Okay.... After not getting a response from somebody FOR TWO WEEKS when you have the intent to kill them, do you get Auto-Kill rights?

Ken gave Suou the info on where he is and I just posted as if I'm looking for him just in case this happens and he doesn't post and I'm able to leave, but I'm determined to kill him. But I found him legitimately with the help of Ken. We're in Forest of Clouds in Kumo.

Simple:
The rules do state that in combat you can kill them after they don't post in 9 days...but...you never went into combat. Kano hasn't responded to any posts that you have made, therefore, though he hasn't posted in over 9 days, you guys weren't in combat.
2. Ken metagamed in knowing that it was Kano. Kano's first post clearly states that his face was completely wrapped up and he had a mask on. All he would see was another shinobi and would have no way it was indeed Kano. So unless the guy that Kano was speaking to tells you that it was Kano, then Ken telling you at the gates that he found Kano is void.
Therefore due to these two circumstances, Kano's rpc is simply stuck in limbo. If he returns to the rp, he will be more than welcomed to take his rpc back, otherwise, you can't kill him.

No, he has to respond at least once for it to be considered a fight. And the reason for this is:
There are many people who tend to go 'inactive' for whatever reasons, wether it be vacation, or simply lack of internet. Imagine if I were to go and kill off every single person's rpc who went on hiatus without informing anyone. That would be a lot of bodies that i could obtain
I mean, Luo who had to go to the hospital never posted in the hiatus log and he was gone for a while. Imagine a genin (me) going off and taking advantage of his inactivity and killing his Mizukage rpc with a simple attack...not really fair now is it?

Hey Zane ^^ em the question i had asked a few days about me being bloodline head for mokuton. Gengar answered and said he was putting stuff on hold. I jsut wanna hear your opinion on it.
