alright let me give you an example:
Ermak Lorde was once running around, on all fours proclaiming himself a wolf and puzzling at the strange invisible barrier (which was a wall) that prevented him from eating the purple-green flowers that sprouted from the clouds and were being eaten by pink bunnies. He later decided the table was edible, and to this day there is a bite mark missing from it.

Well, in an RP of mine it does. Not to other people, but throughout the body. Poor Cloud's got it really bad. His leg, his arm, and his chest now. (Because he had to be healed with Jenova cells because he stabbed through himself in order to stab Sephiroth. Who laughed and dissapeared, only to come back later and taunt him again.) But geostigma's probably something like an STD. Able to be transmitted through blood, I'll bet.
