well to answer that question I need to know what if anything you plan on having your RPC specialize in, (Kidou, hand to hand Ect.) Also I need a full description of your Zanpakutoh and ITS skills and properties, this includes your Shikai and Bankai, based upon this information I should be able to give you one or more squads I would recomend you to.

search for a squad, when you find one you like goto its forum and post in the applictaing thread of that squad, or if one is not available PM the Captain of Vice captain Dont forget to include a link to your profile in your request. sine you plan on using Ice I would reccomend squad 10, however if you do lan on being a kidou expert squad 5 is in need of members. But feel free to look around until you find one that fits your RPC and you the best

Thinking about it, I already know what my characters Shikai and Bankai are, so for ME to choose the squad for my character would be too easy (Coz I'd probably choose the squads you've mentioned), so in that case I will be going on what I deem as my character's main strength.
Kaisho fought with Hollow without using a weapon at all, though he only managed to fend it off until a Shingami came to his aid, and suffered a lot of injuries in the process. I'd say, to fend off a hollow as a mere Plus, shows good hand to hand combat potential.
So, which squad specialises in that field?

In the OoC subforum you'll see two threads about medical something or other, they were created by Neo-Ninja, the guild artist who does all those wonderful arts.
You pretty much drop your name in one of them and post what you want in the other and wait. Lots of members in this guild so the wait is long but worth it.
