"My name is Adele, by the way." I spoke softly, as i moved the glass closer without physically touching it. I wraped my hand around it and took a small sip before placing it back down. My eyes gazed around the room taking it all in gradually.

I reached inside my pack and grabbed an apple as I walked down the street, wondering where I could get something to drink. I had been traveling for quite awhile and when I saw this pleasent looking town I decided I would sleep on a bed rather than the dirt ground. As I passed an alley I saw two forms in the shadows having some fun. "Ah to be young again." I muttered as I smiled and walked on. After turning the corner I saw a pub and decided I could get information from there. Throwing the apple core to the ground I headed for the pub.

After sitting down I noticed quite a few people staring at me for some reason, but I just smiled back and waved at them all. "Hello Barkeep may I know where I could find a place to sleep, please?" gruffly the man told me of an inn two doors down. Thanking him I ordered a glass of milk. Though he looked at me funny he got me the drink and left to serve other more familiar patrons.

While I drank my milk I decided to listen to any gossip that might interest me. "The manor of freaks is certainly busy today." "Yeah, I just hope they don't get to wild." They said the word that always seems to catch my attention. Freaks. "Excuse me chaps but I couldn't help but over hear you about a manor of freaks? May I ask what sort of freaks?" the two men looked at me kinda funny, finally one answered me. "Name a freak and I'm sure they have it." "How about....oh lets say...werewolves?" one of the men scowled at me while the other shook his head up and down muttering "Yeah I think so." I was extremely interested now. "And where might one find this manor of freaks?" I asked. "Down the road a bit, but you wouldn't wanna go there son, you're liable to get yourself turned goin in there." "I think I will be just fine, thank you gentleman for your information and worry." With that I turned and left the pub behind me, my blood flow increasing with anticipation.
There it was, the spooky little manor the people called "Blood Manor". I pushed the gates open and walked up to the front door hesitating slightly in fear of being let down yet again. I mean wouldn't be the first time I've had a false lead. "Well no time like the present." I muttered as I knocked on the door.

"Thank you kind sir." I bowed and stepped into the manor. From what I knew of creatures of legend I presumed this boy to be of vampiric origin. Well at least the young man seemed friendly. As I stepped into the room I could hear a woman talking to someone in another room. I sniffed the air and was immediatly pleased I smelt werewolves. So at least there was one other werewolf besides me here, though even if there wasn't, one could never have to many friends or at least I would like to think so.

"Excuse me sir but do you happen to have werewolves in this manor?" I asked with my most friendly smile.

I nodded hesitantly. "I... I think so. I'm not quite sure. You'd have to ask Danielle. I was just erm... turned a couple days ago, so I can't exactly... you know, sniff the difference out that easily." I smiled weakly and blushed. He was attractive.
No, I thought to myself. Bad Erik! You're with Sean... supposedly...
"I'm Erik, by the way," I said, extending a hand that should've been shaky. "So we can cut all the 'good sir' crap out." I grinned weakly again.

"Erik, is there someone else?" I called as I heard the door open and shut. The girl that was sitting at the table, Adele, let out a growl deep in her throat.
"Are you alright?" I asked her. The newcomer's scent wafted to me. Lycanthrope. Oh joy. Would there be a territory feud now?

Once more I tried to calm myself, so not to place a burden among those by me. "I'll..be okay." I took a deep breath and leaned back against the chair. Normally this alone would be enough to ease myself, yet I couldn't forget his presence. I picked up the glass and took a sip, while my other hand still made it's way through my skin. Finally, it gave way letting a thin river seep its way around my fingers and onto the floor. I clenched my eyes closed, feeling almost as if I was surrounded by a pack of the mangy dogs. My thoughts and senses began to fog up, and the next thing I knew I had pounced on the other newcomer.

My head generated a loud bang as it hit the floor boards. I had just got here and yet I have already shown my bad qualities. Slowly, I raised myself back up to my feet, as my hand held my head. When my actions had fully processed through my mind my cheeks flushed a deep red.
"I am extremely sorry, " I spoke softly, hoping he would be able to hear my apology outside of the heavy door.

I leaned my left shoulder against the wall beside the opening door, raising one foot up and placing the left side of it along the wall horizontally. "You're not causing any stress, I'm just," I paused, trying to find the right word," complicated."

"No no!" I said hurriedly. "No, you're fine," I assured the young man. "Just... no fighting." I glanced at Danielle for reinforcement, and she nodded.
"There will be no territory disputes," I said. "This is all of our home. Understood?" I didn't wait for an answer; I turned and left the room, leaving Eric with Adele and Joshua.
"Oh, thanks!" I called after her. "Leave me to fight your battles! I'm not the one who runs this place," I added with a mumble. "But, Joshua, you're fine. You dont' need to leave. Just... yeah, no fighting. Please? There's already enough drama around here without actual physical violence."
