Zack smiled from the kiss and then said softly back, "Maddy, with your inventiveness I could be standing on top of a three story building and you'd still find away to kiss me on the lips, without touching the building," he chuckled slightly and then placed his hands softly on her sides and pulled himself in closer to her. Then he kissed her back, this time on the lips, and more passionately.

She rolled her eye's as she smiled at him, "Hmm, if you ever stand on a three story building and expect a kiss Zack, I'ma call you insane." She smiled at him a soft giggling escaping her lips, blush spreading to her face as he held her waist and kissed her, she gentlly put her arms around his neck, a slightly brighter smile spreading across her mouth as they kissed. She pulled back a few moments later, the blush on her cheeks refusing to fade as she looked up at him, rubbing his cheek softly, amazed she hadn't noticed the scar until now, her fingers brushed agains't it and she looked up at him worriedly.

She blushed -- which unfortunately happened to much lately -- her eyes looked at him, then shook off her blush to pay more attention to his arm "How deep is it?" she asked, ignoring the growing spot on the towel. Damn, when did I start blushing so much. she thought as her slim fingers gripped the edge of the towel, and tugged.

He looked at her odly, she was hurting him. He took her hand and pulled it away from his arm. "Your tugging on the towle makes it rub into the cut, which if I may add, hurts, alot.." He was emotionless as he took the towle off, it was pretty deep, you could see his muscle. He shrugged. "I've had deeper."

Zack was smiling and happy, until... he noticed her notice the scar and become worried. Zack remembered everything all to clearly, but she didn't need to know it that way. He smiled lightly as he thought of a good reason. "Bad bar fight," he said to her, jokingly. He didn't care for her knwing something like, he killed his father. Not something you usually say the first night you meet a girl... then again 'I Love You,' isn't a usual statement for a first night meeter either. He looked deep into her eyes as if to settle her worry once and for all, "I can take care of myself, don't worry about it," he reassured her. He noticed how much she'd smiled and blushed earlier and tucked that away as a pleasant memory for maybe a less pleasant day.

She touched the scar lightly. "Oh, I know you can.." She looked at him, her face turning a soft pink, she sat on the curb and smiled at him, hugging herkness to her chest. "People always told me you got it form killing your dad," she shrugged slightly. "I guess they were wrong." She looked up at him, smiling slightly. "Either one is fine." She looked at her shoes then back to him nervously. Smiling she hooked her leg onto his and pulled Causing him to fall on her, she rolled him beside her and smiled. "Not so tall now are we." She stretched up attempting to be the same height as him.

He seemed to fall and roll simultaneously, neither on his own accord. The next thing Zack knew he was sitting beside her. "Well that's one way to knock a man off his feet," he said, haveing duel meaning in it. He wrapped his arm around her and pulled her onto his lap makeing her slightly taller than him. "If you were wanting to be taller than me, you could've just told me," he whispered into her ear. He let the comment of his father's killing leave off the chalk board of talking subjects. If he could, he was going to avoid it like crazy.

She smiled at him as she rested agains't him. "It just makes things easier when I'm your height.." She blushed as she noticed the fact that she was sitting in his lap. She kissed his cheek lightly. "Like that, just makes life easier.." She said smiling softly as she rested her head on his shoulder. She yawned slightly as she patted his head. "Mmm, it's getting dark.." She murmured as she looked back up at him. "Well them, I'm glad I could knock you off your feet, one way or another.." She ruffled his hair as she pulled back slightly, she blushed as she looked at his arms, they were still wrapped around her. "Did you mean it Alex?" She asked refering to when he'd said he loved her..

"Umm, I'm Zack," he said ignoring the name of the man that dissappeared. "and," he looked to her eyes, then after a couple seconds pause he ended, "yes, I do mean it, Maddy. I love you," he said. When he'd paused he'd done it to double-check, he had to make sure it was love and not lust. He wanted to be honest to her, when he'd answered her. What he found was that yes, he was in love with her. He could see the slight blush on her face from one thing or another and he gave her a light peck.

"Urgh I'm sorry.." She said blushing brightly, she mentally slapped herself for calling him Alex. She looked up at him, wanting to shake the answer out of him. Her face burend red as he said his answer, she placed her arms gentlly around him in a hug. "I love you too Zach.."Smiling as she pulled back to look at him, she let her hands drop to her sides, she looked at him curiously. "Maybe we should head back..."

She blushed as he called her 'swwtheart.' "Mmm, sweettarts.." She grinned as she looked at him. She took his hand as she stood up, pulling him on his skates behind her, she wasn't walking very fast, so he was going rather slow. She sighed as she looked at her skateboard, she tossed it into the river with ashrugg. She looked back at him as she pulled him, she jogged lightly. She mutterd quietly to herself. "This is officaly the best day of my life.."

"Oh, sorry" she said, closing up herself once more. She was always vunerable when she met some one, but closed up to anyone after she snapped out of it. She opened her mouth to say something, but closed it. Marion got up, and retracted her hand from it. Don't be rude, don't be rude, "So, I have a question for you. What can I do to help?" she questioned, looking from the distance at the damage.

He chuckled at the sweettarts joke and then began to be dragged by her. Then he pulled her up to him. Placeing his feet under hers, so that she was standing on top of the skates. One arm was around her waist, the other was at her collar bone so that she wouldn't fall. He sped it up slightly and skated along, with her close to him and the wind blowing against both of them.
