile on her face once more. Granted that smile not have been a true smile but she was determined not to embarrass Tsume. She walked forward and placed her hand in the crook of Tsume's arm and gave a smile and small nod to him. "I'm ready Tsume, lets have dinner." There was still a slight tremor in her voice but she had gotten most of it under control and was ready for anything, she hoped. She was worried that as they drew near to the host that he would turn them away, afraid that she would already be an embarrassment to Tsume. But she kept her head held high and her back straight, trying to give off the vestige that she was supposed to be here and not at a Wendy's.

Zed ✧ Millennia ✧ Coz-Mos ------------------------------------------------------- Meeting Cynthia outside in a human disguise.
Zed was surprised that he didnt get a chuckle out her. Something like that was sure to get just alittle out of her, but maybe she had something on her mind. All he could do was watch as the girl he was sent to watch over walked away. it would seem that she was going to be a little tougher to win over then he had originally thought. It was expected in the least, she was human and humans were often tricky, what with their free will and all. He needed to stay close to her, she was special. She would be the one to combat the evil nightmares out there. As the girl walked away, Zed stuffed the tank top and the rest of his hankercheifs back into his sleeve. With those things away he followed close behind.
✧ ~ ✧
Zed then came up from the side of her trying to peer into her face. " I see that my little trick didn't seem to 'wow' you all that much. I must say it was a silly trick, and much to armature. But I have been trying to work on a few more. " Zed smiled and kept his pace with her as she walked. "I have been looking for some one to practice on, someone that could help me preform a really difficult trick. And then i saw you. So I told mysef, 'Now there is a girl who looks like she could help me.' I then decided to give it a shot and ask if you would like to help me with a trick. It will only be a moment." Zed kept up his pace with the girl. As he walked he pulled out a deck of cards from his vest pocket, and ordinary set of cards.

...Through all my memory I found a way...
I walked in thoughts, today they walk in me... |Cynthia Marie Hogan| Thisisanindent The guy was keeping pace with her. And while it wasn’t exactly like she was running away, she wasn’t walking all that slow either.
Cynthia glanced to the side, looking the magician over. “Nah, it was a good trick. A classic.” She said with a chuckle. What was it with this guy? Was he some sort of weirdo? She glanced at him again, a tiny little Cheshire cat smirk on her lips. She liked weirdos.
“Uh-huhhh… Another trick, huh?” She pushed her dreads off her shoulder and hooked the thumb of her free hand into the belt loop on her hip of her jeans. He wanted her to help with a trick. That she looked like a girl who’d appreciate it.
She stopped walking and turned to face the man. “All right Magic Man. Wow me.” She said, her Cheshire cat smirk now a full blown grin. “That is, if you can.” She added with a chuckle. He had pulled out a deck of cards. She could only imagine another classic flop like the silk handkerchiefs but kept her mind open. Maybe if he wowed her, she’d get that inspiration she was tentatively playing cat and mouse with.
She leaned to the side slightly, cocking her hip as she put her weight on her left foot while she waited.

Zed ✧ Millennia ✧ Coz-Mos ------------------------------------------------------- Meeting Cynthia outside in a human disguise.
Zed chuckled as the girl agree to play along. "Good good. I am very glad you decided to stay. Now, as all card tricks go, one must pull out a random card. to begin." He pulled the cards from his hand and began to shuffle them. In only a few moments he was done and showed the girl the cards, he fanned them out so that she would be able to see all the cards there. Then with a smirk he urged her on some more. "Now miss, pick a card, any card. This will sure to amaze you. I promise."
✧ ~ ✧
Of course anything would be amazing with Zed. The card he held were not real card but a manifestation of what cards were. Truelly the cards were an extension of Zed, apart of his cloud matter that had taken the shape of cards. They look, feel and sound like real cards but quickly the cards could turn back to gas at any moment. Sure he was cheating at being a real Magician, but it was not like it mattered.

Tsume just gave her a look and smile. "Don't worry", his voice was soft and gentle trying to calm her. He walked in the place, her arm locked with his. They waited only a moment before he came up to the man that showed people their tables. He looked them over, impressed by Tsume but a little wary of Sheridan's looks. "Table for two I presume. Do you have a reservation?" Tsume nodded. "Darren Von Dunkel", he said with a smile. The man seem to recognize the name on the spot. "Thee Von Dunkel of the fashion over sea Dunkel clothing line?" "The very one." The man's smile couldn't be wider before he cleared his throat. "We have the prefect table for you. Please follow me." He picked up two menus and headed off to one of the finer tables. Tsume pulled out the chair for Sheridan and scooted her in before taking his own sit. The waiter gave them their menus. "If there is ANYTHING you need sir, I'd be happy to give it to you." Tsume waved his hand. "I'll be sure to keep you to that." The waiter left off to leave the two along. They both were given stares, mostly Tsume and he couldn't help but hear the word go around of his name. Well, one of his names.

Sheridan Nemesis Vane Sheridan looked up to Tsume and gave him a small true smile, but as she looked to the host she inwardly flinched as she saw the look on his face. As she waited to be turned away she just watched and listened to what was being said between Tsume and the host. When she heard the name he used she stiffened a little, for she knew that name and enjoyed the clothing but of course didn't have the money to buy them. As they were led to a table she allowed Tsume to seat her and gave a small nod of her head as a thank you. Once the host had left their side she looked over to him and smiled slightly as she spoke. "Is that one of your names you use? If so then I now understand why you can afford to eat at such a place like this." Sheridan mentally shook her head as she looked about the restaurant and saw all the stares, most were pointed at Tsume, looks of anger on the faces of the men, and looks of desire on the faces of the women. As she saw those looks a small spark of jealousy ignited in her chest, but it was quickly snuffed out as she also saw the looks of disgust pointed at her, as well as the looks of some mentally thinking they were better then her just because they had money. She visibly shook her head this time as she turned back towards Tsume and spoke softly. "So what would you suggest I order? I have never eaten here so I am unsure of what would be good."

Tsume looked at her, his arms propping up his head. "Yes, one of many names. Go through history and I'll be there often", he said. "I'm one of the best writers in the world but that name died years ago once it reached it's limit. I even took on one of the first heart surgeries in Germany." He looked at them and some of the women looked away, embarrassed by his charming features. He looked back to Sheridan and looked through the menu pointing out a few things before sliding it to the side. He had no need to eat but wine was on his mind. He reached across the table and took her hands and leaned across the table. He kissed her lightly and there seemed to be gasps and angry grumbles filling the room. He pulled away and chuckled. "No need to be upset...I don't normally socialize myself with the higher up knowing how spoiled and rotten they can be. It's fun to take them to Hell then date them. there are only a hand full of decent people in the rich world."

Sheridan Nemesis Vane Sheridan sat and listened as he spoke about some of his past names. She was interested in getting to know him more but was unsure if he would tell her much. After he finished speaking he pointed out a few dishes and she looked through them and finally picked one out that sounded lovely. As she laid down her menu she looked about a little and waited for their waiter or waitress to come and take their order. As she waited she looked to Tsume and gave a small smile, still feeling nervous and a little awkward. But when Tsume took her hand and kissed her she sighed and lightly kissed him back, a true smile now gracing her face once more. She looked to him and nodded, not really sure of what to say so she just sat there and enjoyed the time with him until their waitress came over to the table with a smug look on her face. She briefly looked to Sheridan and then turned her attention to Tsume. The waitress asked Tsume in a sexy voice what he would like to order, ignoring Sheridan completely, as she tried to charm Tsume. Sheridan sat there, that feeling once more clenching at her heart as she watched and listened. As she did so her hand slipped from Tsume's and soon both of her hands rested in her lap clutching at the napkin that was there. Her fingers were wringing the napkin that was in her lap, almost as if that was what she wished she could do to their waitress.

Tsume looked up at the woman with a rather dull look. "Wine", he said picking up the menus. "Anything for my lovely date." He looked at Sheridan and smiled feeling her tension, her anger and jealousy. He didn't pay much more mind to the waitress as his eye was only on Sheridan. He didn't need another woman even though he would take on more than one in his younger years. But he learnt from a rather jealous giantess that it was not the wisest of idea.

Sheridan Nemesis Vane Sheridan looked to Tsume and smiled slightly, the anger barely hidden behind that smile. Sheridan spoke up then, ordering one of the things Tsume had pointed out and then also asked for a glass of sweetened black tea. After the waitress wrote down their order and left Sheridan gave the napkin one last wringing before placing her hands calmly in her lap. "Tsume, why did you bring me here? All that will come of this dinner is the sneers and laughs from the others around us. I might have acted like none of it bothered me in school, but every night when I would return home I would cry a little."

Tsume looked at her and his tongue ran across his teeth. "Because you need to learn", he said sipping on the water that was put before then when the waitress came. He didn't care if it was water or wine, something to fill his stomach was better than nothing. "You have no experience with the world and not to mention, your constant fear of everyone. You can't just coward. Look at me...Do you really think I was this way before?" He ran his finger along the rim of the glass, it causing it to sing. "The world isn't prefect....No one's prefect and the reason why you are here is to prove them that they aren't prefect." He grabbed her hand. "Listen to their thoughts. They constantly think of who they look, what they are eating. Their minds are vile and corrupt. Do you really think you should be crying because of them? You have someone better than them."

Sheridan Nemesis Vane Sheridan sipped on her tea as she listened to Tsume speak. She understood what he was saying and knew she needed to work on all of those things. She had just never needed or wanted to. She had guessed that she would be alone for the rest of her life so hadn't bothered. Sheridan blushed slightly as he continued to speak to her, making her feel special. "I know this, but I never thought I would ever find someone, so never bothered to try. I always assumed that I would be alone due to my issues." Sheridan shrugged a little as she sipped on her tea, her one hand still held in Tsume's. She looked up to the waitress as she stepped up to the table with her food and placed it down in front of her. She looked it over and then slipped her hand from Tsume's to started taking small bites of the food. As she took her first bite she gave a very soft sigh and moan from the delightful taste of the food. Her eyes closed as she savored the food.

Tsume smirked before the waitress poured the wine. He waved his hand at her to stop her and told her to keep the bottle there. He drank the wine in a way that seemed weird to most. "It's a good year", he said more to himself before drinking more of it. "well, things change."

Sheridan Nemesis Vane Sheridan was still eating when the waitress had brought over the wine for Tsume. She was still busy eating when he commented on change. She finished the last bite of her food before speaking as she push the plate to the side of the table to show she is finished with it. As she spoke her voice was soft and low in volume for she didn't wish her voice to travel through the room. "Well that is so, but I never thought they would for me. And nothing had changed in years until I bumped into you. That night everything changed for me, whether it be a good change or a bad change has yet to be fully seen. For there has been both good and bad that has come from the change so far." As Sheridan sat and spoke with Tsume the waitress came by and asked if Tsume might want some dessert. Knowing the waitress wouldn't ask her what she might want she spoke up. "I would like a slice of plain cheesecake and another glass of tea."
