I did notice those series weren't fighters. I would add Final Fight but...We got Final Fight Streetwise...you can look up reviews on this one. Please do.
I agree, honestly I would Take Jon over Anakaris.

I didn't add Final Fight for the reason that they might be adding Haggar, it's a rumor sure, but it was looking up when the pic of a Haggar model was on a computer. A good new FF would kick a** too, with all the characters plus maybe some of the bosses playable. Oh, ever heard of Battle Circuit? It's a beat em up with a wacky sense of humor. It's in the future where the players are bounty hunters, one that is kind of like a young Captain Commando, one that stretches, one that is like a yellow Felicia, a pink ostrige with a little girl, and an alien plant, and they fight crime. Would want to revive that too, a cross over with Captain Commando.
I like Anakaris, odd play style and I might not be able to do much with him, but it is fun to play as him.

Honestly I have not heard of Battle Circuit...Though capcom made so many beat em ups I wouldn't be surprised if there are STILL ones I haven't seen. Like that Dungeons & Dragons one they made, I didn't know about that until I was like 20. They made a pretty awesome Aliens vs Predator one on the 90's. also a Punisher one too. ( I think you may know of that one.)
I can see that about Anakaris. I still play him on occasion.

Haggar was confirmed with Phoenix. Don't forget Cadillacs and Dinosaurs, punching out raptors and shooting poachers. I heard of all those, just haven't played them. Rumor has it that it'll be Hsien Ko will be the third Darkstalker.

I saw that Haggar was confirmed. Doesn't really fight the negative feelings that I am having for this list of characters. I'm hoping still that the gameplay will be awesome.
I do remember Cadillacs and Dinosaurs. Pretty awesome.

Pheonix I think deserves a spot because of her history, but they really went overboard with throwing in now characters. Seriously, X-23 hasn't done anything to get her spot besides being a clone of Wolverine. Over representation for series is a problem this time around.

I watched that too...I loved the idea that one of the most violent games ever got the rights to have a childrens saturday morning cartoon.

Kitana and Sonya were the opposites sides of the same coin. Sonya is all "I'm sassy" and Kitana, "I'm serious" I was all "Just make out, already"
