To which Roosevelt do you refer, Confuseus? TR is pretty much my favorite president. Anywho, even though McCain is a jerk and would make a bad president I am just as concerned about Palin. McCain is pretty old and has had health issues in the past. If anything happens to him we'll be left with Palin who has trouble managing her own household.

It doesn't matter which one I'm talking about they are both badass, but TR is the coolest modern world leader, if only he was in office for WWI, it would have lasted a week. First American to win the Nobel Prize and only President to have the Medal of Honor, he would have served in WWI with his own unit if only the president didn't stop him.

Nope, Congress passed the Twenty-Second amendment on March 21, 1947. It was ratified by the requisite number of states on February 27, 1951.
