Lea was nervous when her Mom had told her that she had scheduled an egg visit for her today. She had been thankful all those other times before when her Mom had forgotten completely to sign her up to go. Why? Simply put she hated to be put in uncomfortable situations where she didn't know anybody!
Before she had been excited to get an egg, because Cody had a dragon and she wanted one JUST like his. But now she had moved slightly away from that fad and had turned to be just reclusive.

"Mom, c-can we bring the egg home instead?" She asked as the approached the facility. Older Lea only shook her head. She fumbled nervously in her wheel chair. Her tail wrapped so tight around the handle of the chair it could have snapped if she had been any stronger.

"It'll be okay. The people here are very nice... Beside, this is like visiting your best friend you know." Older Lea pat her daughter's head as they waited.

Peri had been hoping to see Alan first thing that morning, but an egg tour had been scheduled. With a sigh, she had headed to the facility and was now looking at a seahorse child in a wheelchair. Hadn't this kid already been in? Oh, wait. There were two seahorse kids. This was the girl.

"Welcome. It's just you today, so let's go on." Peri led the way over to a tank where a rather strange looking egg was suspended in water, clinging to seaweed about the tank. "Your dragon is a Charok, an aquatic type. They're more of a solitary dragon usually, so probably won't make a lot of friends. But you'll be a good friend to it, I'm sure." She smiled at the child. "Any questions?"

Lea was quite relived to hear that she would be the only one. She didn't have to worry about crowds.

She looked up at the egg and couldn't help but feel an attachment to the squishy thing. Even though she had only seen it for a quick moment now. It sounded like something she could truly get along with, or possibly hide from each other.

"Charok?" She whispered, putting a finger to her lip. "S-So, it likes to swim and hide too?" Lea asked quietly to the woman.? Hesitant to ask at first.

Older Lea decided it best to let Lae do all the talking, so she opted to stand back quietly and watch the two.

Peri smiled and nodded. "Yes. They're a saltwater species. They tend to act a lot like stingrays and such creatures, lurking about the bottom of the ocean and even hiding in the sand." She glanced at the tank for a moment. "This is one of the few aquatic species to keep its legs, so it'll actually be able to move around fairly well on land."

Lea tried to comprehend what she was being told. So if it could go on land than she could take it with her. And looking at all the tentacles the egg had maybe the dragon would have a lot too?
She leaned forward so she could touch the glass. "C-can I go in the tank to see it closer?" She looked up at the woman.

Peri thought on that one for a bit. He didn't want the tank's water to get too contaminated. Usually he just pulled the egg out for a bit, but this one was stuck in there. "Hmm... well, how about your guardian holds you up at the top of the tank? And you can reach in to touch it?" The tank wasn't terribly large and the egg was within reach, even though she'd have to stretch a bit.

Lea looked hopefully up at her Mom, who seemed willing to do that only if she so wished.
"Thank you." She shyly smiled up at Peri.

Learwen picked her daughter up and held her so she could touch the egg. Lea wrapped her tail as best she could around her Mom's arm for stability than stretched to touch the squishy egg. She was sure to pet it gently. When she had enough she pulled her hand back out and Learwen set her back in her wheel chair.

"When will it open?" She was a little more bold in asking this time.

Peri smiled. "No problem." Most of the kids wanted to touch or hold their eggs and she was happy to let them if they could. "Hmm... as for that, I'm not sure. They like to surprise us. But you'll get a phone call when it does start to hatch to let you know. But it'll probably be a little while yet before it does."

"Well, if that's all your questions, we're done. You can come back whenever, just check in with a D-tech before coming in."

This would be the long start of waiting by the phone and questions of coming back soon...

"Thank you again" Learwen said this time before they rolled out of the facility. Little Lea was most excited and happy that she had come...

She didn't want to go. Upon hearing that she was to attend a dragon egg tour Saedah had gone back to old habits of hiding in the closet. Of course...she was bigger now...and much easier to find.

"Come Saedah, we don't want them waiting for you." Her father's voice was stern, then again Kuyoja's voice was always stern.

It took...perhaps little over two hours..to drag her from her hiding sopt to making her presentable for the tour. Now...half hiding behind her father they were there...

Her mind had a million thoughts running through it, she kept balking at the idea she was to get a dragon.

"P...pap.a..." She struggeled to speak while she clung to his hand and half hid behind him.

"It is going to be fine Saedah." He replied as he looked for someone who was to lead them to the eggs. Of course ...secretly he was thrilled with the idea of being able to take care of a dragon. Though he didn't outwardly express his feelings on the matter.

"I think we are the first to arrive." He murmured.

The day had finally arrived for the triplets to visit their dragons eggs. Even though the three siblings differed in almost every aspect imaginable they were all anxious to go and visit the eggs that would hatch into the dragons that would become their companions.

Marco had taken off work for this occasion, knowing how important it was to the triplets he wouldn't miss this appointment. Driving into the parking lot at the facility the Hindi man unloaded parked the van as the kids jumped out of the back seats.

"I wonder what they'll look like," Romeo muttered excitedly as they walked up the cement and into the building.

"Like eggs, duh nerd," Clay said rolling his eyes at his brother.

"Clay be nice to your brother, remember what I've told you," The mild mannered man said behind the trio as Clay crossed his arms and closed his mouth.

Deidre was the quiet one today, she firstly had nothing to say to those boys and secondly she was too busy wondering about her dragon egg. What color would it be? How big would it be? Would the dragon be a boy or a girl? She hoped sincerely that it would turn out to be a girl.

As the group wondered about the eggs they came upon the designated room. Excited they seemed to notice they weren't the first ones here.

"Good afternoon," Marco said with a polite nod at the man and what he took as his daughter.

Romeo smiled at the couple but decidedly stayed close to his father. He was still a shy boy.

Clay seemed to pay no mind either way to the fact that there were other people there.

Deidre, Deidre was excited to see another girl. And with such pretty hair! She was instantly drawn over to the little snake girl, she reminded her of a smaller and not ugly looking Terpeschore, "Oh wow, you have such pretty hair!" She exclaimed smiling at the girl. She wondered if that pink was really her natural color.

Peri checked off the first of the kids to arrive and waited around, wondering if any of the others were going to show up. Then three arrived at once. Ah, triplets. She'd heard a bit about them. A glance at the clock and it was past time to get started.

"Alright, a few rules. No running, don't touch anything unless I say you can." With that, she led the group towards the first egg. The incubator was dark, though a glowing green light showed within. A small puddle of water sat under the egg.

"This is Saedah's egg. An Ashkoort. A cave-dwelling dragon with a colony community." Peri looked at the little snake girl. "Any questions about your egg?"
