Noumenon scratched his hair. It should be noted that, at the moment, he was not wearing his pumpkin mask.

"There have already been improvements made in that field, Poketchs being the latest and greatest," Noumenon replied. "We could certainly afford to set a true research unit towards the goal of exploring more convenient Poketch applications, however."

Noumenon received a full statistical report, in paper, of the Coliseum's invasion, including the Pokemon gained, Rocket's compromised, and casualties sustained, including the helicopter.

From about three miles off-shore, a rocket burst from a temporarily risen rocket silo, and in less than a minute the downe helicopter would only be a crater and some scrap metal.

Seeing and hearing this, Noumenon smiled and returned his attention to Faron. "According to the report... your brother was involved," Noumenon told his fellow executive. "In fact, he may just have compromised our helicopter."

To an assistant standing nearby, Noumenon said, "You--remind me to arrange for our recent business records involving the helicopters to be fixed. We can't have our company giving any cause for investigation."

Guessing what Aldrin was thinking, Sylvia grinned and laughed. "Oh no, whatever will poor Aldrin do now that he can't cheat during a fight? Will he even be able to win a single one?" She teased.

Toby tapped his foot. All the excitement from the invasion he had seen on the television was now over, Aldrin wasn't back, the professor hadn't arrived, and that other guy who had knocked Toby over wasn't taking the time to respond to Toby's demonstration of why you never throw Pokeballs at Pokemon or their trainers.

crystal sighed and walked away seeing the 2 exuctives were busy discussing things.....
"c'mon volt, let's go and get you patched up."

"In fact, I did find them." Aldrin said with a bit of triumph.

"Hospital is too tough a nut to crack. too much publicity that will lead to me." Faron replied, "And I'm keeping my distance. he thinks I'm dead, and I have no reason to prove otherwise."

Faron gazed out the window, "Do you know why Virdan is so valuable to us?" he was looking out at the horizon, across the bay.

"Because," replied Faron, turning about, "Every legendary pokemon can be found in this area, including the one made in Kanto: Mewtwo. I've already set up a facility by the amazingly large tree in the south. There is apparently a Mew there... and where Mew is, Mewtwo isn't that far away..." Faron said, turning back towards the window.

"A huge supply of moldable trainers and legendary pokemon. This continent is PERFECT as a starting point. We will realize Giovanni's dream. KAnto and Johto were too weak to be seen as a decent operation. scattered by children! No! We are fortified. We'll not underestimate the pokemon trainers here..."

"He was our leader. Emphasis on was. He hasn't appeared since Red pummeled him in a pokemon battle. Besides, with the newly discovered pokemon, we could overpower the creature. both Mew and Celebi are present here, and our research points to many other pokemon around this area as well to aid our endeavor. Note that Aldrin possesses Registeel. that means that the guardians of Regigigas or one of the two shrines is no longer there. That means either the giant, Kyogre or Garoudon has one less protector..." Faron grinned, "And we can easily deal with a Regi..."

"Make more? I've already financed and set up our pursuit last Tuesday. We have a team acting as researchers in the ruins up north and the tree to the south. Better yet, we've actually had trainers helping with 'research' just to get their hands on an unown!" Faron gave a grin back, "Things are going to go smoothly at Logic, so don't fret. our risk is in the 'researchers'. I've cut all ties with them and logic, so they are seen as members of the bogus Pokemon Research Company."

"The Ancient Tree contains Mew in its boughs. actually, an entire ecosystem. As for the area up north, there is a passage to the Sea altar, where Kyogre can be summoned, but we lack the means to do such a thing. We've procured dozens of artifacts from the ruins, and trainers have gathered fossils for us..." Faron nodded, "The Logic labs underground are already reviving the pokemon of ancient times..."

Mac (Nick name) was on a speedboat, heading towards the Sea Altar. Mac had made this journey many times before. The tides were calm, and the breeze decent. Mac was excited, he was going to see an old friend. When upon reaching the Sea Altar, Mac stopped the boat, and started to sing a peaceful melody, in which caused the blue gem in his gold shell pendant to glow slightly.

A sound was heard under the waves. Mac stopped singing. A large Pokémon appeared near the boat. Mac smiled, and looked over the edge of the boat excitedly to see this friend of his.

Kyogre head appeared from waves, and looked happy in its own way to see Mac. Mac hugged Kyogre's face, "Hi buddy, I missed you!" Mac said happily. Kyogre made sounds of contentment. Mac put on his own custom swimsuit on: a light sea green mer-tail. Mac then hopped out of his boat into the open sea. Kyogre followed, and both seemed to actually be playing with each other.
