(( Uh-oh... The Doctor is in, and he's PISSED! ))

Alcina paused a moment from watching the events going on below her, then smiled ever so slightly. ”Miss me?” she asked.

”Just passing through.” X said in a calm voice.

After a moment of silence, Alcina grinned and glanced back at X. ”What? I can’t even watch?”

”I’d think you’d have better things to do with your time.” X replied.

”You’ve pretty much made up your mind. Might as well interest myself with this planet while it’s still here.” she said with a small shrug and turned back to watch. ”You know, it’s fine if any of the rest of us wander about. But you pop up too much, and you might run into more trouble.”

X sneered slightly. ”Right. As if anyone on this floating rock could even begin to match my…” he began, then distractedly trailed off.

Alcina paused a moment, waiting for him to continue, then glanced back at him. He was glancing off at the sky somewhere with an almost…shocked look in his eyes. After a second she realized that that would be about the direction of one of his realms, and she used her own insight to take a quick peek at what seemed to be bothering him. A smile curled around her lips. ”Seems you have company. Oh, but you were saying…?” she purred.

X’s eyes snapped back to hers, shock now replaced with annoyance. ”Nothing I can’t handle.” he snapped in a near growl.

”Hm…you know, just popping up in any of your little realms, without having your ok, is nearly impossible. I would have plain said impossible, but apparently it’s not. Quite an impressive little ability that new man has…” she said in a honey dipped tone, and a devious little grin on her face.

The annoyance in his eyes suddenly became replaced with anger. Alcina giggled and stood, moving towards him. ”You are just too cute when you’re jealous.” she said, then sighed slightly. ”Mister Mello and bored…even with your so called righteous little quest. It is just so hard to find anything that irks you.” she said pausing inches in front of him. ”Pushing your buttons is one of the only fun things I can get out of you. So I must say I am really beginning to enjoy this little planet you slapped together.” she said quietly with a smile.

X opened his mouth to say something, but paused and glanced back up at the sky again.

Alcina grinned farther. ”Go on. Don’t want to keep your new friend waiting. I’ll just…see what all I can get into here.”

X glanced back at her with lightning raging behind his eyes. A minor duplicate or not…there were more important things that needed his attention than Alcina. She wouldn’t dare do anything any way.
X suddenly vanished in a quick burst of light, splitting the air around where he had once been. There was a loud, vibrating crackle from the air rushing back to it’s original place. Not even a second after the sound was made, a large and deep crack split down the center of the roof and through most of the building.

Alcina sighed and rolled her eyes slightly. Well, thanks to that, she’d either have to wait out of sight for a moment or find another building to watch from. No doubt that caught the attention of anyone from a half a mile around.
Honestly…such a childish temper…



EXIT X to Unknown.

Strange glanced to the side for a moment (actually, toward Alcina and the Phantom Stranger), apparently distracted, and then shook his head sharply and went back to the matter at hand. If someone with that level of power wanted to hurt him, Strange thought he'd at least be able to put up a pretty decent fight... But he didn't think it was going to happen. That kind of energy came with restrictions, as he himself was intimately aware. "You're probably not used to being completely outclassed, are you?" he asked Apocalypse evenly, "Hopefully, this will be an educational experience." One command later, all that was left of the mutant was a scorch mark. Turning toward the two power signatures one more time, he thought about checking it out. The greater of the two had been in his house... But he had more cleanup. Suppressing the urge to sigh, he muttered another word and vanished.

{Exit Strange to New York}

"I am he," the Stranger replied, pure white eyes locking on to her blue eyes, his face expressionless. "I know of X's reason for being here, but not yours, Alcina. What would your reason be?"

"I am a Stranger," the Phantom Stranger replied. "Sholeh, you were the next person I wished to see. For what purpose are you here?"

"She did not," the Stranger said in Alcina's stead, "The Universe did. And Alcina is not responsible for X's current temperament. I believe that is my doing."

The Stranger replied, "I merely warned him of things to come. He attacked me with what appeared to be a great deal of power. I survived, and left."

The Stranger turned to Alcina again. "You said something about it not mattering if you were here or not to X. Please explain that to me."
