After thinking to himself for a while, Sarukin was lost in his thoughts. He didn't notice the Hokage agreeing to teach Arcus. He didn't notice the young boy walk in the office. He didn't notice that he was hungry and was dying to get something to eat. While thinking, it was hard to bring Sarukin out of his thoughts, no matter how hard you tried. It was a habit he had obtained ever since being a young child, but it never died down during his adulthood.
Sarukin looked around, seeing that more than one important thing has occurred during his little "daydream". Arcus was looking happy, as if he had just beaten someone in Shogi 3 times over. Ah, Shogi. Such a good game. Man, I am so good at that game. Maybe i should be pro. Gotta play it again to see. Maybe with the ladies from earlier. Yea. That would be......wait. What was i saying After stretching, Sarukin began to walk around. It was awkward standing in one place for so long. He was bored. Really bored. In a sudden action, Sarukin jumped from his position to the window in one quick leap, taking in a view of the village. He was 90% sure that more than one ninja had raised a weapon, or even began working on a jutsu. He sighed a satisfied sigh and spoke up. "Nice village you have here. Really nice." That was it. No explanation as to why he had made the random action. No apology for his sudden movement. No comment as to how he should hurry up and get through with the mission. Just those few words, and Sarukin was back in his dream world. Wonder where Nagisa is right now......

Arcus Aburame 
Assassin: Disabling jutsu don't miss on Chunnin and lower. Jounin and lower will take longer to notice jutsu used by this ninja.
Combo: Can use 4 jutsu or taijutsu in a post. Second jutsu used +1 to base cost. Third jutsu is +3. Fourth is +5.
Genin
--------------------------- When a flicker of quick movement caught Arcus' eye, he spun around, allowing bugs to leave his body and crawl along the insides of his sleeves. By the time the spin was completed, he'd already drawn a kunai from his holster, only to find that there was no intruder. It was only Sora, still acting just as hyper as she always does. He eyed the area carefully. He took his role as a bodyguard serious and he refused to have a failed mission on his record just because he wasn't ready to take someone down. After turning back and realizing it had just been the monkey man jumping around, he turned back, putting his kunai away. He scowled behind his large collar. This stupid monkey is gonna have me jumping at shadows 'all' day. This is 'not' cool....sigh. but a job is a job. He turned his head back and looked at the Hokage, suddenly a little embarrassed at his over reaction. Excuse me Lord Hokage. I thought...um..nevermind. So where should I begin? I would like to get training as quickly as possible. I'm still sort of new to outside missions so i don't exactly know how long we're allowed to stay in your village. Arcus finished speaking and ran his fingers through his hair uncertainly. He made a few bugs crawl up his back and into his hair to hide out and watch every direction. He silently beratted himself for not doing so as soon as they'd come in I've got to do better. Suddenly, out of nowhere, Sarukin felt different. Something happened. Something in the Cloud Village. But what...... It took a few moments before Sarukin realized what was wrong. Ukiyo's chakra. His energy. His life force. It was gone. Nonexistent. Still, the weird thing was that Sarukin could still feel him. It was strange. It was as if being in a room with nobody, nobody at all, but you could sense a person's presence. See them out of the corner of your eye. Hear their faint breathing, though not in the silence. Feel them in the room. It puzzled Sarukin. Puzzled and worried him.
Pulling out a scroll, Sarukin bit his thumb and performed a few handsigns. "Summoning Jutsu!" A monkey appeared out of the scroll, a small, brown monkey. Sarukin didn't even bother thinking of a name. This was an emergency. His face was serious, contrary from his usual carefree nature. "Something is different in Kumogakure. Go there and find out what happened. Then report back to me." Those words were all that were spoken. The monkey knew Sarukin, knew that when he was serious, he was serious. After a quick nod, the monkey disappeared with a poof, heading back to the Mountain of the Monkeys so he could tell the others.
Sarukin got up from his place on the window and looked at the Hokage. "Listen. I don't mean to be rude, and i know i sound it, but i'm kind of in a hurry. We need to talk about our villages." Sarukin then looked at Sora and Arcus. "You two. New mission. Find Nagisa. Now." Sarukin then looked at Tai, the leaf genin who had walked in earlier. He tried his best to smile, but decided against it after deeming it non important. "I'm sorry, young genin. But the Hokage and I need to talk right now. Would you please excuse us?"

Matsuya's eyebrows raised as the man who seemed to be the genins' leader ordered them on a new mission. "Tai, take these scrolls and go to the roof. The contain the three basic ninjutsu. Learn them well. I will be up in a bit." Matsuya then turned to Arcus. "As soon as you can afford it, return to me and we will start our training. Does that sound fair?" Matsuya walked to a shelf and took a pair of ankle weights off of it. He handed them to the Aburame boy. "But until then, wear these every time you train. It will help build your muscles for what is to come." Matsuya returned to his desk and sat. He looked at the man who strongly resembled a chimp. "Then speak, my friend. My village's ears are open to the words of others. What do you propose?"

--------------------------- Arcus frowned. He would've held his ground but for two things. The Monkey was team leader, and he seemed unusually serious. He didn't however, forget that his job was to guard the Monkey. Arcus allowed his bugs to leave his sleeves and form a perfect clone of him. Sorry monkey man, but privacy will be a little limited. I'm supposed to be watching you. He then ran through a few signs. Doton: Bunshin no Jutsu!He called and another clone formed beside him. The three Arcus' looked at each other. Then nodded. The bug clone walked to the window. I'll be guarding the windows. No worries, I won't interrupt the kid's training. He said and then swung himself up, landing on the roof of the room. He then sat down and just watched the city. The Earth Bunshin lead the bouncy Sora outside the door. I'll be out here. If you need anything, just call. He said as he went. The real Arcus bowed to the Hokage. I'm sorry, but I have to preform my tasks to the best of my abilities. I'll hurry back to receive my training. He took the weights and staggered under the weight of them. what on earth? He thought has he knelt to put the weights on. Then he dragged himself out in search of his team member. He nodded once more to his earth bunshin as he left. Nobody gets in. Only that Tai, kid is let out. Eyes open. He said as he plodded out. His earth bunshin was tough, and if all else failed, his bug bunshin could handle most anything. [exit to springs] The Bunshin nodded and stood in front of the door. Nobody would be able to get in unless they got passed him. Arcus' bug bunshin glanced at the boy as he joined him on the roof. i don't know what you're learning, but if its katon, Do it away from me, otherwise, we're going to have a problem. He turned back to survey the city without waiting for the boy's reply. Arcus' bugs were much more blunt than he was and they weren't in the mood to die because of someone's stupidity.
((I'm fairly certain he just gave you a basic ninjutsu scroll simply because it says "three basic ninjutsu"))

Sarukni pulled out the scroll given to him by the Raikage. He spoke up, taking a seat. His voice was oddly diplomatic, his intelligent side taking over his ignorant one. "I was sent by the Raikage to propose a treaty. Kumogakure and Konohagakure become allies. Akatsuki is on the rise and, after the current chuunin exams, they will undoubtedly become stronger. The terms of the treaty are simple: We help each other when in need. We do nothing that would cause offense to the other village. We fight together on the battlefield, and also in economic crisis. If you disagree with any of these terms, we are willing to compromise."

Arcus' clone stood up. Sure kid, I've got nothing better to do while i wait for them. He said, slightly bored. The bugs missed Arcus already. They were used to being in his hair. He removed a kunai and spun it with practiced ease. He then launched it, swiftly at the man's stomach. He made sure to aim for a none lethal spot in case the kid splotched the jutsu.
((er...these aren't the jutsu you need to learn. Its cool to practice them, but you start out with them. Learn jutsu from the basic ninjutsu page. you're tactical so they would all take only one post to learn. just don't forget your chakra count and that you can only use two jutsu at a time because you're speed ))

(actually, he does learn them. It was set down by the crew that every academy student should learn them even though they're on the list.)
Matsuya looked at the man. "An alliance? I see." Matsuya's fingers started to rub the edge of his sleeve. His one sign of worry was showing again. "I suppose I agree to your terms. An alliance is always welcome in Konohagakure." Matsuya thought suddenly of his old agreement with his former student. "The Akatsuki is a threat I see, don't get me wrong. But I believe that they're highly unorganized. I had sources inside the organization that say that most of them were genin before defaulting. But I have since lost contact with that contact." Matsuya looked at the man. He seemed to have changed from slacking to serious within a few minutes. Strange. "So where do I sign?"

Sarukin couldn't help but grin. Taking a sigh, Sarukin was starting to become more like his usually relaxed nature. But he still had an aura of seriousness around him. After pointing to a dotted line, Sarukin spoke up again. "Do you happen to have any information on Akatsuki or the Hidden Sound Village that you would like to share? If not, then i understand. I have heard that the latter was destroyed, but i am curious about the village as well as Akatsuki and their goals. From what i've heard, they are interested in capturing the tailed beasts, am i correct?

Matsuya nodded and placed his signature on the line. "Information? I myself know very little. All I know is that a few weeks before the chunin exams began, one of my squads went on a diplomatic mission to Otogakure. They found the village in ruins and with no one around. If there are truly Sound shinobi wandering around, then I doubt they are real." Matsuya raised his head as he finished signing the form. "Then that's that. Konohagakure and Kumogakure are now allies."

Sev, tired after his long aimless walk back, knocked lightly on the door. "Hokage-sama?" He paused, it might look bad that he returned unsuccessful. "It's me, err... Sevvyn." On his way back, he had heard rumors of the chuunin exam coming to an end. It bothered him that he had missed it completely.
