She blinked up at her. She looked down at the ground. "I had one out of wedlock once, but he didn't survive the first year. He was very sick." she said, looking back up at the ceiling. She hadn't told anyone about that ever since she hadn't exactly been consensual with the father of her child.

Mariata shook her head. "Don't worry about it, it was a long time ago. I wasn't really attached to him anyway, there was no tiem. I just feel bad because he didn't have a longer life."

Ran Kizama *Ran nodded in agreement with Arianna and extended his hand to the girl* You're more than welcome to come along. *He smiled warmly. He wasn't sure if the girl had any other place to go to. Since she didn't seem to know much, he figured that she didn't*

*Ran jumped back and his eyes shot open at the dog that lunged after his hand* Wh-What the heck?! What'd I do?! *He stepped back and looked on as the girl calmed the dog down and apologized* Y-Yeah...okay, as long as he doesn't try to tear me apart I think we'll be alright. *He sighed and took a breath before looking back to the girl* I'm sorry, I don't think we ever got your name.

Arianna looked scareed seeing Chap trying to hurt Ran. Thank the God's though that girl held him back. Still looking very worried Arianna looked at Ran. "Are you ok? Chap didn't hurt you did he?" she asked, concern in her voice. Her eyes moved to look at Chap, wondering what made him to try and hurt Ran.

::to Ran's question of what he had done to upset Chap, she hesitates then says uncertainly:: i... don't think he likes males... h...he might be... i don't know... dogs travel in packs, right? led by one alpha male... so... maybe he thinks you're trying to be the alpha male? ::she shakes her head a bit:: i don't know... he won't do it agian though, will you Chap ::glaring at the dog::
::Chap whimpers a bit and lowers his head as though in shame, though as soon as the girl looks away, he gives Ran what could only be a threatening glare::

Arianna was surprised to see Belinda flounce right into the scene. She then was confused about what her mother said. She titled her head to the side abit. "Lady Belinda, what did my mother mean by that?" she asked innocently.

*Ran looked to Arianna and shook his head* Don't worry about it. *He then looked back to the girl and nodded before turning* Well, with that settled, let's go ahead and head home. It's starting to get pretty late. *As he started walking, he stopped and smiled at Belinda* Thanks for the help.

Arianna followed them wondering what her mother did mean buy Ran...she shrugged her shoulders. She stayed quiet as she walked sometimes glancing at Chap, still trying to figure out why it tried to hurt Ran but atleast he was alright.
