You need a license to buy firecrackers? *is suddenly proud of his country's not so perfect system* only some places, we don't need them in my area to buy them, just a license to sell the damn things.... And firecrackers are hella expensive, my dad bought a box full at wholesale price for like $200 because from a stand it wouldve been like $1000 and it wasn't even that many
