Alexis blushed. "Really? But..." She paused, knowing she could trust Lanathel when it came to Damien, but she was still curious. "How can you tell?" she asked shyly

Lanathel brought her closley and said "watch him closley he acts differently around you then anyone else." she then backed away and said "now let's get something to eat and then go shopping" she said dragging Alexis to a bar and saying "order what ya want it is on me" she said happily.

Damien walked away quietly and put his hands in his pockets. It had been a while sience he had just been for a walk alone. He decided to take advantage of the situation, and headed tords the woods.

Lanathel looked at Alexis and said "ok" she orders a waiter over and said "she would like a water and a piece of your sweetest cake, and i will have a draft beer and a turkey club sandwich" and ordered him away. "so, what about Damien do you like?" she asked curiously.

Alexis thought for a moment. "Hes fun." she said. "But he can be serious. One minute we're flinging ice cream and pasta at each other and the next he's rushing off to save you. He cares for his pack, and would do anything for them...plus his looks aren't that bad either."

"ya that is Damien, but he tends not to fight, sue to the fact that when he gets really angry his werewolf form is very frightening, not to mention he is almost impossible to stop" she said lifting up her sleeve and showing a scarr the length of her arm. "that was from him when i was a child and men were trying to kill me, freind or foe, don't et in his way he is very protective of people."

"I don't mind protective." Alexis said as their food and drinks came. Alexis gratefully took a bite of the cake. It was perfect. "If someone's protective of you that just means they care about you enough to fight for you. I've always wanted a guy like that. Someone who's a shining knight and will save you from the tower no matter how high it is, ya know?"

Lanathel drank her beer and said "ya i know how that feels, unfortunatley i am a girl who knows how to defend herself so there aren't alot of guys who take a liking to me." she said chuckling.

"Aw, come on, you'll find someone. Everyone has a someone. You just gotta find him." she paused. "Mom always said you knew just by touching his hand. You didn't know how or why but you just KNEW that...he's the one..." Her face was solemn for a moment, remembering her mom. She quickly composed herself and ate another piece of cake "This is good."

"if i even last that long" she said louder than she thought. she then looked at Alexis and said "yes it is, this is one of the best shops in town" she said trying to hide her true self behind a smile.

"i say you tel him toherwise you will be waiting forever, the boy is rather slow and can be shy" she said chugging the rest of the beer and devouring the sandwhich. "now then, what should we go shopping for? we have the whole day" Lanathel said smiling.

Lanathel smiled and said "we can go cloths shopping" as she got up and payed the amount. she then said "come on we can have a girls time for now" she said grabbing Alexis and braught her to the cloths shops.
