Tyson Kurochi Kage | Sand | Hachibi  Tyson listened, he nodded and pulled out an Earth Element Scroll, holding it up so Tsukiakari could see it. "Yes, unless someone stole from someone other. But, Jounin or Chuunin May have the scrolls also. We, the shinobi use Chakra, with the use of Chakra, we can use Techniques. Every technique has it respective element, though, there are even other Types of Techniques. The techniques, we call Jutsu. This scroll here is Earth Element Scroll, it contains information on Earth Element Jutsu." he stated.OOC:

 Tsukiakari HikaruSunagakure| Ato Sakura No Ki No | GeninHikaru listened intently as the Kazekage explained the basics of what he was talking about. He was mostly able to follow it, though the discussion of elements was still a bit foreign. Chakra however didn't seem much different then their use of Ki, when they would channel their energies into attacks after concentrating. Hikaru was not overly familiar with how this was done, but he had no doubt that he could learn quickly.
"Ah I see... so it is like Ki, in a way... at least as far as I understand it now. As for the techniques, can simply anyone learn any kind of technique?... or are only certain people allowed to learn them?... perhaps based on status, or class? I know that the Tsukiakari family has many techniques and abilities that are ours alone, some because we guard them carefully, but others simply because of our lineage. Do the elements work like this as well?" Hikaru didn't mean to be so troublesome, but he didn't want to have to leave the office and then have to come back for scrolls if he could simply attain them now. However, he would have to know what type of scrolls he would have to ask for, since apparently, there were many different kinds.

Tyson Kurochi Kage | Sand | Hachibi Tyson nodded his head once. "Yes, it's like Ki. And no, every Shinobi, has their respective Element. I have Wind or Fuuton and Lightning or Raiton. There are Five Elements in jutsu's, not to mention the Bloodline Elements. Lightning, Wind, Fire, Earth and Water." he said.OOC:

The young man seemed to be taking a lot of information in very quickly without losing his composure, he clearly did not fully understand it all. "Hmmm, even the Kage can only use two elements, so it's clearly not a status, or rank based... perhaps one must have a natural affinity for an element, somewhat like how one must be Tsukiakari in order to use the Lotus Petals..." Hikaru was eager to learn more, but he still couldn't leave without the scrolls, or rather, he did not wish to... though as a point of pride, he was not so comfortable in asking so many questions. He had always been quite proud of his ability to learn things on his own and disliked having to ask fro help, but all of this was so alien to him that he had little other choice.
"Excuse my bombardment of questions Lord Kazekage, but I have only one more, then I can attend to my studies in the library... assuming of course that these teachings can be found there as well. You said that you have Fuuton, and Raiton... but how does one go about learning what elements they have?" As he asked the question, his mind rang back to his training, the day when he had learned of Kazesenkou's special ability. He had felt faster, as if propelled by the wind and his arm had been wrapped in swirling wind for a bit as well. he had used the technique many times since then... but perhaps that was Kazesenkou's ability and not his own. "It was best to as the Kazekage this question... he would know better then I could in just reasoning such things..."

Tsukiakari HikaruSunagakure| Ato Sakura No Ki No | GeninHikaru was left almost speechless by the Kazekage's reaction and that he said he didn't know. Hikaru's thoughts raced within his mind, though his face showed none of the disappointment or outrage..."You don't KNOW?!? How could you not know something like that? It would seem like a rather important thing to know about one's self, there must be SOME kind of way to find out. How could the Kage NOT know something like that?" It could have been that there was no way to figure this out, but Hikaru would have figured that the Kage would then, instead say, 'There's no way to know until you simply figure it out.'... which could be a possible interpretation of the Kazekage's response, but Hikaru had no way of knowing.
"Ah, I see. Very well then, I suppose I'll just have to find out on my own. Thank You again Lord Kazekage." Bowing again, Hikaru then left the room, opening and closing the door behind him without another word as he left the office and made his way to the Library. As he walked, he began to feel very tired, only now realizing that he had not rested after his trip through the desert... "I can't believe I didn't even think of that. I must sorely be in need of a bath. Perhaps I can simply obtain a few books from the library before I find the dorms however... I would like to have some idea of chakra and these elements as well."

  Uzumi thought for a moment, then looked at the guy with his dazzling aquamarine eyes..Assassin I believe, I haven't really gotten to the point to where I would create my weapon.. Just can't find anything that interests me..He shrugged his shoulders, completely ignoring the conversation the Kage had with the other guy.

Tyson Kurochi Kage | Sand | Hachibi Tyson nodded, then turned to Uzumi again. "Assassin... I suggest something small, and that doesn't weight. That way you'll be faster with your attacks, we have a blacksmith in the Town."he said, awaiting a confused look on Uzumi's face.

Uzumi kept a straight, bold face. He looked at him with his soulless eyes and stood up, his face getting more serious by the moment..Thanks for your help Kage, I'm sure we'll see eachother soon enough. He disappeared out of the room.

Hachibi responded, his voice rather sarcastic, though, covered from the deep tone of Hachibi. Tyson shrugged, his eyes closed as he rested.OOC:

Sana ran in, her heart beating wildy, her long white dress was tied up to her thigh so she could run, so she released the tie and let it drop to her feet. Ka...Ka...Kage..Sama..She panted out, looking exhausted, though she looke dit, her body didn't show it. She still looked as if she were perfect, her long brown hair shifting behind her in their perfect silky strands.
