Angil: What do you mean "one post for dead guild members"? Do you just mean a post for when our original r-p characters die?
As for the graves and the memorial, like I said, I think it's a little repetitive.
Yes, dead RP characters. Graves and Memorial: No repetative. The graves will have characters that are buried there with dates and grave quotes. The memorial will list other dead characters that wouldnt be in graves here.

Quick post: miss fawcett did graduate, but she hasn't been around in ages. Junimaia graduated Selene will probably not graduate this term.

Angil: I think that format is fine for listing the Grads.
Tina: -I haven't read DDA's description yet.
Ages: Will go in the RAs, either in a separate post or in the "residents" post, whatever you prefer.
Inactive grads: Shall I PM the Ravenclaw ones, or Alutian? Perhaps we should wait until the subforum is actually running anyway.
Graveyard: -I'm not sure about having a separate post for guild members since there really aren't many at all. Unless we're going to list all the inactive but honorary members. -I'm confused about the difference between the graves and memorial now. Can we maybe have an example or something, Angil?
RA description: I still need to come up with one. I don't want to do it by myself, since I think other Ravenclaws should have input and make sure they agree with it too. Alutian posted something in the common room asking for help, but all the Ravenclaws have disappeared again. I think I'll PM Alutian about it.
Did I miss anything?

The only thing I'm confused about is the posts in the graveyard now. Everything else seems fine to me.
Lyra: If you want my 2 cents just sent me what you've written and I'll be glad to give you my opinion, whether you use it or not, it's fine with me.
((So, I know I haven't been on the past two day much but, you will not believe what happened. I told you about my computer, well that got fixed, then today (or rather yesterday now) I had to call 911 out to my house cause of my mom, she totally collapsed in our living room and I spend most of the day in the ER. So, sorry I haven't been doing alot but, over the weekend I should get some free time to finish up the RA and the Graveyard (once we figure out what going on with it) and start the Inn, and Angil I haven't forgotten about the Pub, promise.)))

Ok, so for graveward, you have a post that includes all the graves of harry potter characters. This will be made and not need to be edited. All the characters that it doesnt make sense for them to be there...go in a "memorial" saying that they're not buried here but we'll remember them.
Then we have a post for dead guild members. I know we don't have any now but when a character "dies" it should be placed here. This is a separate post from the book characters to make editing easier and make things less confusing. We could also post inactive honorary guild members in the graveyard and mark them as MIA. that way they dont have to be in the ras homeless or in the inn, cause the lists would get really long really fast that way.

Thanks, Tina. I probably will eventually. [[Hope your mom is ok now.]]
Graveyard: So maybe the more well-known characters go in the first post you mentioned, and then the less well-known ones go in the memorial? Like James and Lily, maybe Fred Weasley, etc in the first one, and then people like Mary and Thomas Riddle Sr, Charity Burbage, etc in the memorial post?
DDA: Read your description. I like it; I think the concept you came up with is really cool.

Okay, I always understood the post for "guild" member that where died but, you confused me on the other two parts.
I don't think we should make anyone MIA, cause no one can get banned. So, as long as they leave something on their door saying gone or something they should be fine.
Okay so you mean all the people who died in the war from beginning to end should be in the graveyard and everyone who dies of other reasons before for whatever reason should be in the memorial, like Kendra Dumbledore (since she wasn't killed in a war but, why would she be in a memorial then?)?
And what about a post for famous wizards or no?
@Lyra: Thanks, she seems to be okay now but, I'm still weary (which is probably the wrong word to use but, I'm so tired now, so i hope ya know what I mean).

Okay, how about this.
Graveyard, 1st post: Description 2nd post: Everyone one that perished due to Voldemort and Death Eaters 3rd Post: Everyone that pasted in Battles. (Hence, the memorial. You can be her if you were on either side of the war.) 4th Post: Everyone who was not killed in the war but, had an important impact on the Wizarding Community for one reason or another. 5th Post: Guild members who have "killed off" their original character.
This makes the most sense to me. It will cover a lot over people. And honestly, its not as confusing as what you said Angil. Not all of the characters were so cut and dry to me. For example, Amelia Bones, to me she should be in the 1st post (by your standards) because, she sticks out in my mind as a main character since she was talked about since book 1. Plus, honestly, it would make it a hell of alot easier for me to do it the way I just described. (I hope that didn't sound rude, it was not to be and I'm sorry if it was.)

Sounds fine. I only really was trying to say that it needed to be multiple posts and have a post all its own for guild members. ^_^

Gotcha. Okay, I'm working on it. Almost done with all the names then I just have to post them, so the Graveyard shouldn't be long.

Finally, got all the names for the post except the names for the guild character that have died. Should we use the guild members who are not active on Gaia or HPGoG that have already graduated and have not answered our pms? If so, I need their names. Remember, if they ever come back I can edit it.
Also, it's pouring rain here so, when it stops lightening and thundering I will post the Graveyard.

Angilwingz Avatar34 Okay, Graveyard almost done. I just have to make a banner and edit a picture and then it will be done! It looks great.Thanks. I'm glad cause, with my computer crashing and everything with my mom, it took me 3 days to go though everything and find dates and everything.
Also, Angil, you edited the edges of that picture for me but, you also wrote on it and I have to do that o it matches the other posts. Can you send me a copy with just the edges done? I asked you a while ago in a pm but, you didn't answer or I never got it. Either way can you pm me or send it to me. Thanks!
